In the process of boiling and bleaching the grey cloth, a novel low-temperature boiling and bleaching technology is utilized, and as the water-soluble temperature of the selected water-soluble yarn is 40 ℃, the vinylon can be completely dissolved as long as the water-soluble temperature is 10 ℃ or more higher than the normal water-soluble temperature in general conditions, the low-temperature boiling and bleaching technology can save energy and reduce emission, can reduce the loss of cotton yarn, has low heating temperature of cloth and reduced deformation, and can better maintain the hollow effect of the yarn after the fiber is removed on the grey cloth;
the main softening finishing in the dye vat is used as a foundation for the subsequent fluffy finishing, the softening finishing and the fluffy finishing are combined to properly increase the soft hand feeling and the fluffy property of the fabric, and the increase of the fluffy effect of the fabric can increase the static air in the fabric, so that the heat preservation effect is improved;
because the yarn can become thin after the fabric is subjected to fiber removal, the fabric of undetermined gray fabric can become sparse, and the shrinkage rate is high, the shrinkage of the fabric needs to be improved by a low-shrinkage process. The novel low-shrinkage water treatment machine is mainly used for driving the fabric to move ceaselessly, the fabric is driven to move continuously together under the action of high temperature and certain humidity and under the action of continuous motion of the novel low-shrinkage water treatment machine, so that the fabric can move and shrink continuously, the longitudinal deformation of the fabric can be improved in the continuous motion and shrinkage, the longitudinal shrinkage of the fabric is reduced, the dimensional stability of the fabric is improved, and the effect on cotton fabrics is better;
the relevant parameters of the softening machine are adjusted by the ultra-soft finishing , the softening machine rotates, the fabrics rotate and move continuously in the softening machine at high temperature, the fabrics are mutually kneaded, the fibers on the cloth surface are softened by the high temperature and the kneading force, the fabrics become plump and fluffy, and the fabrics become ultra-soft by matching with the soft finishing agent. Meanwhile, in the process, the cotton fibers can be slightly curled, so that the static air of the fabric can be increased to a certain degree, and the fabric has heat retention.
In summary, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the knitted fabric with the hollow yarn structure is obtained by applying the corresponding spinning process and the change of the knitting process and the corresponding dyeing and finishing process, so that the knitted fabric has a good hollow effect, can store a large amount of static air, has a good warm-keeping effect, and has a certain fluffy feeling due to the fact that the vinylon core of the finished fabric is completely dissolved and the static air can bring the fabric, so that the knitted fabric has a certain fluffy and soft effect;
2. the softness performance and the fluffy performance of the fabric can be greatly improved by matching with softening finishing, fluffy finishing, super-softening finishing and the like, so that the super-soft fluffy fabric is obtained. Meanwhile, the pores of the fabric can be increased on the basis, the air permeability of the fabric is increased, in addition, the pores of the fabric enable the fabric to contain certain static air, and the fabric also has a certain warm-keeping effect
3. By utilizing the low shrinkage process, the dimensional stability of the cotton fabric can be greatly improved, the shrinkage of the fabric is reduced, and the quality of the fabric is improved.
4. The boiling and bleaching process can save energy, reduce the loss of cotton material and reduce the influence of size deformation on the fabric.
