超级系统帧号确定方法、通信方法及装置。其中方法包括:接入网设备确定第一超级系统帧号HSFN和第一系统帧号SFN;所述第一HSFN以及所述第一SFN为所述接入网设备根据启动增强型非连续接收eDRX的时刻与预设起始时刻确定的;所述接入网设备根据第一SFN以及第二SFN确定HSFN调整量;所述第二SFN为所述接入网设备启动eDRX的时刻使用的SFN;所述接入网设备根据所述HSFN调整量将所述第一HSFN调整为第二HSFN,并根据所述第二SFN更新所述第二HSFN。
