Description

A protection device for postoperative infant transports
[ technical field ] A method for producing a semiconductor device
The invention relates to a protection device for transporting postoperative children patients.
[ background of the invention ]
The safety problem of patients is an important problem in the current medical work, and is well appreciated by people all over the world. The hospital transportation is not a simple transportation, but a process of safely conveying the critically ill patients to the next department for monitoring and treatment after being properly treated by an emergency room. Although the whole process is not long in duration, the potential safety hazard is high. The children are in a development stage, and the functions of language, intelligence and the like are not mature, so that the feelings of the children can not be well expressed, and the risks in the transfer process are higher.
Accidents are easy to occur in the transferring process of the operation patients. Due to the special physiological and psychological characteristics of the children, the operation of the children is complicated, and the risk is far higher than that of a common adult patient. After surgery, the child often cannot move or needs to restrict movement due to anesthesia or trauma, etc., and any accidental bump or delayed delivery may be an accidental risk. The anesthesia recovery room is a transfer station for observing the illness state of the sick children after general anesthesia operation, enabling the sick children to gradually recover from the anesthesia state and safely return to a ward from an operating room. During the postoperative anesthesia awakens, the autonomous consciousness of the infant gradually recovers, dysphoria of different degrees usually appears, the infant is frequently suffered from 2-5 years old, and domestic research proves that 13% of the infant patients can do restlessness after the operation, and the restlessness proportion is higher than that of adult patients. Foreign research reports that the incidence rate of restlessness of postoperative children patients can reach 10-67%. The restlessness of the children can cause falling off of the bed, falling off of the venous duct, incision cracking bleeding and the like, and threatens the safety of the children.
Drainage tubes and deep vein indwelling tubes need to be placed in the operation, the operation is transferred from an operation bed to a postoperative resuscitation room after the operation is finished, and then the operation is transferred to a bed unit of a ward by the resuscitation room, so that accidents that pipelines fall off can be caused, if actions cannot be coordinated when a sick child is moved, various pipelines fall off due to traction, and serious patients need to operate again or replace the tubes to solve the problems.
In the process of transporting the infant, particularly transporting the infant after operation, more risks exist, such as loose and slipping of the catheter caused by improper transportation; in the carrying process, the patient can be agitated, and accidental injury and the like can be caused due to carrying tools or improper restraint. The hidden trouble of influencing the operation effect exists, unpredictable damage is brought to the mind and body of a patient, and meanwhile, the contradiction between doctors and patients can be caused, so that the satisfaction degree of the patient on the whole medical treatment process is reduced. Therefore, it is important to ensure safe transport of the operation patient after the operation. Studies have indicated that 70% to 77% of critically ill children experience varying degrees of transport-related adverse events in transit.
When the infant is transported in a hospital, the traditional method is to adopt a common transport vehicle, and potential safety hazards such as falling from a bed exist. In order to make safe transportation, eliminate potential safety hazards such as falling bed among the transportation, a child transports protection device will be explored to this application, aims at carrying out safe transportation management to the infant, guarantees the safety of operation patient when handing-over, has certain clinical meaning.
