5. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to sending the downloaded firmware file to the portable printer via bluetooth based on the user instruction, further comprising:
and sending a second prompt message to the user after the downloading of the firmware file is completed so as to prompt the user to ensure that the residual electric quantity of the portable printer is enough to complete the upgrading of the firmware of the portable printer, and/or prompt the user to connect the portable printer with a power supply.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and sending a third prompt message to the user after the information of successful upgrading sent by the portable printer is acquired so as to prompt the user that the firmware of the portable printer is successfully upgraded.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
after the information of successful upgrade sent by the portable printer is acquired, the model of the portable printer and the version number of the firmware subjected to firmware upgrade are stored locally, so that a fourth prompt message is sent to the user after the firmware version of the portable printer of the corresponding model is acquired next time and is updated, and the user is prompted that the firmware of the portable printer of the corresponding model has a new version.

the acquisition module is used for acquiring the current version number of the firmware of the portable printer and acquiring the latest version number of the firmware of the portable printer of the corresponding model from the server; the portable printer is connected with the mobile intelligent terminal through Bluetooth;
the judging module is used for judging whether the current version number is consistent with the latest version number;
the downloading module is used for downloading the firmware file corresponding to the latest version number from the server when the judgment result is inconsistent;
and the upgrading module is used for sending the downloaded firmware file to the portable printer through the Bluetooth based on a user instruction so as to upgrade the firmware by the portable printer based on the received firmware file.
9. A firmware upgrade apparatus for a portable printer, comprising:
a memory and a processor coupled to the memory;
the memory for storing a program for at least performing the method of any one of claims 1-7;
the processor is used for calling and executing the program stored in the memory.
10. The device of claim 9, wherein the device is a smartphone or a tablet computer.
