In this embodiment, for the judgment of the validity of the complaint data, in order to ensure the fair trust of the data, since the storage, transmission and sharing of the complaint data are performed in a block chain manner, it can be seen that each subsystem leaves a record on the block chain after the complaint data is adjusted and modified, the record also needs to be subjected to validity judgment by other subsystems, and only if all the subsystems pass, the complete adjustment and modification can be performed, so that the random tampering of the data is avoided, and therefore, when the supervision subsystem constructs the complaint data of the block chain, the complaint data can be stored in the block chain specifically in the following manner:
determining a current storage node of the blockchain and a first write state value of the blockchain;
writing the complaint data into the block chain based on the current storage node, and recording a second writing state value of the block chain after the data is written;
calculating the size of the read-write set according to the first write-in state value and the second write-in state value;
and signing the read-write set by adopting the current private key used by the supervision subsystem to obtain the verification result.
At this time, the received verification result is integrated, and whether the read-write set needs to be broadcasted by the sequencing subsystem is determined according to the integrated result, specifically:
the complaint subsystem detects whether the role of executing the signature carried in the received verification result is matched with the role of the preset signature;
if so, judging whether all the read-write sets carrying the execution signatures are consistent;
if the request is consistent with the broadcast request, generating a broadcast request and sending the broadcast request to the sequencing subsystem;
and the sequencing subsystem converts the read-write set into block data according to the broadcast request and sends the block data to all subsystems or all organizations in all subsystems in a broadcast mode.
In this embodiment, after the supervisory subsystem receives the data, it is first checked whether the complaint data is complete and valid. After receiving the data sent by the supervision subsystem, the complaint client also carries out self accounting detection, after the complaint client detects that the complaint client meets the endorsement rule, the complaint client sends a request for carrying out complaint law enforcement in a sequencing mode to the sequencing subsystem, the request received by the sequencing subsystem broadcasts the read-write sets and signatures of the complaint data, and after each subsystem receives the broadcasted complaint data, the read-write sets in the complaint client are written into the block chain data (namely an account book) of the subsystem in sequence, so that the process of reporting the complaint data is completely finished.
In this embodiment, after the law enforcement subsystem receives the broadcast, it generates a law enforcement command according to the complaint data to classify law enforcement officers and collect data, and after collecting the data, fills in the report in the form of a table, as shown in table 2 below:
and then, issuing the law enforcement data in the table to each subsystem or an organization in the subsystems, and performing accounting and feedback by each organization according to the self regulation.
Further, when broadcasting is not needed, it indicates that complaint data in the blockchain does not meet the regulatory rule in the blockchain, that is, the endorsement rule is not met, and the audit of all roles is not passed.
Specifically, the broadcast may be understood as notifying other subsystems through a broadcast signal to implement information sharing, of course, all subsystems may store data based on one block chain, and only after complaint data after the block chain is adjusted by each subsystem, a sharing right item needs to be opened to enable the other subsystems to view corresponding information, and of course, a respective information storage area may be developed for each system on the block chain, and each subsystem may fill in the corresponding data in its own storage area, and the information storage areas of all subsystems are set to be in a viewable state currently.
In this embodiment, after the steps of collecting, by the law enforcement subsystem, the read-write set broadcasted by the sequencing subsystem, collecting corresponding law enforcement data according to the read-write set, writing the collected law enforcement data into the current blockchain of the law enforcement subsystem according to the data construction manner of the blockchain, and sending the collected law enforcement data to the supervision subsystem for law enforcement monitoring processing, the method further includes:

According to the invention, the block chain technology is used for executing and processing the processes of storing, auditing and the like on the data in the environmental protection complaint system, so that the problem that the data in the environmental protection complaint system is randomly tampered can be avoided, the safety of the data and the objective fairness of the data are ensured, and the fairness of the processing result, the processing efficiency and the processing quality are greatly improved.
Taking an environment-friendly complaint scenario as an example, the method provided above is explained below, and specifically the processing procedure is divided into three major procedures, namely reporting a complaint data uplink, a law enforcement data uplink, and a user evaluation data uplink, which are specifically implemented based on a superhedgerfabric block chain as shown in fig. 3-5:

Then the chain can be wound. Such endorsement rules are designed because, first, complaint data format and validation checks are primarily the responsibility of the acceptance/regulatory body, and complaint data that is not validated by the regulatory body is clearly unreliable. Second, verification of a single organization may not be widely persuasive, so simultaneous validation of at least one other node may increase confidence.
Step S312, each organization independently calculates to obtain an endorsement result;
in this embodiment, after the endorsement node receives the data, it is first checked whether the complaint data is complete and valid. The endorsement rule for the complaint data link is: the organization AND (the organization for complaint OR the organization for law enforcement) is accepted, so that the collected endorsement result set can be sent to the ordering service node to initiate the ordering request only by collecting the endorsement results of two organizations (the organization for complaint AND any one of the other two organizations).
Step S314, the ordering service confirms the endorsement result and broadcasts the endorsement result;
in this step, after receiving the ordering request, the ordering service node verifies the endorsement result set included in the request according to the endorsement rule. For example, in the complaint data link of the present invention, since the endorsement rule is the acceptance organization AND (complaint organization OR law enforcement organization), the sort request is actually the endorsement result of two organizations: accepting and organizing; one of the complaint organization and the law enforcement organization is designated as the X organization. The ordering organization mainly performs two-way examination on the endorsement result set: signature checking and read-write set checking. The signature check is to check whether the signature of the endorsement organization is legal, and only the endorsement with the legal signature is valid. All effective endorsement read-write sets are all consistent, and endorsement inspection is established. Otherwise, the endorsement check will fail and the request for ordering will be denied. Otherwise, the sort request will be accepted. Then, the read-write set is buffered, packed into block data together with other confirmed read-write sets, and broadcast to the whole network.
Step S315, after receiving the broadcast, each organization writes the data into the block chain.
In this step, after each node of each organization receives the block data from the sequencing service, the read-write sets therein are written into its own block chain data (i.e., the ledger) in sequence. Whereby the complaint data uplink is fully completed.
Further, for the implementation of step S320, the steps and implementation are similar to those of step S310, and the only difference is that there is a difference in the step of obtaining the endorsement result by independent operation of each organization, wherein when obtaining the endorsement result by operation, specifically, the organization performs independent accounting on the law enforcement data according to the relevant laws and regulations and standards to obtain the endorsement result.
In this embodiment, since the law enforcement data accounting is primarily the responsibility of the government department, the endorsement must be attended by the government functioning department. Meanwhile, in order to enhance the credibility of the accounting result, a third party organization is required to participate in the accounting. Therefore, the endorsement rules for the law enforcement data link are defined as: (acceptance organization OR law enforcement organization) AND complaint organization, similarly, the endorsement process of law enforcement data comprises two key steps: and checking the integrity and validity, and calculating a read-write set. The integrity validity check is similar to the complaint data endorsement check. The calculation of the read-write set is described in detail herein.
The read-write set here contains not only the law enforcement raw data but also the accounting result for the law enforcement data, i.e. the read-write set T is the law enforcement raw data + the accounting result. The accounting result is the conclusion obtained by accounting the law enforcement data according to relevant laws and standards.
In this embodiment, as for step S330, specifically, the evaluation uploading is realized by filling an evaluation form in the complaint client, and specifically, the following table is shown:

According to the embodiment of the invention, the data cannot be tampered through the multipoint storage characteristic of the block chain, and the chain storage structure of the Hyperhedger Fabric block chain account book also ensures that each data processing process is traceable.
The system has two external operations driven by block chain events, which are respectively as follows: the law enforcement organization drives the law enforcement service system to collect law enforcement data, and the complaint reporting organization drives the complaint reporting service system to evaluate complaints. The block chain event driving of the system is realized based on Hyperhedger Fabric block chain Peer channel-based event services. Whether the two block chain event-driven external operations can be smoothly carried out is a key point of whether the whole block chain complaint reporting process can be completely realized, and particularly, law enforcement organizations drive law enforcement service systems to collect law enforcement data. In order to avoid unexpected downtime of law enforcement organizations or artificial interference on system operation, key blockchain events cannot be sent out normally, and other two organizations specially designed for the system also send out law enforcement driving events after reporting complaint data enters the chain. At this time, the law enforcement service system may repeatedly receive a plurality of identical law enforcement driving events of the same complaint from the block chain, and at this time, the service system only needs to process the first received event, and the subsequent repeated events are directly ignored. The design can ensure that a block chain external system can reliably receive the block chain instruction, and assist the complaint reporting system to completely realize the full flow of monitoring and managing complaint data.
Based on the HyperLegger Fabric block chain multipoint consensus principle, each organization independently calculates law enforcement data according to related laws and regulations and standard specifications to obtain a processing result. This greatly increases the confidence in the blockchain handling of complaints. In the data privacy protection problem, the system ensures that all data can be verified under the encryption condition by means of a mainstream homomorphic encryption algorithm.
In order to solve the above problem, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a data processing system, and referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of functional modules of the data processing system provided in the embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the system includes: the system comprises a complaint subsystem 61, a supervision subsystem 62, a sequencing subsystem 63 and a law enforcement subsystem 64, wherein data are mutually transmitted among the subsystems through a data transmission architecture constructed based on a block chain;
the complaint subsystem 61 is used for monitoring whether a new complaint application form is generated in the system; if a new complaint application form exists, obtaining complaint data in the complaint application form, and sending out the complaint data according to a preset endorsement rule, wherein the preset endorsement rule is used for setting the role of an auditing node of the complaint data;
the supervision subsystem 62 is configured to, after receiving the complaint data, check whether the complaint data is legal according to a preset check rule; if the complaint data is verified to be legal, writing the data stored in the complaint application table into the current block chain of the supervision subsystem 62 based on a data construction mode of the block chain to obtain a read-write set and a verification result of the complaint data, and returning the read-write set and the verification result to the complaint subsystem 61;
the complaint subsystem 61 is further configured to perform integration processing on the received verification result, and determine whether the read-write set needs to be broadcast through the ordering subsystem 63 according to the result after the integration processing;
the sequencing subsystem 63 is configured to broadcast the read-write sets to the law enforcement subsystem 64;
the law enforcement subsystem 64 is configured to, when the broadcasted read-write set is received, acquire corresponding law enforcement data according to the read-write set, write the acquired law enforcement data into a current block chain of the law enforcement subsystem 64 according to a data construction manner of the block chain, and send the acquired law enforcement data to the supervision subsystem 62 for law enforcement monitoring processing;
the law enforcement subsystem 64 is further configured to control the sequencing subsystem 63 to broadcast the law enforcement data according to the monitoring processing results of the complaint subsystem 61 and the supervision subsystem 62.

In the hardware configuration of the data processing system shown in fig. 6, the network interface 704 is mainly used for accessing a network; the user interface 703 is mainly used to detect whether a data processing operation is required in the system or monitor whether data in the system has information such as update, exception, etc., and the processor 701 may be used to call a data processing program stored in the memory 705 and perform the following operations of various embodiments of the data processing method.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the implementation shown in fig. 6 may also be a networking system composed of a mobile terminal and a server, where the mobile terminal is used as a device for generating a task data table, and the server is used for synchronizing the task data table on the mobile terminal, and a processor of the server recognizes incremental task data by reading a program code, which is stored in a buffer or a storage unit and can implement a data processing method, and implements the synchronization operation.
Furthermore, the data processing method provided by the present invention can also be used to implement synchronous database data processing between multiple servers S and terminals TE, or between several terminals TE and between several servers S, wherein a synchronous database can be broadly understood as a storage system capable of storing any data. If synchronization is to be performed between the terminal TE, which acts as a generating device for the task data table to be synchronized, or the server S, which acts as a synchronization server, the server S is typically a web server or PC. The TE is typically a mobile phone, PC (personal computer), laptop or PDA device.
Through the description of the foregoing embodiments, it is clear to those skilled in the art that the method of the foregoing embodiments may be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly may also be implemented by hardware, but in many cases, the former is a better implementation. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium (e.g., ROM/RAM), and includes instructions for causing a terminal (e.g., a mobile phone, a computer, a server, or a network device) to execute the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.
The present invention is described in connection with the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, which are only illustrative and not restrictive, and those skilled in the art can make various changes without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims, and all changes that come within the meaning and range of equivalency of the specification and drawings that are obvious from the description and the attached claims are intended to be embraced therein.
Claims (9)
1. A data processing method is applied to a complaint reporting system for monitoring and managing complaint data in the system, and is characterized in that the complaint reporting system comprises: the system comprises a complaint subsystem, a supervision subsystem, a sequencing subsystem and a law enforcement subsystem, wherein the supervision subsystem comprises a complaint organization and a supervision/acceptance organization, the law enforcement subsystem comprises a law enforcement organization and a law enforcement client, data are mutually transmitted among the subsystems through a data transmission architecture constructed based on a block chain, and the data processing method comprises the following steps:
the complaint subsystem monitors whether a new complaint application form is generated;
if a new complaint application form is generated, the complaint subsystem acquires complaint data in the complaint application form AND sends the complaint data to a supervision subsystem according to a preset endorsement rule, wherein the preset endorsement rule is used for setting the role of an audit node of the complaint data, AND the endorsement rule is defined as acceptance/supervision AND (complaint organization OR law enforcement organization), namely the complaint data needs to have endorsements of the acceptance/supervision organization AND at least one of the complaint organization AND the law enforcement organization;
after receiving the complaint data, the supervision subsystem judges whether the content in the complaint data is complete according to the filling field information in the complaint application form;
if the complaint data is complete, judging whether the update time of the content of the complaint data is in an effective time period;
if the complaint data is in the effective time period, judging whether the complaint data has a record sent to an acceptance organization in the supervision subsystem or the supervision organization for acceptance according to a check rule of the endorsement rule, and judging whether the complaint data is sent to at least one record of the complaint organization and other subsystems for supervision;
if the complaint data has records sent to an acceptance organization or a supervision organization in the supervision subsystem for acceptance and the complaint data has records sent to at least one of the complaint organization and other subsystems for monitoring, the supervision subsystem writes the data stored in the complaint application table into a current block chain of the supervision subsystem based on a data construction mode of the block chain to obtain a read-write set and a verification result of the complaint data, and returns the read-write set and the verification result to the complaint subsystem;
the complaint subsystem integrates the received verification result and judges whether the read-write set needs to be broadcast through the sequencing subsystem according to the integrated result;
when the sequencing subsystem broadcasts the read-write set, the law enforcement subsystem collects the read-write set broadcasted by the sequencing subsystem, collects corresponding law enforcement data according to the read-write set, writes the collected law enforcement data into a current block chain of the law enforcement subsystem according to a data construction mode of the block chain, and sends the data to the supervision subsystem for law enforcement monitoring processing;
and the law enforcement subsystem controls the sequencing subsystem to broadcast the law enforcement data according to the monitoring processing result of the supervision subsystem.

The data processing method of claim 1, wherein the supervision subsystem writes the data stored in the complaint application table into the current block chain of the supervision subsystem based on a data construction manner of the block chain, and the step of obtaining the read-write set and the verification result of the complaint data comprises:
determining a current storage node of the blockchain and a first write state value of the blockchain;
writing the complaint data into the block chain based on the current storage node, and recording a second writing state value of the block chain after the data is written;
calculating the size of the read-write set according to the first write-in state value and the second write-in state value;
and signing the read-write set by adopting a private key currently used by the supervision subsystem to obtain the verification result.
3. The data processing method of claim 2, wherein the complaint subsystem integrates the received verification results, and the step of determining whether the read-write set needs to be broadcast by the ordering subsystem according to the integrated result comprises:
the complaint subsystem detects whether the role of executing the signature carried in the received verification result is matched with the role of the preset signature;
if so, judging whether all the read-write sets carrying the execution signatures are consistent;
if the request is consistent with the broadcast request, generating a broadcast request and sending the broadcast request to the sequencing subsystem;
and the sequencing subsystem converts the read-write set into block data according to the broadcast request and sends the block data to all subsystems or all organizations in all subsystems in a broadcast mode.

The data processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein after the step of the law enforcement subsystem collecting the read-write set broadcasted by the sequencing subsystem, collecting corresponding law enforcement data according to the read-write set, writing the collected law enforcement data into the current blockchain of the law enforcement subsystem according to the data construction mode of the blockchain, and sending the collected law enforcement data to the supervision subsystem for law enforcement monitoring processing, the method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring law enforcement laws and regulations related to complaint report auditing and an accounting rule for legality operation of the law enforcement data through the Internet;
and calculating the law enforcement data according to the law enforcement laws and regulations and the accounting rules to obtain an endorsement result.

The data processing method according to claim 4, wherein after the step of the law enforcement subsystem collecting the read-write set broadcasted by the sequencing subsystem, collecting corresponding law enforcement data according to the read-write set, writing the collected law enforcement data into the current block chain of the law enforcement subsystem according to the data construction mode of the block chain, and sending the data to the supervision subsystem for law enforcement monitoring, the method further comprises:
calling laws and regulations and data accounting rules related to supervision to perform legality accounting on the law enforcement data to obtain an independent accounting result;
the law enforcement subsystem controls the sequencing subsystem to broadcast the law enforcement data according to the monitoring processing result of the supervision subsystem, and the method comprises the following steps:
reading an accounting result in the supervision subsystem, and integrating the result by combining the endorsement result to obtain a supervision result of the law enforcement data;
and generating a corresponding broadcast request based on the supervision result so as to control the sequencing subsystem to broadcast the execution condition of the corresponding complaint application, wherein the execution condition comprises law enforcement raw data and law enforcement supervision result.
6. The data processing method of claim 5, wherein after the step of the law enforcement subsystem controlling a sequencing subsystem to broadcast the law enforcement data in accordance with the results of the monitoring process by a supervisory subsystem, further comprising:
the execution condition broadcasted by the law enforcement subsystem and the accounting result are fed back to the complaint subsystem;
and evaluating the law enforcement force of the complaint application according to the execution condition and the accounting result, and broadcasting through the sequencing subsystem.

A data processing system, characterized in that the data processing system comprises: the system comprises a complaint subsystem, a supervision subsystem, a sequencing subsystem and a law enforcement subsystem, wherein the supervision subsystem comprises a complaint organization and a supervision/acceptance organization, the law enforcement subsystem comprises a law enforcement organization and a law enforcement client, and data are mutually transmitted among the subsystems through a data transmission architecture constructed based on a block chain;
the complaint subsystem is used for monitoring whether a new complaint application form is generated in the system; if a new complaint application form exists, obtaining complaint data in the complaint application form, AND sending the complaint data to a supervision subsystem according to a preset endorsement rule, wherein the preset endorsement rule is used for setting the role of a check node of the complaint data, AND the endorsement rule is defined as an acceptance/supervision AND (complaint organization OR law enforcement organization), namely the complaint data needs to have endorsements of the acceptance/supervision organization AND at least one of the complaint organization AND the law enforcement organization;
the supervision subsystem is used for judging whether the content in the complaint data is complete or not according to the filling field information in the complaint application form after the complaint data is received; if the complaint data is complete, judging whether the update time of the content of the complaint data is in an effective time period; if the complaint data is in the effective time period, judging whether the complaint data has a record sent to an acceptance organization in the supervision subsystem or the supervision organization for acceptance according to a check rule of the endorsement rule, and judging whether the complaint data is sent to at least one of the complaint organization and other subsystems for monitoring; if the complaint data has records sent to an acceptance organization or a supervision organization in the supervision subsystem for acceptance and records sent to at least one of the complaint organization and other subsystems for monitoring, writing the data stored in the complaint application table into the current block chain of the supervision subsystem based on a data construction mode of the block chain to obtain a read-write set and a check result of the complaint data, and returning the read-write set and the check result to the complaint subsystem;
the complaint subsystem is also used for integrating the received checking result and judging whether the read-write set needs to be broadcast through the sequencing subsystem according to the integrated result;
the sequencing subsystem is used for broadcasting the read-write set to the law enforcement subsystem;
the law enforcement subsystem is used for acquiring corresponding law enforcement data according to the read-write set when the broadcast read-write set is received, writing the acquired law enforcement data into a current block chain of the law enforcement subsystem according to a data construction mode of the block chain, and sending the law enforcement data to the supervision subsystem for law enforcement monitoring processing;
the law enforcement subsystem is also used for controlling the sequencing subsystem to broadcast the law enforcement data according to the monitoring processing result of the supervision subsystem.

A data processing apparatus, characterized in that the data processing apparatus comprises: memory, a processor and a data processing program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the data processing program, when executed by the processor, implementing the steps of the data processing method according to any one of claims 1-6.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that a data processing program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, which data processing program, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the data processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
