具体实施方式
本发明涉及一种密封圈系统,在用于洗碗机的桶和水箱被安装之后用作密封件。在现有系统中,通过O环和类似的附加的密封件来提供密封,但通过这种措施,可能出现因用户在组装过程中的失误,导致这些密封件无法嵌装到这些位置,以及在安装期间密封件被损坏时不能正确地发挥其功能的问题。

1.一种固定密封圈,用于各种洗碗机,其特征在于,
通过伸缩来确保密封而不是通过压缩来确保密封,并且通过单个部件来确保密封,
所述固定密封圈是通过2K注入技术在硬质塑料上注入柔软的热塑性材料而制成的单个部件,
所述固定密封圈被放置于桶和水箱之间,通过安装于所述水箱的连接凸片而嵌装于所述水箱的壳体,
所述固定密封圈在被固定后通过接触所述桶的下部的壁进行伸缩,并通过其柔软的凸起结构进行伸缩,
所述固定密封圈通过位于所述硬质塑料上的连接凸片而附设并固定于水箱,
所述固定密封圈通过所述水箱上的连接片而与所述水箱的壳体接合从而被固定,在安装过程中无法将所述固定密封圈从其位置移除,并且在操作员将所述水箱安装于所述桶时,所述固定密封圈通过与所述桶的壁接触而进行伸缩。
2.根据权利要求1所述的固定密封圈,其特征在于,
通过单个部件在两个硬质塑料之间进行伸缩来确保密封,而不是通过在两个硬质塑料之间进行压缩来确保密封。
3.根据权利要求1所述的固定密封圈,其特征在于,
在将塑料从模具中移出之前,通过在硬质塑料上通过2K注入技术注入较软的热塑性材料,从而以单个部件的方式进行生产。
