Disclosure of Invention
The application aims to provide a printing end control method and system based on a network and a readable storage medium, which can upgrade a printer and a consumable chip in a remote mode in real time, can analyze the printing end and the consumable chip according to different environments and use conditions, and can push the printing end and the consumable chip to a user end to improve the use experience of a user.
The invention discloses a printing end control method based on a network in a first aspect, which comprises the following steps:
the printer acquires consumable chip data and environment data and sends the consumable chip data and the environment data to the server;
the server inputs the received consumable chip data and the received environment data into a preset printing neural network model and outputs the consumable chip data and the environment data to obtain strategy information;
converting the strategy information into control information and control classification information;
if the control classification information is the printer and/or the consumable chip, the control information is sent to the printer to control the printer and/or the consumable chip;
the strategy information is one or more of a purchase strategy, an encryption strategy, a detection strategy and a guidance strategy; the control classification information corresponding to the purchase strategy, the detection strategy and the guidance strategy is a user side; the control classification information corresponding to the encryption strategy is a printer and/or a consumable chip; the encryption strategy is an encryption algorithm for judging whether to upgrade the printer and/or the consumable chip, the purchase strategy is a strategy for guiding a user to purchase the consumable, the detection strategy is a tutorial for the user to detect the printer or the consumable, and the guidance strategy is a tutorial for guiding the user to solve the problems related to the printer.
In this scheme, if control classification information is printer and/or consumptive material chip, then will control information sends to the printer in order to control printer and/or consumptive material chip, specifically does:

judging whether the data sum is a preset data sum;
if yes, the verification is passed.
In this scheme, after will control information sends to the printer in order to control printer and/or consumptive material chip, still include:
acquiring control information to obtain first data and control information content;
deleting the stored second data and the control information content, and replacing the second data and the control information content with the first data and the control information content acquired from the control information;
the first data is data about capacity, version, serial number and color in the control information; the second data is data about capacity, version, serial number, color already stored in the printer or consumable chip.
The second aspect of the present invention also provides a network-based print-end control system, which includes: at least one memory and at least one processor, the at least one memory having a program of a network-based printing side control method stored therein, the program of the network-based printing side control method when executed by the processor implementing the steps of:
the printer acquires consumable chip data and environment data and sends the consumable chip data and the environment data to the server;
the server inputs the received consumable chip data and the received environment data into a preset printing neural network model and outputs the consumable chip data and the environment data to obtain strategy information;
converting the strategy information into control information and control classification information;
if the control classification information is the printer and/or the consumable chip, the control information is sent to the printer to control the printer and/or the consumable chip, and the strategy information is one or more of a purchase strategy, an encryption strategy, a detection strategy and a guidance strategy; the control classification information corresponding to the purchase strategy, the detection strategy and the guidance strategy is a user side; the control classification information corresponding to the encryption strategy is a printer and/or a consumable chip; the encryption strategy is an encryption algorithm for judging whether to upgrade the printer and/or the consumable chip, the purchase strategy is a strategy for guiding a user to purchase the consumable, the detection strategy is a tutorial for the user to detect the printer or the consumable, and the guidance strategy is a tutorial for guiding the user to solve the problems related to the printer.

if yes, the verification is passed.
In this scheme, after will control information sends to the printer in order to control printer and/or consumptive material chip, still include:
acquiring control information to obtain first data and control information content;
deleting the stored second data and the control information content, and replacing the second data and the control information content with the first data and the control information content acquired from the control information;
the first data is data about capacity, version, serial number and color in the control information; the second data is data about capacity, version, serial number, color already stored in the printer or consumable chip.
A third aspect of the present invention provides a readable storage medium, in which a network-based print-side control method program is stored, which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of a network-based print-side control method as recited in any one of the above.
The printing end control method, the printing end control system and the readable storage medium based on the network can analyze the consumable chip data and the environmental data and then control and upgrade the printer or the consumable chip, so that the safety of the data is ensured, and the benefit of a printer manufacturer is also ensured. The invention also delays the upgrading of the printer or the consumable chip according to the capacity information of the consumable chip, thereby ensuring the benefit of the current printer user. In addition, the invention analyzes according to different environments and use conditions, and pushes the information to the user side, thereby improving the use experience of the user.

As shown in fig. 1, the present invention discloses a network-based printing end control method, which comprises:
s102, a printer acquires consumable chip data and environment data and sends the consumable chip data and the environment data to a server;
s104, the server inputs the received consumable chip data and the received environment data into a preset printing neural network model and outputs the consumable chip data and the environment data to obtain strategy information;
s106, converting the strategy information into control information and control classification information;
and S108, if the control classification information is the printer and/or the consumable chip, sending the control information to the printer to control the printer and/or the consumable chip.
It should be noted that the consumable chip data stores information such as capacity, color, version number, serial number, algorithm, area, consumable state, and the like, and the environment data is physical environment data and network environment data, where the physical environment data includes information such as temperature, humidity, and usage frequency of the usage environment of the printer; the network environment data includes information such as network speed, bandwidth, etc. The printer acquires consumable chip data and environment data and then sends the consumable chip data and the environment data to the server side, the server analyzes the consumable chip data and the environment data, the server inputs the data into a preset neural network model, and strategy information is output. The strategy information is one or more of a purchase strategy, an encryption strategy, a detection strategy and a guidance strategy; the control classification information of the purchase strategy, the detection strategy and the guidance strategy is a user side; the encryption strategy is an encryption algorithm for judging whether to upgrade the printer and/or the consumable chip, and the control classification information of the encryption strategy is the printer and/or the consumable chip. The purchase strategy is a strategy for guiding a user to purchase consumables; the detection strategy is a tutorial for the user to detect the printer or the consumable, so that the user can correspondingly detect the current state of the printer; the guidance strategy is a guidance tutorial that guides the user through the solution of the printer-related problem. Therefore, the control classification information corresponding to these types of policies is the user side. Whether the consumable is matched with the printer can be judged through the capacity, color, version number, serial number and algorithm stored in the consumable chip data, if so, the consumable is proved to be legal and normal, and normal printing can be realized; if the consumable information is not matched with the printer, the consumable material is proved to be illegal, or the information such as the model and the like is not matched with the printer, so that the consumable material cannot be printed normally. And the remaining capacity information of the consumables can be obtained through the capacity, so that a purchase strategy can be generated, for example, when the remaining capacity is judged to be left for 100 pages, a purchase link can be sent to the client so as to facilitate the customer to purchase the consumables, or promotion information can be sent to the client. Can obtain the nature and the quality information of carbon dust or ink through consumptive material state information to can combine the state parameter and the physical environment information of printer, judge the problem that present printer probably appears or to the solution that has appeared the problem, also be exactly detection strategy and guide the strategy, all can send the user side to show, for example, the parameter matching of consumptive material and printer, but the ambient temperature is too high and causes the printing effect not good, then can judge the scheme of solving the problem through these parameters, also obtain guide the strategy, send to the user side, in order to carry out the solution of printer problem. The encryption strategy can be obtained through the network environment, the version number, the serial number and the algorithm information, for example, the encryption mode can be upgraded when the network environment is poor, and the decryption through the network mode is prevented; when the version number and the serial number cannot be matched with the algorithm and the field prestored by the printer, the consumable chip is proved to have the possibility of being cracked by a third party, and the encryption mode can also be upgraded; when the algorithms of the consumable chip and the printer are inconsistent, the possibility that the consumable chip is cracked by a third party is proved, the encryption mode can be upgraded, the encryption strategy can enable the consumable chip and the printer to upgrade the encryption algorithm again, and the benefit of a manufacturer is guaranteed. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the preset printing neural network model is an artificial intelligence model obtained through mass data training, and parameters can be input to obtain specific strategy information.
The server converts the policy information into control information and control classification information. Where the control information and the control classification information are in a mapping relationship, for example, if the control classification information is a printer, the control information is control for the printer. The control information may include modifying the authentication algorithm, modifying field information, modifying the communication protocol, etc.; the control classification information can be a printer, a consumable chip and a user side. If the control classification information is the printer and/or the consumable chip, the control information is sent to the printer to control the printer and/or the consumable chip.
According to the embodiment of the invention, if the control classification information is the printer and/or the consumable chip, the method further comprises the following steps:
if the control classification information is the printer and/or the consumable chip, acquiring consumable state information of the printer;
acquiring residual capacity information according to the state information;
and generating control information according to the residual capacity information, and sending the control information to the printer.
It should be noted that, often, a user may purchase a substitute consumable material and install the substitute consumable material in a printer for use, if the life of the consumable material is not finished, or the verification algorithm and the field information are modified during use, the substitute consumable material purchased by the user at this time may not be used, and the benefit of the consumer is damaged, so that the current state information of the consumable material can be obtained at this time, the remaining capacity information is obtained therefrom, then the control information is generated according to the capacity information and sent to the printer, and the printer performs control upgrading of the printer or the consumable chip according to the instruction. For example, if 1500 pages remain in the current capacity, the control upgrade can be performed after 1500 pages are printed, and because the current consumables can not be used if the upgrade is performed directly, the method of the present invention can better guarantee the benefit of consumers.
According to the embodiment of the invention, if the control classification information is the printer and/or the consumable chip, the method further comprises the following steps:
if the control classification information is the printer and/or the consumable chip, acquiring authentication information of the consumable chip;
judging whether the authentication information is preset authentication information or not;
if so, acquiring data information stored by the consumable chip;
verifying the acquired data information by a preset verification method;
if the verification is passed, the control information is not sent to the printer and/or the consumable chip; and if the verification fails, sending control information to the printer and/or the consumable chip.
It should be noted that, the present invention may also obtain authentication information of the consumable chip, where the authentication information may be a serial number or version number information stored in the chip, and the printer or the server may determine whether the authentication information is preset authentication information according to the obtained authentication information, for example, the serial number stored in the consumable chip may be compared with the serial number stored in the server or the printer, or verification of an algorithm is performed, if the verification is passed, the consumable chip is proved to be legal, and if the verification is not passed, the chip is not proved to be illegal. If the control information is legal, the control information is not sent to the printer and/or the consumable chip, namely, the control upgrading is not needed; and if the consumable chip is illegal, sending control information to the printer and/or the consumable chip for upgrading.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the preset verification method comprises the following steps:
acquiring data information stored by a consumable chip;
extracting data of a preset position of the data information to obtain a data group;
carrying out hexadecimal addition on the data in the data group to obtain a data sum;
judging whether the data sum is a preset data sum;
if yes, the verification is passed.
It should be noted that the preset verification algorithm may be various, for example, hash calculation or remainder calculation may be performed, but in order to ensure the operation speed, the present invention adopts summation calculation of the preset field, which can determine whether the chip is a legal chip more quickly, and improve the operation responsiveness. Firstly, acquiring data information stored by a consumable chip; and extracting the data information to perform data of a preset position to obtain a data group. And then, carrying out hexadecimal addition on the data in the data group to obtain a data sum, wherein the data group can be a plurality of data, and each data represents the data of the preset field obtained from the data stored in the chip. Summing all the data of the data set can obtain the result more quickly and can be completed only by one clock pulse time. And finally, judging whether the data sum is a preset data sum, wherein the preset data sum can be a data segment or a hashed data point, and can be specifically set according to the actual needs of the technical personnel in the field.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, after the sending the control information to the printer to control the printer and/or the consumable chip, the method further includes:
acquiring control information to obtain first data and control information content;
and deleting the stored second data and the control information content, and replacing the second data and the control information content with the first data and the control information content acquired from the control information.
It should be noted that the first data is data about capacity, version, serial number, and color in the control information, and such data may be a preset fixed symbol value; the second data is data about capacity, version, serial number, color already stored in the printer or consumable chip, and therefore, after the control information is acquired, replacement and upgrade are required. After the printer or the consumable chip obtains the control information, first data and control information content are obtained from the control information, then second data and control information which are stored in the printer or the consumable chip are deleted, the first data and the control information content are directly replaced by the received first data and control information content, and upgrading is completed. The printer after upgrading can update new verification algorithm and communication protocol, and consumable chips can also be synchronously replaced, so that a third party is prevented from rapidly breaking the printer or the chips, and the safety is improved.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, the generation of the preset printing neural network model specifically comprises:
acquiring historical state data; preprocessing the historical state data to obtain a training array; sending the training array to an initialized neural network model for training; acquiring the error rate of the trained neural network model; and if the error rate is less than a preset error rate threshold value, stopping training to obtain a preset printing neural network model.
It should be noted that the analysis result, that is, the policy information, can be obtained quickly through the preset printing neural network model, and then the control is performed according to the policy information.
It should be noted that the method further includes:
acquiring the use state information of the printer in a preset area;
calculating a characteristic value of the use state information;
extracting environment information in the use state information within a preset characteristic value range to obtain a first state information set;
and taking the first state information set as the preset training data of the printing neural network model.
It should be noted that in some areas, physical environment information in the environment information is often similar or similar, and then by performing feature analysis on the use state in the area, the data obtained by the neural network analysis can be more accurate by using the data group with the closer feature value as training data of the neural network.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the method further comprises the following steps:
obtaining purchasing strategy information through the strategy information;

It should be noted that, the purchase strategy information can be obtained through the analysis of the server, and is used for guiding the user to purchase the consumable, so as to improve the user experience.
According to the embodiment of the invention, if the verification fails, the method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring authentication information of a consumable chip, and sending the authentication information to a server;
the server verifies the authentication information through a historical verification method;
if the data passes the control information, sending the control information to the printer;
the control information is preset capacity information and warning information.
It should be noted that, after a user often purchases a regular consumable, since the printer is upgraded and the consumable chip is not upgraded, in order not to affect the use of the current user, information stored in the current consumable chip may be sent to the server for verification, if the historical verification method can verify that the current consumable is a legal consumable that has not been upgraded, in order not to affect the use, preset capacity information may be sent to the printer end, and the preset capacity information may be less, for example, 50 pages, 80 pages, and the like. Although the capacity is small, the current use of the user is not affected, and warning information may be sent, and after receiving the warning information, the printer may display on a screen of the printer, for example, display: the current consumable is an old version consumable, and the current consumable is required to be timely contacted with a manufacturer for replacement. By the method, the user can normally use the regular consumable materials for a period of time after purchasing the regular consumable materials, and the use experience of the user is not influenced.

As shown in fig. 2, the second aspect of the present invention also provides a network-based print-end control system 2, which includes: at least one memory 21 and at least one processor 22, said memory having stored therein a program of a network-based printing side control method, said program of a network-based printing side control method realizing the following steps when executed by said at least one processor:
the printer acquires consumable chip data and environment data and sends the consumable chip data and the environment data to the server;
the server inputs the received consumable chip data and the received environment data into a preset printing neural network model and outputs the consumable chip data and the environment data to obtain strategy information;
converting the strategy information into control information and control classification information;
and if the control classification information is the printer and/or the consumable chip, sending the control information to the printer to control the printer and/or the consumable chip.
It should be noted that the consumable chip data stores information such as capacity, color, version number, serial number, algorithm, area, consumable state, and the like, and the environment data is physical environment data and network environment data, where the physical environment data includes information such as temperature, humidity, and usage frequency of the usage environment of the printer; the network environment data includes information such as network speed, bandwidth, etc. The printer acquires consumable chip data and environment data and then sends the consumable chip data and the environment data to the server side, the server analyzes the consumable chip data and the environment data, the server inputs the data into a preset neural network model, and strategy information is output. The purchase strategy is a strategy for guiding a user to purchase consumables; the detection strategy is a tutorial for the user to detect the printer or the consumable, so that the user can correspondingly detect the current state of the printer; the guidance strategy is a guidance tutorial that guides the user through the solution of the printer-related problem. Therefore, the control classification information corresponding to these types of policies is the user side. Whether the consumable is matched with the printer can be judged through the capacity, color, version number, serial number and algorithm stored in the consumable chip data, if so, the consumable is proved to be legal and normal, and normal printing can be realized; if the consumable information is not matched with the printer, the consumable material is proved to be illegal, or the information such as the model and the like is not matched with the printer, so that the consumable material cannot be printed normally. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the preset printing neural network model is an artificial intelligence model obtained through mass data training, and parameters can be input to obtain specific strategy information.
The server converts the policy information into control information and control classification information. Where the control information and the control classification information are in a mapping relationship, for example, if the control classification information is a printer, the control information is control for the printer. The control information may include modifying the authentication algorithm, modifying field information, modifying the communication protocol, etc.; the control classification information can be a printer, a consumable chip and a user side. and generating control information according to the residual capacity information, and sending the control information to the printer.

It should be noted that, the present invention may also obtain authentication information of the consumable chip, where the authentication information may be a serial number or version number information stored in the chip, and the printer or the server may determine whether the authentication information is preset authentication information according to the obtained authentication information, for example, the serial number stored in the consumable chip may be compared with the serial number stored in the server or the printer, or verification of an algorithm is performed, if the verification is passed, the consumable chip is proved to be legal, and if the verification is not passed, the chip is not proved to be illegal. If the control information is legal, the control information is not sent to the printer and/or the consumable chip, namely, the control upgrading is not needed; and if the consumable chip is illegal, sending control information to the printer and/or the consumable chip for upgrading.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the preset verification method comprises the following steps:
acquiring data information stored by a consumable chip;
extracting data of a preset position of the data information to obtain a data group;
carrying out hexadecimal addition on the data in the data group to obtain a data sum;
judging whether the data sum is a preset data sum;
if yes, the verification is passed.
It should be noted that the preset verification algorithm may be various, for example, hash calculation or remainder calculation may be performed, but in order to ensure the operation speed, the present invention adopts summation calculation of the preset field, which can determine whether the chip is a legal chip more quickly, and improve the operation responsiveness. Firstly, acquiring data information stored by a consumable chip; and extracting the data information to perform data of a preset position to obtain a data group. And then, carrying out hexadecimal addition on the data in the data group to obtain a data sum, wherein the data group can be a plurality of data, and each data represents the data of the preset field obtained from the data stored in the chip. Summing all the data of the data set can obtain the result more quickly and can be completed only by one clock pulse time. And finally, judging whether the data sum is a preset data sum, wherein the preset data sum can be a data segment or a hashed data point, and can be specifically set according to the actual needs of the technical personnel in the field.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, after the sending the control information to the printer to control the printer and/or the consumable chip, the method further includes:
acquiring control information to obtain first data and control information content;
and deleting the stored second data and the control information content, and replacing the second data and the control information content with the first data and the control information content acquired from the control information.
It should be noted that the first data is data about capacity, version, serial number, and color in the control information, and such data may be a preset fixed symbol value; the second data is data about capacity, version, serial number, color already stored in the printer or consumable chip, and therefore, after the control information is acquired, replacement and upgrade are required. After the printer or the consumable chip obtains the control information, first data and control information content are obtained from the control information, then second data and control information which are stored in the printer or the consumable chip are deleted, the first data and the control information content are directly replaced by the received first data and control information content, and upgrading is completed. The printer after upgrading can update new verification algorithm and communication protocol, and consumable chips can also be synchronously replaced, so that a third party is prevented from rapidly breaking the printer or the chips, and the safety is improved.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, the generation of the preset printing neural network model specifically comprises:
acquiring historical state data; preprocessing the historical state data to obtain a training array; sending the training array to an initialized neural network model for training; acquiring the error rate of the trained neural network model; and if the error rate is less than a preset error rate threshold value, stopping training to obtain a preset printing neural network model.
It should be noted that the analysis result, that is, the policy information, can be obtained quickly through the preset printing neural network model, and then the control is performed according to the policy information.
It should be noted that the method further includes:
acquiring the use state information of the printer in a preset area;
calculating a characteristic value of the use state information;
extracting environment information in the use state information within a preset characteristic value range to obtain a first state information set;
and taking the first state information set as the preset training data of the printing neural network model.
It should be noted that in some areas, physical environment information in the environment information is often similar or similar, and then by performing feature analysis on the use state in the area, the data obtained by the neural network analysis can be more accurate by using the data group with the closer feature value as training data of the neural network.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the method further comprises the following steps:
obtaining purchasing strategy information through the strategy information;
generating purchase quantity and link information by the purchase strategy information;
and sending the purchase quantity and the link information to a user side.
It should be noted that, the purchase strategy information can be obtained through the analysis of the server, and is used for guiding the user to purchase the consumable, so as to improve the user experience.
According to the embodiment of the invention, if the verification fails, the method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring authentication information of a consumable chip, and sending the authentication information to a server;
the server verifies the authentication information through a historical verification method;
if the data passes the control information, sending the control information to the printer;
the control information is preset capacity information and warning information.
It should be noted that, after a user often purchases a regular consumable, since the printer is upgraded and the consumable chip is not upgraded, in order not to affect the use of the current user, information stored in the current consumable chip may be sent to the server for verification, if the historical verification method can verify that the current consumable is a legal consumable that has not been upgraded, in order not to affect the use, preset capacity information may be sent to the printer end, and the preset capacity information may be less, for example, 50 pages, 80 pages, and the like. Although the capacity is small, the current use of the user is not affected, and warning information may be sent, and after receiving the warning information, the printer may display on a screen of the printer, for example, display: the current consumable is an old version consumable, and the current consumable is required to be timely contacted with a manufacturer for replacement. By the method, the user can normally use the regular consumable materials for a period of time after purchasing the regular consumable materials, and the use experience of the user is not influenced.
A third aspect of the present invention provides a readable storage medium, in which a network-based print-side control method program is stored, which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of a network-based print-side control method as recited in any one of the above.
The printing end control method, the printing end control system and the readable storage medium based on the network can analyze the consumable chip data and the environmental data and then control and upgrade the printer or the consumable chip, so that the safety of the data is ensured, and the benefit of a printer manufacturer is also ensured. The invention also delays the upgrading of the printer or the consumable chip according to the capacity information of the consumable chip, thereby ensuring the benefit of the current printer user. In addition, the invention analyzes according to different environments and use conditions, and pushes the information to the user side, thereby improving the use experience of the user.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways.
