firstly, cleaning the loofah sponge, adding NaOH solution for softening treatment for 35min at 65 ℃, and cleaning the loofah sponge with clear water after softening; pressing the loofah sponge under a metal block with the mass of 200-600g at the temperature of 75 ℃ for 30-50 min, taking out and airing for later use after pressing;
secondly, taking sodium hydroxide with the formula amount, adding purified water with a certain proportion, stirring and dissolving, and standing for 17 minutes for later use; sequentially adding the cod liver oil, the olive oil and the almond oil according to the formula amount into a stainless steel reaction kettle, stirring and heating to 65 ℃, standing for 5-30 minutes and cooling for later use; taking honey and plant essential oil according to the formula amount, and uniformly stirring for later use; stirring the standby materials together, adding the chrysanthemum essential oil extract, and stirring uniformly to obtain a soap solution;
and thirdly, stirring and mixing the loofah sponge fibers and the soap liquid uniformly in a mass ratio of 1:10 through a stirrer, pouring the mixture into a mold, curing and molding, and monitoring by using a monitoring system of the disposable loofah sponge energy-saving soap to obtain the disposable loofah sponge energy-saving soap.
2. The preparation method of the disposable loofah sponge energy-saving soap as claimed in claim 1, wherein the loofah sponge treatment method of the preparation method of the disposable loofah sponge energy-saving soap is as follows:
(1) peeling: soaking towel gourd in 10% strong alkaline water solution at 78 deg.C until towel gourd skin is softened and rotten;
(2) washing: removing the towel gourd peel from the towel gourd obtained in the step (1), and washing with water for 3 times to obtain the towel gourd vegetable sponge to be treated;
(3) and (3) decoloring: completely soaking the loofah to be treated in the step (2) into 6% of bleaching agent aqueous solution until the loofah is green and completely removed to obtain bleached loofah;
(4) washing: washing the bleached loofah sponge obtained in the step (3) with water for 3 times to obtain washed loofah sponge;
(5) whitening: soaking the washed loofah sponge obtained in the step (4) into 4% of softener aqueous solution with whitening function until the washed loofah sponge becomes white;
(6) and (3) drying: drying in the air, and removing the towel gourd seeds;
(7) cutting: cutting the dried retinervus Luffae fructus into small segments of fiber of 0.2-3mm for use.
3. The preparation method of the disposable luffa network energy-saving soap as claimed in claim 1, wherein the soap solution of the preparation method of the disposable luffa network energy-saving soap is prepared as follows:
1) weighing 9 parts of almond oil, 0.6 part of chrysanthemum essential oil extract, 0.7 part of honey, 1.5 parts of plant essential oil, 2 parts of sodium hydroxide, 3 parts of purified water, 16 parts of cod liver oil and 10 parts of olive oil; the chrysanthemum essential oil extract comprises 16 parts of geranium extract, 11 parts of aloe extract, 12 parts of tea tree extract, 8 parts of angelica extract and 13 parts of liquorice extract;
2) taking sodium hydroxide with a formula amount, adding purified water with a proportion, stirring to dissolve, and standing for 17 minutes for later use;
3) sequentially adding the cod liver oil, the olive oil and the almond oil according to the formula amount into a stainless steel reaction kettle, stirring and heating to 65 ℃, standing for 5-30 minutes and cooling for later use;
4) taking honey and plant essential oil according to the formula amount, and uniformly stirring for later use;
5) stirring the standby materials obtained in the steps 2), 3) and 4), adding the chrysanthemum essential oil extract, and stirring uniformly to obtain the soap liquid.
4. The method for preparing the disposable loofah sponge energy-saving soap according to claim 1, wherein the method for preparing the disposable loofah sponge energy-saving soap comprises two heat treatment modes of drying the softened and cleaned loofah sponge:
the first heat treatment mode is that the softened loofah sponge is directly dried and is dried for standby by a dryer at the temperature of 40-60 ℃;
the second heat treatment mode is that a metal block with the mass of 200-600g is taken, the loofah sponge is pressed under the metal block at the temperature of 75 ℃, the pressing time is 30-50 min, and the loofah sponge is taken out and dried for standby after being pressed.
5. A disposable loofah energy-saving soap prepared by the preparation method of the disposable loofah energy-saving soap disclosed by any one of claims 1-4.
6. A system for monitoring disposable loofah sponge energy-saving soap used in the method for preparing disposable loofah sponge energy-saving soap as claimed in claim 1, wherein the system for monitoring disposable loofah sponge energy-saving soap comprises:
the temperature detection module is connected with the main control module and used for detecting temperature data in the preparation process of the disposable cucurbituril energy-saving soap through the temperature sensor;
the time module is connected with the main control module and is used for setting the time in the preparation process of the disposable silk melon twine energy-saving soap through a time schedule;
the main control module is connected with the temperature detection module, the time module, the softening module, the loofah sponge processing module, the soap liquid preparation module, the mixing and curing module and the display module and is used for controlling the modules to normally work through the controller;
the softening module is connected with the main control module and is used for cleaning the loofah sponge, adding NaOH solution for softening treatment, softening time is 35min, softening temperature is 65 ℃, and cleaning the loofah sponge with clean water after softening;
the heat treatment module is connected with the main control module and is used for drying the softened and cleaned loofah sponge;
the loofah sponge processing module is connected with the main control module and is used for processing the heat-treated loofah sponge;
the soap liquid preparation module is connected with the main control module and is used for preparing soap liquid from almond oil, chrysanthemum essential oil extract, honey, plant essential oil, sodium hydroxide, purified water, cod-liver oil and olive oil;
the mixing and curing module is connected with the main control module and is used for stirring and uniformly mixing the loofah sponge fibers and the soap liquid in the mass ratio range of 1:10 through a stirrer, pouring the mixture into a mold, and curing and molding the mixture;
and the display module is connected with the main control module and used for displaying the detected preparation temperature and time information through the display.
7. A method for monitoring the disposable loofah sponge energy-saving soap, which runs the system for monitoring the disposable loofah sponge energy-saving soap as claimed in claim 6, wherein the method for monitoring the disposable loofah sponge energy-saving soap comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps that firstly, temperature data in the preparation process of the disposable loofah sponge energy-saving soap is detected through a temperature detection module by using a temperature sensor; setting the time in the preparation process of the disposable cucurbituril energy-saving soap by using a time module and a time schedule;
step two, the main control module cleans the loofah sponge through the softening module, then adds NaOH solution for softening treatment, the softening time is 35min, the softening temperature is 65 ℃, and cleans the loofah sponge with clean water after softening;
step three, drying the softened and cleaned loofah sponge through a heat treatment module; processing the softened loofah sponge by a loofah sponge processing module;
step four, preparing the soap liquid by the almond oil, the chrysanthemum essential oil extract, the honey, the plant essential oil, the sodium hydroxide, the purified water, the cod liver oil and the olive oil through a soap liquid preparation module;
step five, stirring and mixing the loofah sponge fibers and the soap liquid uniformly in a mass ratio range of 1:10 by using a stirrer through a mixing and curing module, pouring the mixture into a mold, and curing and molding;
and step six, displaying the detected preparation temperature and time information by using a display through a display module.
