(3) Cooling to 35-43 deg.C, adding antiseptic 0.3%, stirring, filtering, sealing and packaging to obtain essence containing high essential amino acids and amino acids.
The weight ratio of the auxiliary materials is 0.1 percent of vitamin E and 0.5 percent of aloe extract.
Example 2
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) putting water, 4% of glycerol, 2% of ascorbyl glucoside, 5% of betaine, 0.3% of lavender oil and 0.2% of allantoin according to the weight ratio into an emulsification tank, stirring uniformly, and heating to 80-85 ℃ for complete dissolution;

The weight ratio of the auxiliary materials is 0.5 percent of vitamin E and 1 percent of aloe extract.
Evaluation of efficacy of use
50 persons are selected and randomly divided into 5 groups, and the experimental group comprises examples 1 to 3, 10 examples 1, 10 examples 2, 10 examples 3, 10 blank control groups and 10 experimental control groups.
The experimental control group is smeared on the face by adopting the common essence on the market.

In the blank control group, the skin of the test subject is dried 9 times and 18 times, and the skin of the test subject is peeled 6 times and 10 times.
In conclusion, the amino acid skin care essence prepared by the high essential amino acid rice saving method does not contain harmful chemical additives, can moisten skin, has a good moisturizing effect, fully increases the skin wettability and improves the skin dryness.
Claims (8)
1. The method for preparing the amino acid skin care essence by using the high essential amino acid rice-saving is characterized by comprising the following steps: the preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) according to the weight ratio, putting water, 1-4% of glycerol, 0.5-2% of ascorbyl glucoside, 2-5% of betaine, 0.1-0.3% of lavender oil and 0.1-0.2% of allantoin into an emulsification tank, stirring uniformly, heating to 80-85 ℃ and dissolving completely;
(2) cooling to 50-55 deg.C, adding premixed propylene glycol 1-4%, amino acid 0.1-12% and adjuvants 0.1-5%, stirring and dispersing; the amino acid with high essential amino acid content is obtained by crushing the amino acid with high essential amino acid content, sieving with a sieve, and drying until the water content is lower than 10%; adding a buffer solution into the high essential amino acid festival powder, adjusting the pH to 5.0, adding pectinase which is 3.5 percent of the total mass of the high essential amino acid festival powder, and carrying out water bath oscillation enzymolysis for 1.5h at the temperature of 55 ℃ to obtain a mixed initial material; after the enzymolysis is finished, adding purified water into the mixed initial material according to the material-liquid ratio of 1:30, placing the mixture into ultrasonic equipment for ultrasonic extraction, wherein the ultrasonic power is 500w, and the extraction time is 35min, so as to obtain crude amino acid extraction liquid; then adjusting the pH value of the crude amino acid extract to 3.0, and purifying the crude amino acid extract by using a cation exchange resin column or activated carbon to obtain the amino acid extract.
(3) Cooling to 35-43 deg.C, adding antiseptic 0.3-1%, stirring, filtering, sealing and packaging to obtain essence containing high essential amino acids and amino acids.
2. The method for preparing amino acid skin care essence by using high essential amino acid rice-saving according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the adjuvants are vitamin E and Aloe extract.
3. The method for preparing amino acid skin care essence by using high essential amino acid rice-saving according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the antiseptic is any one of phenoxyethanol, p-hydroxyacetophenone and methylparaben.
