本发明公开了一种封缄胶带生产用夹持涂布装置,包括机架,所述机架上设置有用于夹持封缄胶带的夹具,所述夹具包括上夹板和下夹板,所述上夹板底部并排开设有多个涂布槽,所述涂布槽两侧壁均竖向开设有活动槽,所述活动槽与活动槽之间转动架设有涂布轮,所述涂布槽上方开设有储液腔,所述储液腔设置有补液口,所述储液腔与涂布槽内顶面之间开设有若干个位于涂布轮上方的放液孔,所述放液孔内设置有控液组件,所述控液组件包括设置于放液孔内的定位栓,所述定位栓顶端固定有堵液板,所述堵液板上固定有顶端嵌入设置于储液腔内顶面的限位杆,所述下夹板对应涂布槽开设有安装槽,所述安装槽内架设有转动轮。

本发明涉及胶带生产设备技术领域,具体为一种封缄胶带生产用夹持涂布装置。
背景技术
封缄胶带需要经过多道工序才能完成,其中在涂布工序中,需要在基材上涂布胶液,目前在涂布加工使用的设备都比较大,占地面积大,并且不能灵活的进行涂布。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种封缄胶带生产用夹持涂布装置,解决了现有涂布过程中由于涂布设备大,占地面积大,运用不灵活的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种封缄胶带生产用夹持涂布装置,包括机架,所述机架上设置有用于夹持封缄胶带的夹具,所述夹具包括上夹板和下夹板,所述上夹板底部并排开设有多个涂布槽,所述涂布槽两侧壁均竖向开设有活动槽,所述活动槽与活动槽之间转动架设有涂布轮,所述涂布槽上方开设有储液腔,所述储液腔设置有补液口,所述储液腔与涂布槽内顶面之间开设有若干个位于涂布轮上方的放液孔,所述放液孔内设置有控液组件,所述控液组件包括设置于放液孔内的定位栓,所述定位栓顶端固定有堵液板,所述堵液板上固定有顶端嵌入设置于储液腔内顶面的限位杆,所述下夹板对应涂布槽开设有安装槽,所述安装槽内架设有转动轮。
优选的,所述上夹板左右两端均朝下设置有气缸,且所述气缸的活塞杆连接固定下夹板。
优选的,所述储液腔内顶面对应限位杆开设有限位槽,所述限位杆顶端位于限位槽内设置有移动板,所述移动板与限位槽内顶面之间设置有弹簧。
优选的,所述限位槽槽口处设置有防液板,所述防液板开设有可容限位杆上下活动的通孔,所述通孔内设置有密封圈。
优选的,所述堵液板底端中轴向下突出设置有凸板,所述放液孔顶端开设有可容设凸板的凹槽。
优选的,所述涂布轮两端均设置有防漏板一,所述转动轮两端对应防漏板一设置有防漏板二。
优选的,所述定位栓底端呈半球状设置。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供了一种封缄胶带生产用夹持涂布装置。具备以下有益效果:本发明通过只需通过调节气缸即可控制涂布工序的进程,并且本发明的结构紧凑,占地面积小,可灵活的应用或布置,工作效率高,涂布后的产品品质好。

请参阅图1-5,本发明实施例提供一种技术方案:一种封缄胶带生产用夹持涂布装置,包括机架,所述机架上设置有用于夹持封缄胶带的夹具,所述夹具包括上夹板1和下夹板2,所述上夹板1底部并排开设有多个涂布槽,所述涂布槽两侧壁均竖向开设有活动槽3,所述活动槽3与活动槽3之间转动架设有涂布轮4,所述涂布槽上方开设有储液腔5,储液腔5内储存有用于涂布的油胶、水胶或其他,所述储液腔5设置有补液口6,储液腔5通过补液口6与外设的胶桶连接,所述储液腔5与涂布槽内顶面之间开设有若干个位于涂布轮4上方的放液孔7,油胶或水胶等液体从储液腔5内经过放液孔7流到涂布槽内的涂布轮4上,所述放液孔7内设置有控液组件,所述控液组件包括设置于放液孔7内的定位栓8,定位栓8的直径远小于放液孔7的直径,以防止堵液,所述定位栓8顶端固定有堵液板9,堵液板9用于防止放液孔7漏胶,所述堵液板9上固定有顶端嵌入设置于储液腔5内顶面的限位杆10,所述限位杆10、定位栓8以及堵液板9的自重使得其自然状态下为关闭状态即控液组件常规状态处于关闭状态,所述下夹板2对应涂布槽开设有安装槽,所述安装槽内架设有转动轮11,封缄胶带从转动轮11和涂布轮4之间穿过。
所述上夹板1左右两端均朝下设置有气缸12,且所述气缸12的活塞杆连接固定下夹板2,上夹板1通过气缸12与下夹板2夹紧固定。
所述储液腔5内顶面对应限位杆10开设有限位槽13,所述限位杆10顶端位于限位槽13内设置有移动板14,所述移动板14与限位槽13内顶面之间设置有弹簧15,弹簧15对移动板14有向下的推力,以保证控液组件常规状态处于关闭状态,防止漏胶。
所述限位槽13槽口处设置有防液板16,所述防液板16开设有可容限位杆10上下活动的通孔,所述通孔内设置有密封圈,防止胶液从储液腔5进入限位槽13内导致弹簧15弹力降低。
所述堵液板9底端中轴向下突出设置有凸板17,所述放液孔7顶端开设有可容设凸板17的凹槽18,凸板17和凹槽18之间设置有密封圈,能够更好的防止漏胶。
所述涂布轮4两端均设置有防漏板一19,所述转动轮11两端对应防漏板一设置有防漏板二20,防漏板一19与防漏板二20紧密配合,能够使得涂布轮4上的胶液被限制在防漏板一19和防漏板20之间的封缄胶带上,不会流到地上。
所述定位栓8底端呈半球状设置,使得涂布轮4与定位栓8之间摩擦减小。
本发明的工作原理为:封缄胶带放置于转动轮11和涂布轮4之间(封缄胶带两侧被限制于防漏板一19内,且通过气缸12使得上夹板1和下夹板2夹紧封缄胶带),由于上夹板1和下夹板2夹紧,使得涂布轮4的转动轴沿活动槽3上移,将定位栓8上顶,使得堵液板9和凸板17上移失去堵液作用,胶水从储液腔 5经放液孔7进入涂布槽内并流到涂布轮4顶端,随着涂布轮4转动将胶液涂布在封缄胶带上,且涂布轮4与转动轮11的紧密配合以及防漏板一19和防漏板20的紧密配合使得涂布轮4上粘黏的胶液平整的涂布在封缄胶带上表面(下夹板2的安装槽内也可以连通胶桶,转动轮11转动时同步将胶液涂布在封缄胶带的下表面),封缄胶带缓缓移动从而完成涂布工序,完成涂布工序后,气缸12将下夹板2推离上夹板1,从而使得转动轮11与涂布轮4分离,涂布轮4没有转动轮11的支撑从而沿活动槽3下移,限位槽13内的弹簧15对移动板14产生向下的推力,且由于移动板14、堵液板9、凸板17、限位杆10以及定位栓8的自重,使得堵液板9与凸板17将放液孔7关闭,阻断胶液从储液腔5经放液孔7流出。

1.一种封缄胶带生产用夹持涂布装置,包括机架,其特征在于,所述机架上设置有用于夹持封缄胶带的夹具,所述夹具包括上夹板和下夹板,所述上夹板底部并排开设有多个涂布槽,所述涂布槽两侧壁均竖向开设有活动槽,所述活动槽与活动槽之间转动架设有涂布轮,所述涂布槽上方开设有储液腔,所述储液腔设置有补液口,所述储液腔与涂布槽内顶面之间开设有若干个位于涂布轮上方的放液孔,所述放液孔内设置有控液组件,所述控液组件包括设置于放液孔内的定位栓,所述定位栓顶端固定有堵液板,所述堵液板上固定有顶端嵌入设置于储液腔内顶面的限位杆,所述下夹板对应涂布槽开设有安装槽,所述安装槽内架设有转动轮。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种封缄胶带生产用夹持涂布装置,其特征在于,所述上夹板左右两端均朝下设置有气缸,且所述气缸的活塞杆连接固定下夹板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种封缄胶带生产用夹持涂布装置,其特征在于,所述储液腔内顶面对应限位杆开设有限位槽,所述限位杆顶端位于限位槽内设置有移动板,所述移动板与限位槽内顶面之间设置有弹簧。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种封缄胶带生产用夹持涂布装置,其特征在于,所述限位槽槽口处设置有防液板,所述防液板开设有可容限位杆上下活动的通孔,所述通孔内设置有密封圈。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种封缄胶带生产用夹持涂布装置,其特征在于,所述堵液板底端中轴向下突出设置有凸板,所述放液孔顶端开设有可容设凸板的凹槽。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种封缄胶带生产用夹持涂布装置,其特征在于,所述涂布轮两端均设置有防漏板一,所述转动轮两端对应防漏板一设置有防漏板二。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种封缄胶带生产用夹持涂布装置,其特征在于,所述定位栓底端呈半球状设置。
