Unlike the existing raw material sugarcane throwing device which is provided with only one throwing roller or a few throwing rollers which are lack of coordination and control, the multistage throwing conveyor 2 used by the impurity removing system is provided with 6 throwing rollers 2b which are parallel to each other and are closely arranged, concave-convex teeth of adjacent side blades are arranged in a staggered manner, continuous uniform gaps are arranged at two sides and tooth tops of tooth surfaces of the embedded concave-convex teeth, continuous throwing can be realized in the process of conveying raw material sugarcane to the rear stage, sundries separated from the raw material sugarcane can fall onto a toothed roller type impurity removing conveyor 3 under the gap between the two throwing rollers 2b, raw material sugarcane falls onto the toothed roller type impurity removing conveyor 3 from a discharging end in the conveying direction, therefore, the dispersing effect of the raw material sugarcane on the raw material sugarcane and the effect of separating sundries attached to the sugarcane are very good, the multistage throwing conveyor 2 also disperses 6 throwing rollers 2b into 3-stage throwing conveying units, and the individual throwing units can rotate according to the rotating speed of each stage of the throwing units, and the throwing speed of the throwing units can be adjusted according to the rotation conditions of each stage of the throwing units. The thickness of the raw material sugarcane conveyed by the unloading chain plate conveyor 1 is adjusted to be consistent, but the stacking densities are different, some are stacked together in bundles, the stacking densities are larger, some are alternately inserted, the stacking densities are smaller, the raw material sugarcane can be fully dispersed on the roller conveying surface of the multistage dispersing conveyor 2 by controlling the forward conveying speed of the raw material sugarcane, so that the conveyed raw material sugarcane becomes flat and uniform, the stacking densities are kept basically consistent, and the realization of uniform feeding to the rear stage is facilitated.
In the toothed roller type impurity removing conveyor 3, raw material sugarcane is continuously conveyed forwards, impurities such as soil, sugarcane leaves and the like fall into the impurity collecting hopper 4 through a roller gap 3i between two conveying toothed rollers 3a, and as the toothed roller type impurity removing conveyor 3 is provided with 8-stage impurity removing conveying units, each stage of impurity removing conveying unit is provided with independent power, the 8-stage impurity removing conveying units can be provided with different rotating speeds, and the speed of forward conveying of the sugarcane can be controlled to control uniform feeding to the rear stage. In addition, the conveying toothed roller 3a used by the toothed roller type impurity removal conveyor 3 is different from the conveying toothed roller used by the conventional toothed roller type impurity removal conveyor, the conventional conveying toothed roller is of a split type, the roller teeth of the conventional conveying toothed roller are formed by stacking and assembling tens of independent toothed sheets, the conveying toothed roller 3a of the toothed roller type impurity removal conveyor 3 adopts an integral structure, and the roller of the toothed roller and a plurality of rings of roller teeth arranged on the roller are integrally made of integral materials, so that the processing procedure and the processing cost can be greatly reduced, errors are not easy to accumulate during installation, the installation accuracy is high, and the movement interference of the roller teeth 3a of two adjacent conveying toothed rollers is not easy to occur due to small assembly errors.
