Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of tobacco products, in particular to a smoking substrate taking tea leaves as a main component and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The traditional cigarette generates smoke through combustion, so that a user can smoke the cigarette, the harm to the human body is large, and the threat to the environment and the health of other people can be generated. With the rapid development of electronic cigarettes, the mode that tobacco shreds are used as a smoking substrate to be made into a cigarette bullet and the cigarette bullet is heated by an electronic cigarette heating device without burning appears in the market at present to generate smoke for a user to smoke. Compared with the traditional cigarette, although the mode reduces the content and concentration of harmful substances to a certain extent, as the smoking substrate is the cut tobacco, substances harmful to human bodies, such as tar and nicotine, are inevitably generated, the environment is polluted, and the social problem that second-hand smoke harms public health is caused.
Therefore, it is an urgent need to solve the problem of the art to provide a novel method for preparing a smoking substrate which is harmless to human body and can effectively replace tobacco shreds.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems of harming the health of a smoker, polluting the environment and generating second-hand smoke in the traditional cigarette and electronic cigarette in the prior art, the invention provides a smoking substrate and a preparation method thereof, which are harmless to the human body, the environment and other people.
The invention adopts the following technical scheme to realize the technical purposes:
the technical purpose of the first aspect of the invention is to provide a smoking substrate, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 770-880 parts of tea shreds and 50-85 parts of a smoke agent. Preferably, the perfume also comprises 55-115 parts of a flavoring agent and 15-30 parts of a stabilizer. The stabilizer is added to improve the azeotropic point of the flavoring agent and prolong the lasting of the flavor.
Further, the width of the tea shreds is 0.5-1.5mm, preferably 0.5-1.0 mm.
Further, the smoke agent is propylene glycol and/or glycerol.
Further, the flavoring agent is essence powder and/or essential oil.
The technical purpose of the second aspect of the invention is to provide a preparation method of the smoking substrate, which comprises the following steps:
de-enzyming: de-enzyming fresh tea leaves to obtain de-enzyming products;
shredding: shredding the enzyme-removed product to obtain a shredded product;
puffing: puffing the shredding product to obtain a puffed product;
and (3) drying: drying the puffed product to reduce the water content to be within 5 percent to obtain the tea shreds;
adding a smoke agent: adding a fuming agent into the tea shreds, and uniformly stirring to obtain the fuming substrate.
In the technical scheme, the fresh tea raw material can be selected from tea leaves with stems and tea leaves without stems, and can also be selected from green tea, black tea, Pu' er tea, oolong tea and the like.
In the above technical solution, the order of each process may be reversed, for example, the drying process may be performed before the puffing process, and the drying and puffing may also be performed simultaneously, for example, by using a microwave puffing device, or the processes of deactivation of enzymes, drying and puffing may be performed simultaneously, for example, by using a deactivation of enzymes drying machine, deactivation of enzymes is performed by microwave heating, and then microwave drying and puffing are performed.
Preferably, after the process of adding the smoke agent, a standing process is also included, so that the smoke agent and the tea shreds are fully combined, and the standing time is preferably 24-72 hours.
Preferably, after the smoke agent adding process, a flavoring agent adding process and a stabilizing agent adding process are also included in sequence. The flavoring agent can adjust the taste of the smoking substrate, and the stabilizer can improve the azeotropic point of the flavoring agent and prolong the durability of the flavoring agent.
Preferably, a standing process is included after the stabilizing process in order to better combine the stabilizing, flavoring and smoking agents with the tea leaves.
In the de-enzyming process, the de-enzyming process is optimized, preferably, the de-enzyming temperature is 110-130 ℃, the de-enzyming time is 30-150 min, and the tea leaves are treated until the water content is 15-25%, preferably 18-21%. In the invention, the temperature of fixation is lower than that of the tea making process, the fixation time is longer, the aim is to prevent tea stalks from coking at an excessive temperature under the premise of ensuring the enzyme activity removal (the enzyme activity can be lost at more than 80 ℃) and influence the tea fragrance of a fuming matrix, in addition, wood fiber, lignin, tea polyphenol, theophylline, soluble sugar, amino acid tea and the like in the tea need to be maximally retained, experiments prove that the loss rate of the tea polyphenol and the theophylline is sharply reduced when the temperature of the tea polyphenol and the theophylline exceeds 140 ℃, in addition, the main components of the soluble sugar and the amino acid formed by the tea leaves can be decomposed due to the excessive temperature of the fragrance, the aim of prolonging the fixation time is to fully dehydrate the tea, therefore, the enzyme deactivation process is carried out by adopting a low-temperature long-time drying mode.
The shredding is to shred the tea leaves after water removing to 0.5-1.5mm, preferably to 0.5-1.0 mm.
Further, the puffing is carried out for 200-420 seconds at the temperature of 75-95 ℃, and the water content of the puffed tea shreds is reduced to below 8%, preferably to below 5%.
Further, the drying temperature is 100-120 ℃, and the drying time is 10-30 min, so that the water content is reduced to below 5%.
And mixing the shredded tea with the smoke agent, namely spraying the smoke agent on a product, and uniformly mixing.
The flavoring agent adding process is to add essence powder and/or essential oil into the mixture of the tea shreds and the smoke agent. Then, when adding the stabilizer, spraying the stabilizer into the mixture of the tea shreds, the cut tobacco and the flavoring agent, and uniformly stirring.
Furthermore, in the preparation method, after the step of adding the smoke agent or the step of adding the flavoring agent and the stabilizing agent, the step of standing is also included, so that the smoke agent, the essence and the stabilizing agent are fully soaked and absorbed.
It is a technical object of a third aspect of the invention to provide the use of the smoking substrate in a cartridge.
The embodiment of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the smoking substrate provided by the invention can achieve the smoking effect of the existing cigarette, is even superior to the existing cigarette in the indexes of smoke quantity, smoke persistence, refreshing effect and the like, and has the advantages of sufficient smoke quantity, good fragrance and taste, easiness in production and popularization and the like; and because the pure natural tea is used as the raw material of the fuming substrate, the smoking substrate is harmless to the health of a smoker, does not produce environmental pollution, does not have the problem of second-hand smoke, and meanwhile, the tea has wide sources and low cost.
