Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于可加层的脚手架的框架元件的插式连接。
背景技术
这类架框零件主要用于在为由少量部件组成的楼板模板建立基座时搭建所需的底架。对此,框架元件必须能够可靠且固定地相互叠加。为此,这些框架元件具有构建为空心型材的立杆连同紧固在其上的连接臂。框架元件的连接可以借助连接套筒来完成。其中,将用作耦合件的连接套筒插入基本框架的立杆并且借助具有锁固开口销的插销如此地固定,使得连接套筒的一部分仍从立杆伸出,以便将另一立杆放置在此部分上,所述另一立杆同样借助锁固栓和锁固开口销固定。因此,针对一个连接套筒需要两个插销,这些插销穿过在连接套筒和立杆中对齐的开口,并且随后借助锁固开口销分别被锁固。
也可以使用锁销来进行固定,在此情况下无需设置锁固开口销。此锁销具有长条形的销件,此销件穿过在连接套筒和立杆中的开口,其中设有抵靠至立杆的圆形外周侧且环扣立杆的区段,此区段将锁销通过其自重保持在其位置上或夹紧在上述外周边上。就单独一个连接耦合而言,在此同样需要两个锁销。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,为脚手架或架框的框架元件提供操作上简化的插式连接。
权利要求1公开了本发明的插销夹。所述插销夹提供主要用于上述支架元件的新式的连接夹。相应的从属权利要求公开了所述插式连接的有利的实施方案。
本发明的核心是形状为U型材的插销夹,其边脚相对彼此的距离相当于耦合件中的两个钻孔的距离。此外,在插销夹的一个端部上铰接有倾斜式销。
因此,作为现有技术中最多四个元件的替代方案,为了连接用于耦合件的两个架框元件,仅需要单独一个元件,也就是本发明的插销夹。将所述插销夹同时插入所有的钻孔,借助这些钻孔耦合件应当被固定在这两个需要相互连接在一起的架框元件上。
就结果而言,借助插销系统的经过改进的人机工学,通过本发明可以提高支架构件之间的安装速度。所述插销夹为可靠地自锁式,并且仅需很少的操作来进行安装。这样就能实现插接系统的低成本的方案。倾斜式销的长度至少选取成,使得该倾斜式销在管道内无法倾倒并因此而卡住。
本发明的用于连接脚手架的支架元件的插式连接本身可以通过根据权利要求3所述的连接转接头形成。这个连接转接头具有
-可以插在支架元件之间的耦合件,以及
-如上所述的插销夹。
有利的是,连接转接头的耦合件具有居中环绕式的止动环。由此能够限定耦合件在第一架框管道上的插入深度。在止动形成后,耦合件的另一半空下来以供插接第二框架件。
通常将耦合件插入立杆的空心端部。但是本发明同样在如下配置中发挥作用:将耦合件在外周边上的这两个端部上放置在架框的管端上。当然,如下折衷方案同样有效:将耦合件的一个端部插入管端,并且在另一端部上放置在架框的管端上。

具体实施方式
图1示出本发明的由U型材制成的插销夹10,在其一个端部上铰接有倾斜式销14。倾斜式销以某种方式偏心地铰接在U型材的边脚的两个端部连接条之间,使其具有借助其重量倾斜至竖直位置的倾向。此外,如图1中的下部所示,这样就能在这个倾斜式销横向于夹子10的供该倾斜式销铰接的边脚旋转的情况下,通过倾斜式销14形成止动凸缘。这个在图中朝上突出的止动凸缘形成锁固止动,其在插销夹10的安装状态下防止构件被取出或意外地脱落。
倾斜式销的长度至少选取成,使得该倾斜式销在管道内无法倾倒并由此而卡住。
如图所示,倾斜式销14还具有某个长度,该倾斜式销在闭锁状态下以该长度从U型材的一个边脚通向另一边脚。
铰接有倾斜式销14的这个边脚的长度略大于另一边脚的长度,由此使得倾斜式销14可以在闭锁状态下近似以90度的角下落。这个弯曲度可以通过倾斜式销14的呈锥形地逐渐变尖的端部增大,该锥形端部可以在U型材的自由边脚的一个锥形端部上受到止动。此外,通过U型材的边脚以及倾斜式销14的端部的锥形走向来简化将插销夹10推入上述钻孔的推入过程。
图2示出了插式连接在脚手架的框架元件20上的安装。在框架件20的竖向支架的竖杆端部之间插有具有居中环绕式的止动环的耦合件16(参阅细节A)。插销夹10穿过相应的框架件的端部上的钻孔,确切而言,以以下方式,即使得倾斜式销14平行于U型材的保持该倾斜式销的边脚。图3示出了插入的插销夹10形式的布置方案。
随后,倾斜式销14基于其重量自动地下落至图4所示的竖直位置。因此,倾斜式销14的上端构成针对框架件20的护套的止动凸缘,使得插销夹10在所示这个位置上无法再从钻孔移除并由此无法从连接位置移除。
图5示出耦合件16的钻孔与框架件20的钻孔之间的相互配合。耦合件的外直径的尺寸较小,使得其可以被插入框架件20的开口端。其中,沿插销的插接方向处于一条线上的所有钻孔相互对齐。耦合件16的居中的止动环将该耦合件以特定的距离推入框架件20的管道。上述内容对可以放置至耦合件16上的框架件20而言也是如此。
图6示出插销夹10与耦合件16的共同作用。其相当于上文中结合图2至图4所实施的方法步骤。

Claims (3)
1.一种用于耦合件(16)的插销夹(10),所述耦合件为连接两个构件而被插在所述构件之间,其中为了固定所述耦合件(16)的端部上的插式连接,以既穿过所述构件的钻孔和又穿过所述耦合件的钻孔的方式插接销件,
其特征在于,所述插销夹(10)为U型材,其边脚相对彼此的距离相当于所述耦合件(16)中的两个钻孔的距离,以及在所述插销夹(10)的端部上铰接有倾斜式销(14)。
2.一种用于连接脚手架的框架件(20)的连接转接头,所述连接转接头具有
能够插在所述框架件(20)之间的耦合件(16),以及
根据权利要求1所述的插销夹(10)。
