Description

Amino acid formula powder and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to amino acid formula powder and a preparation method thereof, in particular to amino acid formula powder without protein and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In recent years, the incidence of food allergy in infants has been on the rise. In the infant stage 90% of food allergy is related to 8 kinds of food such as milk, egg, soybean, wheat, peanut, fish, shrimp, nut, etc.
Milk protein allergy or intolerance (CMPA/I) is the most common food adverse reaction in infants and young children, with symptoms suspected of CMPA/I in 5% -15% of children, with an actual incidence of 2% -3%. The incidence of CMPA/I in simple Atopic Dermatitis (AD) is 37%, and the incidence of AD in CMPA/I children within 1 year of age is 40% -50%. Certain proteins in milk, such as α -s1 casein and β -lactoglobulin, are currently recognized allergens. Normally, if the two proteins can be digested and absorbed by human body, the anaphylactic reaction of human body will not be caused. However, if the human body has insufficient digestive ability, both proteins may enter the human body in an undigested form, thereby causing allergic reactions. Medically known as "milk protein allergy", it is clinically manifested by one or more of the following symptoms: atopic dermatitis, swelling of lips or eyes, angioedema, noninfectious urticaria, repeated reflux, vomiting and diarrhea, constipation, hematochezia, iron deficiency anemia, noninfectious watery nasal discharge, chronic cough and wheezing, persistent intestinal spasm and even anaphylactic shock, etc.
Anti-allergic milk powders can be classified into three groups according to the degree of proteolysis, amino acid milk powder (AAF), highly hydrolyzed formulated milk powder (eHF), and partially hydrolyzed milk powder (pHF). Since the moderately hydrolyzed protein formulation induces immune oral tolerance and the fully hydrolyzed protein formulation avoids activation of mast cells, among other things, AAF has a therapeutic effect on cow's milk protein allergy, pHF has a primary prophylactic effect on high risk infants, and eHF has a secondary prophylactic/therapeutic effect. The amino acid powder decomposes the protein into amino acids completely, and the intestines and stomach of the baby do not directly contact with protein molecules, thereby completely blocking the allergen, which can not be called milk powder because there is no component of the milk.
Therefore, the development of protein-free formula powder has great significance for preventing and treating infant protein allergy. The trace elements are used as an indispensable part of infant formula milk powder, and are matched with formulas such as amino acid, vitamin, polysaccharide and the like to form novel amino acid formula powder so as to solve the nutritional problem of protein allergy infants.

The preparation method of the amino acid formula powder comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing materials: weighing vegetable oil fat powder, compound amino acid, maltodextrin, medium-chain fatty acid, fructo-oligosaccharide, galacto-oligosaccharide, docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), arachidonic acid (ARA), vitamins, minerals, L-carnitine, choline and the like according to a predetermined proportion, and carrying out rechecking accurately for later use;
(2) feeding: conveying the weighed raw and auxiliary materials to a mixer through a feeding station; during feeding, the raw materials with smaller mass such as vitamins and minerals are placed in the middle of a large amount of raw materials to be fed, so that the situation that small materials are adhered to the surface of equipment to influence the uniformity is prevented;
(3) mixing and stirring: starting the mixer to stir after all the raw and auxiliary materials are delivered, wherein the stirring time is generally 8-12 minutes (the mixing time is determined according to the uniform degree of mixing);
(4) material receiving and temporary storage: conveying the mixed materials to a powder bin for temporary storage, and sampling by an inspection department to carry out process product inspection;
(5) packaging: packaging the product by an automatic packaging machine;
(6) and (4) checking: and sampling by an inspection department for final product detection.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the mixing and stirring step preferably uses a three-dimensional mixer to determine an appropriate mixing time to ensure uniformity of various indexes of the product.
