The invention can realize on-line automatic detection and marking of defects on the front and back surfaces of the cloth cover, does not need to stop the machine for labeling in the detection process, does not need to manually control the machine for stopping in the removing process, and has high defect detection speed, high detectable rate and high removing rate. The structure is simple, the operation is convenient, the dependence on manpower in the defect removing process is reduced, and the problems of cloth drafting, repeated labor intensity of workers and omission caused by inaccurate defect position stop are avoided.
