through mouse acute toxicity experiment (taking oral liquid 5 times concentrated solution for improving sleep quality to mouse, and giving mouse with stomach-filling volume of 0.2mL/10 g.bw), Ames experiment (five doses are set for the experiment, wherein the five doses are respectively 5000 mug/vessel, 1000 mug/vessel, 200 mug/vessel, 40 mug/vessel and 8 mug/vessel, and self-reversion, solvent contrast and positive mutagen contrast are set simultaneously), mouse marrow pleochromophily red nucleus experiment (taking cyclophosphamide with dose of 40mg/kg.bw as positive contrast and distilled water as negative contrast, 3 doses in experiment group are respectively 10.0mL/kg.bw, 5.0mL/kg.bw and 2.5mL/kg.bw, taking oral liquid 5 times concentrated solution with sleep quality to 50.0mL, 25mL and 12.5mL to 100mL, preparing test liquid with corresponding dose to mouse, and giving mouse stomach-filling with mouse with test liquid, and taking cyclophosphamide with dose of 40 mg/kg/sperm abnormality as contrast, distilled water is used as a negative control, 3 doses of a test group are respectively 10.0mL/kg.bw, 5.0mL/kg.bw and 2.5mL/kg.bw, 50.0mL, 25.0mL and 12.5mL of oral liquid 5-fold concentrated solution for improving sleep quality are taken, distilled water is added to 50mL to prepare test solution with corresponding dose to be filled into a mouse for intragastric administration, and toxicological test evaluation is carried out by a 30-day feeding test (17 mL, 33mL and 67mL of oral liquid 5-fold concentrated solution for improving sleep quality are taken, distilled water is added to a constant volume of 100mL, and an equal volume of distilled water is given to a control group for intragastric administration once a day for 30 days).
5. And (3) test results:
(1) acute oral toxicity test: the maximum tolerance dose to female and male Kunming mice is more than 20.0mL/kg.bw, and the drug belongs to a nontoxic grade.
(2) And (3) genetic toxicity test: the Ames test, mouse marrow pleochromocyte micronucleus test and mouse teratospermia test results are all negative.
(3) And feeding the rats for 30 days by using 1.7mL/kg.bw, 3.3mL/kg.bw and 6.7mL/kg.bw of oral liquid 5-fold concentrated solution for improving the sleep quality, wherein the rats are gavaged for 30 days, animals grow and develop well during the experiment period, and the weight, the weight gain, the food utilization rate, the blood conventional index, the organ weight and the organ/weight ratio of each dose group are compared with those of a control group, so that no significant difference exists.

Claims (4)
1. The oral liquid for improving the sleep quality is characterized by comprising, by weight, 15 ~ 45 parts of apples, 8 ~ 30 parts of wolfberry fruits, 5 ~ 20 parts of spina date seeds, 5 ~ 18 parts of asparagus lettuce, 4 ~ 12 parts of longan, 4 ~ 12 parts of millet, 12 ~ 5 parts of vitamin B, 2 ~ 5 parts of honey and 9000 ~ 12000mL of purified water.

The oral liquid for improving sleep quality as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 38 parts of apple, 8 parts of wolfberry fruit, 16 parts of spina date seed, 12 parts of asparagus lettuce, 11 parts of longan, 11 parts of millet, 12 parts of vitamin B, 2 parts of honey and 10000mL of purified water.
3. The preparation method of the oral liquid for improving sleep quality as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: washing fructus Mali Pumilae, fructus Lycii, semen Ziziphi Spinosae and arillus longan with water, decocting in interlayer pan for 1.5 hr, sieving with 200 mesh sieve, and placing the filtrate in preparation tank;
step two: cleaning asparagus lettuce, adding 3 times of purified water, decocting for 1.5 hours, and sieving with a 200-mesh sieve while the asparagus lettuce is hot, wherein the filtrate is reserved;

step five: refrigerating and standing the mixed solution obtained in the step four for 48 hours, and filtering the mixed solution through a plate and frame filter to obtain filtrate;
step six: placing the filtrate obtained in the fifth step into a clean stainless steel liquid storage tank, filling the filtrate into brown glass bottles meeting the sanitary requirements by using a filling machine, and adjusting the filling amount to be 10 mL/bottle;
step seven: sterilizing at 115 deg.C for 25 min, packaging, and inspecting.
4. The method for preparing oral liquid for improving sleep quality as claimed in claim 3, wherein the steps two to six are all performed in a clean space of hundred thousand grade.
