In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, e.g., as meaning either a fixed connection, a removable connection, or an integral connection; can be mechanically or electrically connected; they may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, or they may be interconnected between two elements. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.
Bakeware 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to the drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, grill pan 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a grill pan body 100 and an oil receiving box 200.
The bakeware body 100 is provided with an oil leakage hole 110. The oil receiving box 200 is disposed below the oil leakage hole 110, and the lower end of the inner bottom surface of the oil receiving box 200 is offset from the projection of the oil leakage hole 110 in the horizontal plane.
It is understood by those skilled in the art that the lower end of the inner bottom surface of the oil receiving box 200 is the lowest position of the inner bottom surface of the oil receiving box 200, and is not limited to only one point, and may be a line or a plane.
According to grill pan 1 of the embodiment of the present invention, the projection of the lower end of the inner bottom surface of oil receiving box 200 and oil leakage hole 110 in the horizontal plane is shifted, so that the lower end of the inner bottom surface of oil receiving box 200 does not face oil leakage hole 110 in the vertical direction. Therefore, when meat is roasted, grease generated by meat flows into the oil receiving box 200 from the oil leakage hole 110 and is concentrated towards the lower end of the inner bottom surface of the oil receiving box 200, because the lower end of the inner bottom surface of the oil receiving box 200 is not directly opposite to the oil leakage hole 110, the concentrated part of the grease is not directly opposite to the oil leakage hole 110, and therefore when the grease collected in the oil receiving box 200 is heated by an oven and volatilizes, the grease is not easy to overflow from the oil leakage hole 110, on one hand, the generation of the grease can be directly reduced, the grease is prevented from escaping to the indoor, the comfort when a user uses the oil receiving box is improved, on the other hand, the overflowing grease can be prevented from being attached to the inner wall of the oven, the grease on the inner wall is prevented from generating the grease again when the grease is heated again, the generation of the grease is further.
Moreover, the projection of the lower end of the inner bottom surface of the oil receiving box 200 and the oil leakage hole 110 in the horizontal plane is staggered, so that the grease remained on the inner wall of the oven after roasting can be reduced, the inner wall of the oven is easier to clean, and the comfort of a user during use is improved.
Therefore, the baking tray 1 according to the embodiment of the invention has the advantages of being not easy to generate oil smoke, comfortable to use and the like.
Bakeware 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to the drawings.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1-6, bakeware 1 according to embodiments of the present invention includes bakeware body 100 and oil receiving box 200.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the inner bottom surface of the oil receiving box 200 includes an oil containing plane 210 and an oil guiding plane 220, the oil guiding plane 220 is connected to the oil containing plane 210 and the peripheral wall of the oil receiving box 200, the oil guiding plane 220 extends from the oil containing plane 210 to the peripheral wall of the oil receiving box 200 in an upward inclined manner, and the projection of the oil containing plane 210 and the oil leakage hole 110 in the horizontal plane is staggered. Therefore, when grease flows into the oil receiving box 200 from the oil leakage hole 110, the grease can flow downwards to the oil containing plane 210 along the oil guide plane 220, so that the grease is concentrated on the oil containing plane 210, and smoke generated by the collected grease is not easy to overflow from the oil leakage hole 110 due to the fact that the oil containing plane 210 is staggered with the oil leakage hole 110, and smoke generation is further reduced.
Advantageously, as shown in fig. 4, the oil level 210 is located at the center of the inner bottom surface of the oil receiving box 200 in the horizontal direction. Specifically, the oil guiding surfaces 220 may be two and located on two sides of the oil containing surface 210. This allows the grease to be concentrated at the center of the oil level 210, facilitating the collection of grease.
It should be understood that the oil level 210 may be formed on one side of the oil receiving box 200 and the oil guiding surface 220 extends from the oil level 210 to the other side of the oil receiving box 200 and inclines upward.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the oil leakage holes 110 are plural and located on both sides of the oil containing plane 210 in the horizontal direction. Specifically, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the oil leak holes 110 may be arranged in two groups respectively located at two sides of the oil containing plane 210, each group including a plurality of oil leak holes 110 arranged in an array. The oil leak holes 110 may each be formed above the oil guide surface 220. Therefore, the grease can flow down from the oil leakage holes 110 on two sides of the oil containing plane 210 and fall on the oil guide plane 220, and is concentrated on the oil containing plane 210, thereby further facilitating the collection of the grease.
Fig. 1 to 6 show a bakeware 1 according to one specific example of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1 to 6, an oil baffle plate 120 for blocking oil smoke from overflowing from the oil leakage hole 110 is disposed on the lower surface of the grill pan body 100. Therefore, the oil separation plate 120 can be used for further blocking oil smoke generated by heating grease collected in the oil receiving box 200, and the oil smoke is prevented from overflowing from the oil leakage hole 110.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the oil separating plate 120 vertically extends from the lower surface of the grill pan body 100 to above the inner bottom surface of the oil receiving box 200, and an oil passing gap is formed between the lower end and the inner bottom surface of the oil receiving box 200. Therefore, the grease can flow into the oil containing plane 210 through the oil passing gap after dropping from the oil leakage hole 110, and the oil passing gap can be closed by the grease, so that the smoke gas is prevented from overflowing from the oil passing gap to the oil leakage hole 110. Therefore, the oil separation plate 120 can be used for separating the oil containing plane 210 from the oil leakage hole 110, and oil smoke is prevented from overflowing.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the oil separating plate 120 vertically extends from the lower surface of the bakeware body 100 to the upper side of the oil guiding surface 220, and an oil passing gap is formed between the lower end and the oil guiding surface 220. Therefore, the grease can flow to the oil containing plane 210 along the oil guide plane 220 under the action of gravity, and the grease can be further conveniently collected under the condition of avoiding the overflow of the flue gas.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, two oil barriers 120 are disposed on two sides of the oil level plane 210. Therefore, the oil leakage holes 110 on two sides can be respectively isolated, and the isolation effect on the smoke is improved.
Fig. 1 to 6 show a bakeware 1 according to one specific example of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the oil receiving box 200 is detachably mounted on the grill pan body 100. Therefore, after certain grease is collected, the grease receiving box 200 can be detached to pour out the grease and clean the grease, and the baking tray 1 is further convenient to use.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, a mounting edge 230 is provided on the peripheral edge of the oil receiving box 200, a mounting groove 130 is provided on the lower surface of the bakeware body 100, and the mounting edge 230 is detachably fitted in the mounting groove 130. This enables the oil receiving box 200 to be detachably mounted.
Advantageously, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 5, the upper surface of the grill pan body 100 is provided with an oil guide groove 140 communicating with the oil leakage hole 110. Therefore, the grease in the baking tray body 100 can be guided to the oil leakage hole 110, and the collection of the grease is further facilitated.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the oil guide groove 140 extends obliquely upward and outward from the center of the bakeware body 100, and the oil leakage hole 110 is disposed adjacent to the center of the oil guide groove 140. This facilitates the provision of the oil guide groove 140, further facilitating the collection of grease.
More advantageously, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the lower surface of the grill pan body 100 is provided with a support frame 150. Thus, the support frame 150 can be used to support the bakeware body 100, and the oil receiving box 200 is prevented from influencing the placement of the bakeware 1.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the supporting frame 150 can be arranged on the grill pan body 100 in a reversible manner. Thus, the supporting frame 150 can be turned over to be attached to the lower surface of the bakeware body 100 when the supporting frame 150 is not needed, thereby preventing the supporting frame 150 from influencing the placement of the bakeware body 100.
It is to be understood here that bakeware 1 is a bakeware 1 for an oven.
The present invention is made based on the finding by the inventors of the present application of the following facts and problems:
in the baking tray for the oven in the related art, even if the structure for collecting the grease is arranged, the grease is still positioned in the oven after being collected by the structure, and the grease can still be heated by the oven to cause the oil smoke to overflow. The present invention is based on the above-mentioned improvement of the baking tray for an oven.
The oil receiving box structure of the baking tray for the barbecue appliances such as the oven and the gridiron is far away from a heat source and can not be heated in the oven, and the oil receiving box structure can not face the problem of oil smoke volatilization caused by reheating after collecting the grease.
This application leads to the oil smoke to volatilize by the oven reheating through being used for overware 1 with baking tray, can avoid the grease of collecting, improves the travelling comfort that the user used.
