Referring to fig. 12, a water inlet flange 232 is disposed at the top of the weight water bag 23, a pressure reducing valve 233 is disposed at the top of the water inlet flange 232, the pressure reducing valve 233 is connected to the liquid outlet 1124 via a water pipe, and a water outlet is disposed at the bottom of the weight water bag 23.

Referring to fig. 20 and 22, the clamping fixing base 30 includes an upper fixing base 302 and a lower fixing base 303, the upper fixing base 302 is connected with the lower fixing base 303 through a pivot shaft 304 and can rotate 90 ° around the pivot shaft 304, and the upper fixing base 302 is provided with a pivot locking mechanism 37 for limiting the rotation of the upper fixing base 302;

In this embodiment, the clamping bracket 300 is initially clamped on the wall or the cylindrical object by adjusting the position of the second locking mechanism 34 on the fixed arm 32, and then the clamping degree of the clamping bracket 300 on the wall or the cylindrical object is adjusted by adjusting the position of the first locking mechanism 33 on the fixed arm 32 through the fine adjustment mechanism 38.

the bottom of the second slider 341 is rotatably connected to the second jaw 36 via a rotation shaft.
Referring to fig. 20, the first clamping jaw 35 and the second clamping jaw 36 have the same structure, the second clamping jaw 36 includes a clamping jaw seat 361 having an inverted Y-shaped structure, a clamping jaw 362 is disposed at an end of the clamping jaw seat 361, and a top of the clamping jaw seat 361 is rotatably connected with a bottom of the second sliding seat 341, and a rotation direction is from a vertical direction toward the clamping fixing seat 30.
Specifically, the clamping jaw seat 361 is configured in an inverted Y-shaped structure, so that interference between the tail end of the clamping jaw seat 361 and the fixing arm 32 can be avoided when the clamping jaw seat 361 is in a folded state, and a cylindrical object can be clamped and clamped when the clamping jaw seat 361 is in a use state.
