In order to solve at least one technical problem, the invention provides a printing program burning method, a chip and a printing consumable.
In order to achieve the above object, a first aspect of the present invention provides a method for burning a printing program, the method including:
acquiring image information of a printer to be used through terminal equipment, and transmitting the image information to a cloud server;
the cloud server judges the basic information of the printer according to the image information and matches a corresponding printing program according to the basic information;
downloading and acquiring the printing program from the cloud server through the terminal equipment, and caching the printing program;
and receiving a burning command sent by the terminal equipment in a near-end communication mode, and burning the printing program into a chip.
In the scheme, the near-end communication mode is any one or more of NFC, RFID, Bluetooth and WIFI.
In this scheme, the determining, by the cloud server, the basic information of the printer according to the image information, and matching a corresponding printing program according to the basic information specifically includes:
comparing the image information with sample images of all printers preset in the cloud server;
when the similarity between the image information and the corresponding sample image reaches a preset threshold value, determining the basic printer information corresponding to the sample image;
and matching a corresponding printing program according to the determined basic printer information.
In this scheme, after comparing the image information with sample images of all printers preset in the cloud server, the method further includes:
counting the number of sample images with the similarity to the image information reaching a preset threshold value, and determining the basic information of the printer corresponding to the sample images when the number of the sample images is equal to 1; or
Counting the number of sample images with the similarity degree with the image information reaching a preset threshold value, and submitting a checking flow of an administrator when the number of the sample images is greater than 1 so as to determine corresponding basic information of the printer; or
And counting the number of sample images with the similarity to the image information reaching a preset threshold value, prompting the terminal equipment to reacquire the image information of the printer to be used when the number of the sample images is equal to 0, and performing similarity comparison according to the reacquired image information.
In this scheme, when a corresponding printing program is matched according to the basic information, the method further includes:
the cloud server sends a payment request to the terminal equipment according to the charging standard;
after the terminal equipment receives the payment request, paying the amount of money by means of a third-party payment platform;
and after the cloud server receives the payment amount, issuing a printing program to the terminal equipment.
In this scheme, burn the printing procedure to the chip in, specifically include:
erasing an original printing program in the chip;
and after the erasing is finished, burning the printing program into a chip.
In this scheme, burn the printing procedure to the chip in, specifically include:
upgrading the original printing program in the chip according to the printing program; and/or
And formatting the parameters of the original printing program in the chip according to the printing program.
The second aspect of the present invention further provides a chip, the chip being communicatively connected to a printer, the chip comprising:
the near-end communication module is used for carrying out near-end communication with the terminal equipment and receiving a burning command and a burning printing program sent by the terminal equipment;
the storage module is used for providing a burning space to store the printing program;
the method for acquiring the printing program comprises the following steps: acquiring image information of a printer to be used through terminal equipment, and transmitting the image information to a cloud server; the cloud server judges the basic information of the printer according to the image information and matches a corresponding printing program according to the basic information; and downloading and acquiring the printing program from the cloud server through the terminal equipment, and caching.
In the scheme, the near-end communication module is any one or more of an NFC communication module, an RFID communication module, a Bluetooth communication module and a WIFI communication module.
The third aspect of the invention also provides a printing consumable, which comprises a processing box and a chip, wherein the chip is detachably connected to the processing box and is in communication connection with a printer.
The method comprises the steps that image information of a printer to be used is obtained through terminal equipment, and the image information is transmitted to a cloud server; the cloud server judges the basic information of the printer according to the image information and matches a corresponding printing program according to the basic information; downloading and acquiring the printing program from the cloud server through the terminal equipment; and finally burning the printing program into a chip in a near-end communication mode. After the traditional printing consumables are used up, the chips in the traditional printing consumables are discarded along with the printing consumables, and further waste of chip resources is caused. Compared with the traditional mode, the invention can realize the reutilization of the chip, effectively avoids the waste of chip resources and further saves the cost of purchasing printing consumables by customers.

In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the present invention can be more clearly understood, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, however, the present invention may be practiced in other ways than those specifically described herein, and therefore the scope of the present invention is not limited by the specific embodiments disclosed below.
Fig. 1 shows a flowchart of a method for burning a printing program according to the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, a first aspect of the present invention provides a method for burning a printing program, where the method includes:
s102, acquiring image information of a printer to be used through terminal equipment, and transmitting the image information to a cloud server;
s104, the cloud server judges the basic information of the printer according to the image information and matches a corresponding printing program according to the basic information;
s106, downloading and acquiring the printing program from the cloud server through the terminal equipment, and caching;
and S108, receiving a burning command sent by the terminal equipment in a near-end communication mode, and burning the printing program into a chip.
It should be noted that the basic information may be a printer type, a printer brand, a printer model, and the like, and the printer type may be a stylus printer, a color inkjet printer, a laser printer, and the like. It can be understood that printers of different types, brands and even models can normally use the printing consumables to execute the printing action only by matching with the corresponding chip printing program, and if the printing program in the chip is not matched with the program of the printer, the printer cannot execute the printing action. Therefore, developers develop printing programs corresponding to the printers based on the printers, the printing programs are stored in the cloud server, basic information of the printers is identified according to image information of the printers to be used, which is provided by terminal equipment of a client, then the printing programs corresponding to the basic information can be found out according to the basic information and provided for the terminal equipment of the client, and finally the printing programs are burnt into the chip through the terminal equipment, so that the printing consumable chip can be recycled, and the printing cost of the client is saved.
It should be noted that a burner is built in or connected to the terminal device, the burner communicates with the chip near end, and the terminal device burns the printing program into the chip through the burner.
The terminal device and the cloud server perform remote communication, and the remote communication mode may be a wireless communication mode such as 3G, 4G, 5G, and the like, or a wired communication mode such as a network cable, an optical fiber, and the like.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the near-end communication mode can be any one or more of NFC, RFID, Bluetooth and WIFI. Preferably, the near-end communication mode is NFC, but is not limited thereto.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, the determining, by the cloud server, the basic information of the printer according to the image information, and matching a corresponding printing program according to the basic information specifically include:
comparing the image information with sample images of all printers preset in the cloud server;
when the similarity between the image information and the corresponding sample image reaches a preset threshold value, determining the basic printer information corresponding to the sample image;
and matching a corresponding printing program according to the determined basic printer information.
It should be noted that the cloud server stores sample images of all printers, and each sample image of a printer may include five views, namely a top view, a front view, a rear view, a left view and a right view.
Specifically, when the cloud server receives image information captured by the terminal device, the image information may traverse sample images of all printers in the cloud server, and a printer with a similarity reaching a preset threshold value is selected from the sample images, so that the cloud server can identify and judge the printer to be used by the client. And then, the cloud server can match a corresponding printing program according to the identified and judged printer so as to be downloaded and acquired by the terminal equipment.
Further, the client can also directly feed back basic information of the printer to be used to the cloud server by means of the terminal device. For example, a client may input basic information (such as a category, a brand, a model, and the like) of a printer to be used in a human-computer interaction interface of a terminal device, the terminal device feeds the basic information input by the client back to the cloud server, and the cloud server matches a corresponding printing program according to the basic information provided by the client, so that the terminal device can download and acquire the printing program.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, after comparing the image information with sample images of all printers preset in the cloud server, the method further includes:
counting the number of sample images with the similarity to the image information reaching a preset threshold value, and determining the basic information of the printer corresponding to the sample images when the number of the sample images is equal to 1; or
Counting the number of sample images with the similarity degree with the image information reaching a preset threshold value, and submitting a checking flow of an administrator when the number of the sample images is greater than 1 so as to determine corresponding basic information of the printer; or
And counting the number of sample images with the similarity to the image information reaching a preset threshold value, prompting the terminal equipment to reacquire the image information of the printer to be used when the number of the sample images is equal to 0, and performing similarity comparison according to the reacquired image information.
It should be noted that, in general, the number of sample images whose similarity to the image information reaches the preset threshold is 1, but if the number of sample images is greater than 1, it indicates that there are two or more types of printers whose image information is similar to each other, and at this time, the image information may be submitted to an administrator for an audit process and manually determined by the administrator. If the number of sample images with the similarity to the image information reaching the preset threshold value is equal to 0, the image information to be used by the printer is possibly acquired by the terminal equipment not clearly enough and not completely enough; for example, when image information is collected, the cloud server is affected by interference, pollution and the like of an external environment, so that the identification and judgment of the cloud server on the image information are influenced, and at the moment, the image information is fed back to the terminal equipment to be collected again.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, when the corresponding printing program is matched according to the basic information, the method further includes:
the cloud server sends a payment request to the terminal equipment according to the charging standard;
after the terminal equipment receives the payment request, paying the amount of money by means of a third-party payment platform;
and after the cloud server receives the payment amount, issuing a printing program to the terminal equipment.
It should be noted that the third party payment platform may be a payment bank, a payment account, and the like. It will be appreciated that the charging criteria for downloading the print program is much lower than the purchase price of a conventional one-piece chip (i.e., a chip that is used once and has the print program attached to it when purchased). For a customer, the chip is purchased only once, and the printing program can be downloaded and obtained by delivering a small amount of cost subsequently, so that the cyclic utilization of the chip is realized, and the printing cost is effectively saved. For a chip manufacturer, the continuous profit can be realized by only investing the production cost of the chip once and downloading and acquiring the printing program by paying at the later stage, and the economic benefit of the chip manufacturer is improved.
According to the embodiment of the invention, burning the printing program into a chip specifically comprises the following steps:
erasing an original printing program in the chip;
and after the erasing is finished, burning the printing program into a chip.
It should be noted that before burning the printing program, if the original printing program may exist in the chip, the original printing program needs to be erased, so as to make room for burning a new printing program later.
It will be appreciated that the same chip may be used on different models, brands, and even types of printers. For example, when a chip is used in a first printer, a first printing program is used. According to the customer's needs, when the chip is transferred to the second printer, the existing first printing program of the chip needs to be erased, and then the second printing program is burnt to the chip, so that the diversified repeated application of the same chip can be realized.
According to the embodiment of the invention, burning the printing program into a chip specifically comprises the following steps:
upgrading the original printing program in the chip according to the printing program; and/or
And formatting the parameters of the original printing program in the chip according to the printing program.
It should be noted that, when the printer is upgraded, in order to meet the upgrade requirement of the printer, the original printing program in the chip also needs to be upgraded.
It should be noted that the parameters may include the number of sheets to be printed, the remaining amount of ink or powder, the amount used, the number of times of recording printing, the time, and the like. Specifically, when the chip is replaced from the old printing consumable to the new printing consumable, since the number of printed sheets recorded by the original printing program in the chip reaches the maximum (e.g. 500 sheets), the new printing consumable is not used, and the parameters of the original printing program of the chip need to be formatted. For example: the printing number parameter in the printing program is set to be 0, and the printer can know that the printing consumable material is new according to the interaction with the chip, so that normal printing can be realized.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the above-mentioned method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the present application is not limited by the order of acts described, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently depending on the application. Further, those skilled in the art should also appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are preferred embodiments and that the acts and modules referred to are not necessarily required in this application.
The above is a description of method embodiments, and the embodiments of the present invention are further described below by way of apparatus embodiments.

As shown in fig. 2, the second aspect of the present invention further provides a chip 12, wherein the chip 12 is communicatively connected to a printer, and the chip 12 includes:
a near-end communication module 121, configured to perform near-end communication with a terminal device, and receive a burning instruction and a burned printing program sent by the terminal device;
a storage module 122, configured to provide a burning space to store the printing program;
the method for acquiring the printing program comprises the following steps: acquiring image information of a printer to be used through terminal equipment, and transmitting the image information to a cloud server; the cloud server judges the basic information of the printer according to the image information and matches a corresponding printing program according to the basic information; and downloading and acquiring the printing program from the cloud server through the terminal equipment, and caching.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the near-end communication module can be any one or more of an NFC communication module, an RFID communication module, a Bluetooth communication module and a WIFI communication module. Preferably, the near-end communication module is an NFC communication module, but is not limited thereto.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the cloud server is used for comparing the image information with sample images of all printers preset in the cloud server; when the similarity between the image information and the corresponding sample image reaches a preset threshold value, determining the basic printer information corresponding to the sample image; and matching a corresponding printing program according to the determined basic printer information.

According to the embodiment of the invention, after the cloud server matches the corresponding printing program according to the basic information, the cloud server sends a payment request to the terminal equipment according to a charging standard; after the terminal equipment receives the payment request, paying the amount of money by means of a third-party payment platform; and after the cloud server receives the payment amount, issuing a printing program to the terminal equipment.
According to the embodiment of the invention, before burning the printing program to a chip, the original printing program in the chip needs to be erased; and after the erasing is finished, burning the printing program into a chip.
Further, upgrading the original printing program in the chip according to the printing program; and/or carrying out formatting processing on the parameters of the original printing program in the chip according to the printing program.

As shown in FIG. 3, the third aspect of the present invention also provides a printing consumable 20, which comprises a processing box 15 and a chip 12, wherein the chip 12 is detachably connected to the processing box 15 and is communicatively connected to a printer; the chip 12 includes:
a near-end communication module 121, configured to perform near-end communication with a terminal device, and receive a burning instruction and a burned printing program sent by the terminal device;
a storage module 122, configured to provide a burning space to store the printing program;
