A terminal insertion mechanism of a connector comprises a rack and an assembly conveying groove (1) arranged on the rack, and is characterized in that the middle of the assembly conveying groove (1) is provided with an assembly feeding groove (2), the assembly feeding groove (2) is matched with an assembly feeding device, the middle rear side plate of the assembly conveying groove (1) is provided with a terminal insertion hole (4), a terminal insertion positioning device (6) capable of pushing a connector main body (3) in the assembly conveying groove (1) backwards is arranged on the front side plate of the assembly conveying groove (1) matched with the terminal insertion hole (4), the rear side plate of the assembly conveying groove (1) is also provided with carrier tape cutting grooves (15) on two sides of the terminal insertion hole (4), carrier tape cutting cylinders (16) with left and right trends are arranged in the carrier tape cutting grooves (15), and the carrier tape cutting cylinders (16) are connected with carrier tape cutting movable blocks (17), the carrier band cut-off movable block (17) is connected with a carrier band cut-off block (14) which can move into the terminal insertion hole (4) and is flush with the inner side of the rear side plate of the assembly conveying groove (1), the rack (1) is further provided with a terminal insertion device (5) which can penetrate into the terminal insertion hole (4) and is matched with the connector main body (3) in the assembly conveying groove (1), the terminal insertion positioning device (6) comprises a positioning pushing cylinder (11) which is arranged in the front and rear direction of the outer side of the assembly conveying groove (1), the positioning pushing cylinder (11) is connected with a positioning pushing block (12) which can penetrate into the assembly conveying groove (1), the length of the positioning pushing block (12) is greater than that of the connector main body (3), and the inner side of the positioning pushing block (12) is provided with a positioning insertion block (13) which can be inserted into the connector main body (3), the end of the positioning plug block (13) inserted into the connector body (3) is conical.

The terminal insertion mechanism of a connector according to claim 1, wherein the assembly feeding device comprises a feeding movable device (28) arranged on the frame (1), the feeding movable device (28) is connected with a feeding movable block (27) and can enable the feeding movable block (27) to move up and down and move left and right, a feeding connecting block (26) capable of penetrating through the assembly feeding groove (2) is uniformly arranged on the feeding movable block (27), a feeding matching groove seat (25) matched with the connector body (3) is arranged on the feeding connecting block (26), feeding pressing devices (8) are arranged on the assembly conveying groove (1), and the number and the positions of the feeding pressing devices (8) correspond to the feeding matching groove seats (25).

The terminal insertion mechanism of a connector according to claim 2, wherein the feeding and pressing device (8) comprises a feeding and pressing lifting cylinder (21) arranged on the assembly conveying groove (1), a feeding and pressing lifting seat (22) is arranged on the feeding and pressing lifting cylinder (21), the feeding and pressing lifting seat (22) is connected with a feeding and pressing block (23), and the feeding and pressing block (23) is positioned right above the assembly feeding groove (2) and has a width not larger than that of the assembly feeding groove (2).

The terminal inserting mechanism of a connector according to claim 3, wherein the side plate of the feeding engagement groove seat (25) is formed to be in height with the highest portion of the connector body (3) in the feeding engagement groove seat (25), and the lower surface of the feeding presser block (23) is embedded with the presser contact sensing screen (24).

The terminal insertion mechanism of a connector according to claim 1, wherein the terminal insertion device (5) comprises two vertically oriented material belt conveying grooves (41) arranged on the rack, the two material belt conveying grooves (41) are respectively matched with a material belt feeding device (42), the lower ends of the material belt conveying grooves (41) are matched with a carrier belt pressing block (44), the carrier belt pressing block (44) is connected with a carrier belt pressing cylinder (43), the lower portions of the material belt conveying grooves (41) are matched with a terminal receiving insertion device (45), the terminal receiving insertion device (45) comprises a carrier belt holder connected with the lower ends of the material belt conveying grooves (41), the material belt holder is arranged on a terminal insertion pushing seat (48), the terminal insertion pushing seat (48) is connected with a terminal insertion pushing cylinder (47), the terminal insertion pushing cylinder (47) is perpendicular to the assembly conveying groove (1), and the terminal material arranged on the frame is inserted into the mounting seat (46).

The terminal insertion mechanism of a connector according to claim 5, wherein the carrier tape holder comprises a terminal receiving fixing block (52), a terminal receiving pressing block (51) and a terminal receiving intermediate block (53) which are arranged on the terminal insertion pushing seat (48), the terminal receiving pressing block (51) is connected with a terminal receiving pressing rotating arm (50) arranged on the terminal insertion pushing seat (48), the other side end of the terminal receiving pressing rotating arm (50) is connected with a terminal receiving pressing cylinder (49), a terminal receiving spring is arranged between the terminal receiving intermediate block (53) and the terminal receiving fixing block (52), and the moving direction of the terminal receiving pressing block (51) is consistent with the moving direction of the terminal receiving spring.
