FIG. 2 schematically shows a flow diagram of a method of supervisory submission data processing, in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 2, the supervisory submission data processing method of this embodiment includes operations S210 to S230.
In operation S210, the service data processing system acquires service data from at least one service subsystem. It is understood that a plurality of business subsystems are arranged in a delivery institution, such as a bank or a payment institution, for example, the plurality of business subsystems can be divided according to the area, for example, a domestic personal business processing system of a prefecture division of Beijing city is one business subsystem, a domestic personal business processing system of a Haitai division of Beijing city is one business subsystem, a domestic personal business processing system of a Tokyo division of Beijing city is one business subsystem, and each business subsystem processes the same type of business. The understanding of the service subsystems is not limited thereto and each service subsystem may also be understood to handle different types of services.
Here, the service data system is a software system set based on the acquisition module, and the service data processing system can acquire service data from at least one service subsystem, that is, the service data processing system can acquire service data from one service subsystem, can also acquire service data from a part of the plurality of service subsystems, and can also acquire service data from all the plurality of service subsystems. Specifically, the service data is acquired from one or more service subsystems, and the acquisition of the service data from which service subsystem is acquired may be set according to the requirements of an external regulatory authority, which is not specifically limited herein.
In operation S220, the data checking system receives the service data, checks the service data according to a first data checking rule, summarizes the service data according to the time dimension requirement under the condition that the service data is determined to be compliant, obtains first delivery data, and transmits the first delivery data to the data delivery system, where the first data checking rule includes a first verified rule and a first rule formulated by an external regulatory agency. For example, the first rule-of-thumb may be a rule for checking data summarized from experience of past data errors; the first rule formulated by the external regulatory body may be an inspection rule formulated by the external regulatory body for data.
After the business data is checked according to the first check rule and the first rule formulated by the external monitoring authority, when the business data is in compliance, the business data can be summarized according to the time dimension requirement to obtain first delivery data. Here, the time dimension may be understood as one week, one month, one quarter, one half year, one year, or the like, but the time dimension is not limited thereto and may be any period of time. In other words, when the service data is in compliance, the service data in the specified time period can be collected together for reporting. Here, the data checking system is a software system configured based on the checking module, and the data of the submission agency can be made to meet the requirement through operation S220, so as to increase the accuracy of supervising the submission data.
In operation S230, the data delivery system loads the first delivery data according to the configuration information to obtain second delivery data, and transmits the second delivery data to the external monitoring system, where the configuration information is a configuration requirement of an import file type, an export file type, and a file header.
For example, the data delivery system may be configured with a header, an import file type and an export file type, etc., where the header may be configured according to requirements of an external regulatory organization, and further, for example, the header may be payroll income, tax amount, billing times, etc., the import file type and the export file type may be txt, xml, excel, etc., and the import file type and the export file type may be the same or different, and the configuration requirements, the import file type, and the export file type of the header are merely examples and should not be construed as limitations of the present disclosure.
It can be understood that the data delivery system obtains the second delivery data after loading the first delivery data according to the configuration requirement of the file header, the import file type and the export file type, and further can transmit the second delivery data to the external monitoring system, where the data delivery system is a software system based on the delivery module setting. The reporting of data from the reporting organization to the external monitoring organization can be completed through the operation S210-operation S230, so that the monitoring and management of the financial, insurance and other related industries can be smoothly carried out by each external monitoring organization. In addition, through the operations S210 to S230, under the layout of the service data system, the data checking system, and the data submission system, the service data can be processed conveniently and efficiently by using the supervision submission data processing method, so that the processing speed of the supervision submission data is increased.
According to the supervision submission data processing method of the embodiment of the disclosure, the data checking system checks the business data according to the first data checking rule, and compared with the prior art, on one hand, the data checking system directly acquires the data from the business data system, so that the data is acquired more conveniently, and meanwhile, the data is not easy to lose, and the probability of data missing is further reduced; on the other hand, the data checking system enables the data checking rules to be uniform, so that the data checking is reliable, the accuracy is high, and the probability of data false reporting and false reporting can be reduced. Based on the method, the data verification system can find the data missing report and the false report in time, and the data is reported again in the time limit period, so that the risks such as supervision punishment and the like can be avoided, and unnecessary negative effects and losses are avoided.
FIG. 3 schematically shows a flow diagram of a method of supervisory submission data processing, in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 3, the supervisory submission data processing method of this embodiment further includes operations S310 through S320.
In operation S310, the data verification system generates a problem list in case that it is determined that the service data is not in compliance. After the business data is checked according to the first rule and the first rule formulated by the external monitoring organization, the problem list can be generated under the condition that the business data is not in compliance.
In operation S320, the problem list is sent to the service subsystem corresponding to the problem list, so that the service subsystem whose data does not conform to the specification can be improved and the data can be supplemented.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the supervisory submission data processing method of this embodiment further includes operation S330.
In operation S330, the data verification system sends a prompt message to the communication account of the service subsystem corresponding to the problem list to prompt the staff to process the problem in time. Therefore, the staff can be timely reminded that the tasks need to be processed, so that the staff can timely supplement and record the data which do not meet the requirements, and the efficiency of supervising and submitting data processing is accelerated.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 4, the operation S220 of the data checking system receiving the service data includes an operation S221: the data checking system receives the service data from the plurality of service data systems, and then, with reference to fig. 5, the supervision submission data processing method further includes operations S510 to S530.
In operation S510, the data checking system performs a data-in-time check, where the data-in-time check includes checking whether all the service data of the plurality of service data systems are transmitted to the data checking system.
In operation S520, when the service data of the plurality of service data systems are all transmitted to the data checking system, it is checked whether the service data conform to the data format and the data logic. It should be explained that checking whether the service data conforms to the data format can be understood as checking whether the data format of the service data conforms to the format requirement of the external regulatory agency; checking whether the business data conforms to the data logic may be understood as checking whether the logic of the business data conforms to the requirements of the external regulatory body for the logic.
For example, the data of a document is required to be a type of data, for example, the type of data is business data handled by domestic individuals, a plurality of forms are divided on the document, each form is required to be data of each branch, and when the business data from a business data system meets the requirements, the business data is considered to be in accordance with data logic. Although the understanding of the data logic is not limited thereto.
In operation S530, the data checking system integrates the service data when the service data conforms to the data format and the data logic. Here, integrating the service data may be understood as integrating the service data according to the time dimension, but the integrating the service data is not limited thereto, for example, the integrating the service data may also be integrated according to other requirements, and the integrating the service data is not limited too much here.
Therefore, through the operation S510 to the operation S530, it is convenient to realize that all the multi-source data are summarized to the data checking system, and simultaneously, data missing is avoided, and in addition, the data format and the data logic of the service data can be further checked, so that the accuracy of data reporting is further improved.
As shown in fig. 6, the operation S220 of checking the business data according to the first data checking rule includes an operation S222 of: and checking the integrated service data according to the first data checking rule. It can be understood that the inspection of the integrated data can improve the inspection efficiency and the inspection accuracy.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, in conjunction with fig. 7, the supervisory submission data processing method further includes operation S540.
In operation S540, when at least one of the plurality of service data systems does not transmit service data to the data checking system, or when the service data does not conform to the data format and the data logic, sending a prompt message to the communication account corresponding to the service data system to prompt a worker to process the service data in time, where the service data system is a service data system that does not transmit service data, or a service data system corresponding to service data that does not conform to the data format and the data logic. Therefore, the staff can be timely reminded that the task needs to be processed, the staff can timely supplement and record the data which is not in order or does not conform to the data format and the data logic, and the efficiency of supervising and submitting data processing is accelerated.
According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 8, a plurality of service data systems respectively acquire service data from different data sources. It will be appreciated that a delivery institution, such as a bank or payment institution, may have multiple data sources within it, each data source comprising a different business of the delivery institution, for example, a bank may have, but is not limited to, a domestic personal business processing system, a domestic enterprise business processing system, a foreign personal business processing system, a foreign enterprise business processing system, and so forth. Each service processing system is a data source, and each service processing system can also comprise a plurality of service subsystems.
As some specific examples, the plurality of service data systems of the present disclosure may correspond to the plurality of data sources one to respectively obtain service data from different data sources, and the plurality of service data systems are respectively in communication connection with the data verification system to respectively transmit the service data obtained from different data sources to the data verification system. Therefore, the business data can be acquired from different data sources, the data checking system can process the business data from different data sources uniformly, the uniform checking of the data can facilitate the uniformity of the checking standard and meet the supervision requirement to the maximum extent, and therefore the processing quality and efficiency of the supervision and delivery data are high; and compared with the scattered check, the service data is centrally checked in the data check system in a unified way, so that manpower and material resources can be saved, and the check cost is reduced.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, after the operation S210 of the service data processing system acquiring the service data from the at least one service subsystem, as shown in fig. 9, the method for processing supervision submission data further includes operations S610 to S630.
In operation S610, the service data processing system checks a text format of the service data. For example, an external monitoring organization requests txt format for data entering an external monitoring system, operation S610 needs to check whether the text format of the service data is txt format, and if yes, it is indicated that the text format of the service data is qualified; if not, the text format of the service data is unqualified.
In operation S620, when the text format of the business data is qualified, whether the business data is in compliance is checked according to a second data checking rule, wherein the second data checking rule includes a second rule of experience and a second rule formulated by an external regulatory body. For example, the second empirical rule may be a rule for checking data summarized from experience of data errors in the past, and the first empirical rule and the second empirical rule are different checking rules; the second rule formulated by the external regulatory agency may be an inspection rule for data formulated by the external regulatory agency, and the first rule formulated by the external regulatory agency and the second rule formulated by the external regulatory agency are different inspection rules.
In operation S630, when the service data is compliant, the service data is output. In other words, after the business data is checked according to the second rule of experience and the second rule formulated by the external monitoring authority, the business data can be transmitted to the data checking system when the business data is in compliance.
