The cold water source 2 supplies water to the water meter cooler 101, after the water supplied from the cold water source 2 enters the water meter cooler 101, the water meter cooler 101 can perform preliminary cooling and dehumidification on inlet air, heat in the inlet air is absorbed, and the water from the water meter cooler 101 is mixed with the water directly supplied to the water-cooled condenser 102 from the cold water source 2 and is supplied to the water-cooled condenser 102. The refrigerant supplied from the air-cooled condenser 108 to the evaporator 107 can be controlled by the second throttle valve 111.
In practical applications, the degree of contribution of both the water-cooled condenser 102 and the air-cooled condenser 108 to cooling and dehumidifying of the evaporator 107 can be adjusted by the cooperation of the first throttle valve 110 and the second throttle valve 111.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, an arrow shown in fig. 1 indicates an air inlet direction, and the air blower 112 can form inlet air for outdoor air, so that the inlet air is sequentially cooled and dehumidified by the water meter cooler 101 and the evaporator 107 to obtain dry and cold air, and is heated by the air-cooled condenser 108 to obtain dry air with increased temperature, and then the dry air is sent into a room to meet the dehumidification and temperature adjustment requirements of users.
Through the above description of each hardware of the fresh air handling unit 1, it can be known that energy efficiency can be improved by supplying water from the single-cold water source 2 and adjusting the heat exchange water of the water-cooled condenser 102 by using the heat obtained by the heat exchange between the water cooler 101 and the intake air. Corresponding to how to obtain better energy efficiency improvement effect by using the single cold water source 2, the application also provides a control method applied to the related fresh air handling unit 1.
As shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a fresh air handling unit control method according to an embodiment of the present application, where the fresh air handling unit control method includes the following steps:
and S201, acquiring the air inlet temperature and the air inlet humidity of the air inlet side of the fresh air handling unit 1.
Specifically, a temperature sensor and a humidity sensor can be arranged at an air inlet on the air inlet side of the fresh air handling unit 1 to detect and acquire the inlet air temperature and the inlet air humidity.
And S202, determining whether the inlet air temperature and the inlet air humidity meet the air outlet control requirement.
Specifically, in one embodiment, for example, the air outlet control requirement may be: t isSO-a≤T≤TSO+ a, and D is less than or equal to DSOWherein T represents temperature, TSOIndicating the target temperature of the air supply, a indicating the allowable temperature deviation, D indicating the humidity, DSOIndicating the target supply air humidity.
For example, the inlet air temperature is TxThe inlet air humidity is DxIn the actual environment, if TSO-a≤Tx≤TSO+ a, and Dx≤DSOThe temperature and the humidity of the outdoor environment directly meet the air outlet control requirement of the fresh air machine, and the air inlet does not need to be cooled, dehumidified and temperature-improved. And when one of the temperature and the humidity in the air outlet control requirement cannot reach the target condition, namely the air outlet control requirement is not met, the air inlet needs to be cooled, dehumidified and temperature-raised for control.
Step S203, if the air temperature and the air humidity are not satisfied, selectively controlling the water inlet of the water-cooled condenser 102 and respectively controlling the refrigerant supplied to the evaporator 107 by the water-cooled condenser 102 and the air-cooled condenser 108 according to the air inlet temperature and the air inlet humidity, so that the air outlet temperature and the air outlet humidity of the fresh air handling unit 1 satisfy the air outlet control requirement.
Specifically, the water inlet of the water-cooled condenser 102 is selectively controlled, and the water may be supplied to the water-cooled condenser 102 through the first flow path only by the water cooler 101, or the water may be supplied to the water-cooled condenser 102 through the second flow path only by the cold water source 2, or the two water supplies may be performed simultaneously, and the water is mixed and then supplied to the water-cooled condenser 102. The three water supply conditions can be determined according to the specific conditions of the temperature and the humidity of the inlet air, which will be described in detail below.
In one embodiment, the selectively controlling the water inlet of the water-cooled condenser 102 and respectively controlling the water-cooled condenser 102 and the air-cooled condenser 108 to supply the refrigerant to the evaporator 107 according to the air inlet temperature and the air inlet humidity so that the air outlet temperature and the air outlet humidity of the fresh air handling unit 1 meet the air outlet control requirement includes:
determining whether the first flow regulating valve 103 needs to be opened or not according to the relation between the inlet air temperature and a preset inlet air threshold temperature;
according to the determination result, a control operation matched with the determination result is executed, and then one or more of the first throttle valve 110, the second throttle valve 111 and the second flow regulating valve 104 are controlled, so that the outlet air temperature and the outlet air humidity of the fresh air handling unit 1 meet the outlet air control requirement.
Specifically, in the initial state, the first flow regulating valve 103, the second flow regulating valve 104, the first throttle valve 110, and the second throttle valve 111 are all in the unopened state, and after it is determined whether the intake air temperature and the intake air humidity meet the air-out control requirement, the corresponding control is performed.
And determining whether the first flow regulating valve 103 needs to be opened or not, wherein the purpose is to determine whether precooling and dehumidification are needed to be carried out on the inlet air or not, if the first flow regulating valve 103 needs to be opened, the requirement of precooling and dehumidification on the inlet air is indicated, and if the first flow regulating valve 103 does not need to be opened, the requirement of precooling and dehumidification on the inlet air is indicated.
For example, the preset inlet air threshold temperature is TxaWhen the temperature of the inlet air isTx>TxaWhen it is determined that the first flow rate regulation valve 103 needs to be opened, and when T isx≤TxaIt is determined that the first flow rate regulation valve 103 does not need to be opened. According to the determination result, the control operation matched with the determination result is executed, and the control operation can be: when the temperature of the inlet air is Tx>TxaWhen T is reached, the opening of the first flow regulating valve 103 is performed, and when T is reachedx≤TxaAt this time, the first flow rate adjustment valve 103 is kept closed, and the second flow rate adjustment valve 104 is opened.
Then, on the basis that the first flow regulating valve 103 is opened or not opened, one or more of the first throttle valve 110, the second throttle valve 111 and the second flow regulating valve 104 are controlled, so that the outlet air temperature and the outlet air humidity of the fresh air handling unit 1 meet the outlet air control requirement.
In one embodiment, the executing, according to the determination result, a control operation matched with the determination result, and then controlling one or more of the first throttle valve 110, the second throttle valve 111, and the second flow rate adjustment valve 104 to make the outlet air temperature and the outlet air humidity of the fresh air handling unit 1 meet the outlet air control requirement includes:
if it is determined that the first flow rate adjustment valve 103 needs to be opened, opening the first flow rate adjustment valve 103;
acquiring the superheat degree of the fresh air handling unit 1, adjusting the opening degrees of the first throttle valve 110 and the second throttle valve 111 according to the inlet air temperature and the inlet air humidity in combination with the superheat degree, and acquiring the condensation pressure of the water-cooled condenser 102;
and judging whether the second flow regulating valve 104 is further opened for common control according to the relation between the condensation pressure and a preset condensation threshold pressure, so that the air outlet temperature and the air outlet humidity of the fresh air handling unit 1 meet the air outlet control requirement.
Specifically, when the temperature of the inlet air is Tx>TxaWhen the temperature of inlet air is high, the inlet air needs to be pre-cooled and dehumidified, and after the first flow regulating valve 103 is opened, the cold water source 2 flows to the water cooler 101Supplying water, water that cold water source 2 supplied out gets into water surface cooler 101 after, can make water surface cooler 101 carry out preliminary cooling dehumidification to the air inlet, absorbed the heat in the air inlet, the water that comes out from water surface cooler 101 gets into water cooled condenser 102, with the refrigerant heat transfer in the water cooled condenser 102, in heat transfer process, for guaranteeing the unit performance, the reliability, acquire fresh air unit 1's superheat degree, according to air inlet temperature and air inlet humidity, combine the superheat degree, adjust the aperture of first choke valve 110 and second choke valve 111, the realization is to the air supply temperature, the regulation of air supply humidity and unit superheat degree. In the adjusting process of the opening degrees of the first throttle valve 110 and the second throttle valve 111, the condensing pressure of the water-cooled condenser 102 is obtained at the same time, whether the condensing pressure of the water-cooled condenser 102 is higher or not is monitored, and whether the second flow regulating valve 104 is further opened or not is judged to carry out common control, so that the air outlet temperature and the air outlet humidity of the fresh air handling unit 1 meet the air outlet control requirement.
In one embodiment, the determining whether to further open the second flow rate adjustment valve 104 for common control according to the relationship between the condensation pressure and a preset condensation threshold pressure so that the outlet air temperature and the outlet air humidity of the fresh air handling unit 1 meet the outlet air control requirement includes:
if the condensation pressure is greater than the preset condensation threshold pressure, the second flow regulating valve 104 is opened, and the first throttle valve 110, the second throttle valve 111 and the second flow regulating valve 104 are regulated according to the inlet air temperature and the inlet air humidity in combination with the superheat degree and the condensation pressure, so that the outlet air temperature and the outlet air humidity of the fresh air handling unit 1 meet the outlet air control requirement.
Specifically, if the condensing pressure is greater than the preset condensing threshold pressure, it indicates that the condensing pressure of the water-cooled condenser 102 is relatively high, and in order to ensure the performance and reliability of the unit, the condensing pressure reduction control needs to be performed simultaneously, in this case, the second flow regulating valve 104 is opened, so that the water coming out of the water meter cooler 101 is mixed with the water directly supplied by the cold water source 2, the water supplied to the water-cooled condenser 102 is adjusted, the water flow rate can be increased, the cooling water temperature can be reduced, the condensing pressure is reduced, and the first throttle valve 110, the second throttle valve 111 and the second flow regulating valve 104 are adjusted according to the inlet air temperature and the inlet air humidity in combination with the superheat degree and the condensing pressure, so that the outlet air temperature and the outlet air humidity of the fresh air unit 1 meet the outlet control.
Or, if the condensation pressure is less than or equal to the preset condensation threshold pressure, the second flow rate adjustment valve 104 is kept closed, and the first throttle valve 110 and the second throttle valve 111 are adjusted according to the inlet air temperature and the inlet air humidity in combination with the superheat degree, so that the outlet air temperature and the outlet air humidity of the fresh air handling unit 1 meet the outlet air control requirement.
Specifically, if the condensing pressure is less than or equal to the preset condensing threshold pressure, it indicates that the condensing pressure of the water-cooled condenser 102 is normal, and in this case, the second flow regulating valve 104 does not need to be opened, and only the first throttle valve 110 and the second throttle valve 111 need to be adjusted according to the inlet air temperature and the inlet air humidity in combination with the superheat degree, so that the outlet air temperature and the outlet air humidity of the fresh air handling unit 1 meet the outlet air control requirement.

if it is determined that the first flow regulating valve 103 does not need to be opened, the first flow regulating valve 103 is kept closed, the second flow regulating valve 104 is opened, and then the first throttle valve 110 and the second throttle valve 111 are adjusted according to the inlet air temperature and the inlet air humidity, so that the outlet air temperature and the outlet air humidity of the fresh air handling unit 1 meet the outlet air control requirement.
Specifically, when T isx≤TxaIn this case, the first flow control valve 103 is kept closed and the second flow control valve 104 is opened, and water is directly treated only by the cold water source 2The condenser 102 supplies water, and then adjusts the first throttle valve 110 and the second throttle valve 111 according to the inlet air temperature and the inlet air humidity, so that the outlet air temperature and the outlet air humidity of the fresh air handling unit 1 meet the outlet air control requirement.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises:
if the inlet air temperature and the inlet air humidity meet the air outlet control requirement, the fresh air handling unit is controlled to only form inlet air, and the inlet air is not subjected to temperature and humidity control treatment.
