插拔连接器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种根据本发明的权利要求1的前序部分的插拔连接器(Steckverbinder)。
背景技术
由文件DE 10 2013 016 550 A1已知一种用于电气的插拔连接的电气联结单元、尤其用于电动车辆的充电插头,其包括带有至少两个销形的接触元件的插拔连接器以及用于温度监控的传感器模块。传感器模块具有载体板以及至少一个安装在其上的用于监控电气插拔连接的传感器。载体板正交于接触元件的纵向延伸布置且具有两个开口,销形的接触元件被引导穿过开口。载体板与接触元件处于直接的导热的接触中。为了改善至传感器模块的热传递,设置有一热桥(Waermebruecke)型式,其例如通过弹簧或通过导热膏来实现。备选地应布置有能导热的、电绝缘的塑料或陶瓷。在精确的温度测定方面该解决方案被视为非最佳,因为这里在载体板与接触元件之间相对较小的热传递-或接触面与载体板的较大的热损失面相结合。

由文件DE 10 2015 004 313 A1已知一种尤其电动-或混动车辆的车辆充电缆线的插头,其为了充电调节和充电监控具有借助于传感器的温度监控。传感器与带电压的电流触点有间距地来布置且位于壳体元件中,该壳体元件填充有能导热的且电压绝缘的材料、例如导热膏。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种鉴于现有技术备选的带有至少一个温度-传感器装置的这种类型的插拔连接器,其利用简单的且成本有利的器件实现在插拔连接器的电气接触元件处最佳的分别的精确的且可靠的温度监控或温度测量。
从用于连接和分离电导线的插拔连接器(其带有至少一个电气接触元件,其中,该至少一个接触元件关联有最少一个温度-传感器装置)出发,所提出的目的由此来实现,即温度-传感器装置具有带有至少一个温度传感器的传感器支架(Sensorhalter),其中,传感器支架构造环形或管形地围绕接触元件的且直接接触的接触区段以及布置在其处的、容纳该至少一个温度传感器的保持区段,且其中,不仅接触区段而且保持区段由电绝缘的、然而能导热的塑料构成。
提供一种插拔连接器,其以简单的且成本有利的器件实现在插拔连接器的电气接触元件处最佳的分别的精确的且可靠的温度监控或温度测量。对于所述的精确的且可靠的温度监控或温度测量且因此对于最佳的测量结果的前提是在相关的接触元件与接触区段之间用于热传递的充足的接触面,其当前有利地可通过选择环形或管形的接触区段的轴向长度来体现。
从属权利要求说明了本发明的优选的改进方案或设计。
为了降低构件数目且由此降低装配耗费,接触区段优选地与保持区段一件式地来构造。此外,通过该措施来优化从接触区段到保持区段上且进一步到温度传感器上的热传递。如现有技术所偏爱的导热膏等由此不是必要的。
另外优选地设置成,保持区段布置在环形或管形地构造的接触区段的外表面(Aussenmantelflaeche)处。这具有使保持区段方便地配备该至少一个温度传感器和/或接触温度传感器的联接导线的优点。
根据本发明的一特别有利的设计方案,传感器支架与相关的接触元件集成地来构造。由此还进一步降低构件数目和因此装配成本。
在本发明的该特别有利的设计方案的进一步改进中,传感器支架优选地按照本身已知的且被证明合适的塑料-喷注方法被喷注到接触元件处。
根据本发明的另一有利的设计方案,与此相对地接触区段由可安装在相关的接触区段处的柔性软管来构造,保持区段布置在软管处。由此例如使能够以温度-传感器装置来改装插拔连接器或者更容易地且更成本有利地更换其。此外,在装配软管形的接触区段时,其单独通过针对实际可用的结构空间和/或鉴于最佳的热传递来裁剪(Beschnitt)可适配。
另外优选地,所述柔性软管按照由于热效应紧贴到接触元件处的收缩软管的类型来构造,由此,这里也优化了从接触元件到传感器支架上且进一步到温度传感器上的热传递。

用于构造传感器支架5的电绝缘且能导热的塑料这里优选地是可按照所述塑料-喷注方法加工的热塑性塑料,在其塑料基质中另外优选地置入不导电的、然而导热的添加物,例如陶瓷粉末。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于连接和分离电导线的插拔连接器(1),其带有至少一个电气的接触元件(3),其中,至少一个所述接触元件(3)关联有至少一个温度-传感器装置(4),其特征在于,所述温度-传感器装置(4)具有带有至少一个温度传感器(6)的传感器支架(5),其中,所述传感器支架(5)构造环形或管形地围绕所述接触元件(3)的且直接接触的接触区段(5a)以及布置在其处的、容纳至少一个所述温度传感器的保持区段(5b),且其中,不仅所述接触区段(5a)、而且所述保持区段(5b)由电绝缘的、然而能导热的塑料构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的插拔连接器(1),其特征在于,所述接触区段(5a)与所述保持区段(5b)一件式地来构造。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的插拔连接器(1),其特征在于,所述保持区段(5a)布置在环形或管形地构造的所述接触区段(5b)的外表面(8)处。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的插拔连接器(1),其特征在于,所述传感器支架(1)与所述接触元件(3)集成地来构造。
5.根据权利要求4所述的插拔连接器(1),其特征在于,所述传感器支架(1)按照塑料-喷注方法被喷注到所述接触元件(3)处。
6.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的插拔连接器(1),其特征在于,所述接触区段(5a)由能够安装在相关的所述接触元件(3)处的柔性的软管来构造,所述保持区段(5b)安置在所述软管处。
7.根据权利要求6所述的插拔连接器(1),其特征在于,所述柔性的软管按照由于热效应紧贴到所述接触元件(3)处的收缩软管的类型来构造。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的插拔连接器(1),其特征在于,至少一个所述温度传感器(6)与所述传感器支架(5)的保持区段(5b)集成地来构造或者可松开地被保持在其处。
