Claims (10)

1. An academic report management method for an academic conference, comprising the steps of:
acquiring report places and report times of all academic reports, academic report arrangement lists of participants and academic report change information; the academic report change information comprises a report place, report time and change time of the academic report to be changed;
calculating to obtain an academic report of which the report place corresponds to the academic report needing to be changed and the report time is later than that of the academic report needing to be changed, and using the academic report as a target academic report; then respectively calculating to obtain report updating time corresponding to each target academic report according to the change time;
and respectively updating the report time of the target academic report in the academic report arrangement table to the corresponding report updating time.
2. The academic report management method for academic conferences according to claim 1, wherein: when the report time of the target academic report is updated, if the report update time of the target academic report conflicts with the report time of other academic reports in the academic report arrangement table, the academic report with high rank of the reporter is selected from the target academic report and the academic report with conflict with the target academic report according to the pre-stored reporter ranking information, and the academic report with low rank of the reporter is deleted from the academic report arrangement table.
3. The academic report management method for academic conferences according to claim 2, wherein: the reporter ranking information is generated by calculation according to prestored reporter information, and the reporter information comprises the title and the title of the reporter, the research direction and the academic background.
4. An academic report management system for academic conferences, comprising:
the system comprises an update time generation module, a report time generation module and a report time generation module, wherein the update time generation module is used for acquiring report places and report times of all academic reports and academic report change information, and the academic report change information comprises the report places, the report times and the change times of the academic reports to be changed; then calculating a target academic report of which the report generation place is the same as the academic report to be changed and the report time is later than that of the academic report to be changed, and calculating the report update time corresponding to each target academic report according to the change time;
and the schedule updating module is used for acquiring an academic report schedule containing the target academic report, and respectively updating the report time of the target academic report in the academic report schedule into corresponding report updating time.
5. The academic report management system for academic conferences according to claim 4, further comprising:
and the time conflict recommending module is used for acquiring the target academic report and an academic report scheduling table containing the target academic report, judging whether the report updating time of the target academic report conflicts with the report time of other original academic reports in the academic report scheduling table or not, and if so, judging whether the report updating time of the target academic report conflicts with the report time of other original academic reports in the academic report scheduling table or not, if so, carrying out: selecting an academic report with a high rank of the reporter as a time conflict recommendation academic report from the target academic report and the academic report with time conflict with the target academic report according to the pre-stored ranking information of the reporter, and keeping the time conflict recommendation academic report in an academic report arrangement table; if not: the target academic report is retained in the academic report schedule.
6. The academic report management system for academic conferences according to claim 4, further comprising:
the report cancellation recommending module is used for acquiring report cancellation information, wherein the report cancellation information comprises report time and report subject of academic reports to be cancelled; and then matching to obtain a cancellation recommendation academic report of which the report time and the report subject correspond to the academic report to be cancelled.

The academic report management system for academic conferences according to claim 6, wherein: in the report canceling recommendation module, if the number of the canceling recommendation academic reports obtained by matching is multiple, the academic report with the highest reporter rank is selected from the multiple canceling recommendation academic reports to serve as the canceling recommendation academic report.

The academic report management system for academic conferences according to claim 6, wherein: in the report cancellation recommending module, if a plurality of cancellation recommending academic reports are obtained through matching, pre-stored attendee information is obtained, wherein the attendee information comprises research directions and selection intentions of attendees; and then matching an academic report with a report subject corresponding to the research direction and the selection intention of the participants from the plurality of recommendation canceling academic reports to be used as a recommendation canceling academic report.
9. The academic report management system for academic conferences according to claim 4, further comprising:
the report change updating module is used for acquiring report change information, wherein the report change information comprises an academic report of a report needing to be changed and a replacement report, and the academic report of the report needing to be changed is used as a change academic report; then, updating the reporter of the change academic report as a replacement reporter;
the report change recommending module is used for acquiring the report time, the report place and the report subject of the change academic report, and an academic report arrangement table containing the change academic report; then matching the report time, the report place and the report subject, wherein the report time, the report place and the report subject correspond to the changed academic report, and the academic report with the rank higher than that of the changed academic report is used as a changed recommended academic report; and finally updating the changed academic report in the academic report arrangement table containing the changed academic report into a changed recommended academic report.
10. The academic report management system for academic conferences according to claim 4, further comprising:
the reporter ranking module is used for acquiring the reporter information and calculating and generating the reporter ranking information according to the reporter information; the reporter information includes the title, the research direction, and the academic background of the reporter.
