Processing method of cedrela sinensis green tea
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of tea processing, in particular to a processing method of cedrela sinensis green tea.
Background
Green tea is one of the most common tea varieties, and is mainly used in southwest areas. Green tea is prepared by rolling, deactivating enzymes, and the like, and is not fermented, and natural substances of fresh leaves are retained. The green tea contains tea polyphenol, catechin, chlorophyll, caffeine, amino acid, vitamin and other nutrient components which have special effects of anti-aging, cancer prevention, cancer resistance, sterilization, inflammation diminishing and the like and are beyond the reach of other teas. Hunan belongs to subtropical climate, and its rainwater is more, and sunshine is sufficient, especially the snow peak mountain range in Hunan, and this year-round cloud and fog is winding, and the rainwater is abundant, and the temperature difference is big day and night, keeps away from the pollution, is particularly suitable for tea tree growth. Especially before the Qingming, the tea leaves enter the harvest season like the Chinese toon buds, the appearance of the tea leaves is thick and heavy, green in color and luster, and the natural substances are rich, so that the tea leaves are most suitable for being made into green tea; according to the determination, the Chinese toon sprouts contain 3.68-4.32% of sugar, 6.25-8.3% of protein, 7.65-9.5% of fat and 1.3-2.5% of crude fiber, and each 100g of Chinese toon sprouts contain 0.93-1.36mg of carotene, 0.05-0.21 mg of thiamine, 0.13mg of riboflavin, and 56-115mg of Vc, and in addition, calcium, iron, phosphorus and boron vitamins, and all the nutritional ingredients are named as the Precatia in vegetables. In recent years, people have more and more deeply known about the health care function of the cedrela sinensis, and develop a plurality of health care foods such as cedrela sinensis sauce, cedrela sinensis can, cedrela sinensis powder and the like, and obtain remarkable results, however, systematic research on the aspect of cedrela sinensis tea is still lacked, and therefore, the research processes cedrela sinensis buds and green tea with high health care functions.
However, most of the toona sinensis tea is prepared by directly processing toona sinensis buds as tea leaves, although the toona sinensis tea has special aroma and high nutritional value, but has bitter taste due to more bitter and astringent components, so that the tea leaves are bitter in drinking taste, at present, the toona sinensis buds and the tea leaves are mixed to obtain the toona sinensis green tea, although the toona sinensis green tea contains the unique aroma of the toona sinensis and greatly improves the nutrition of the tea leaves, but the green tea contains more bitter and astringent components due to no fermentation, and only the toona sinensis buds and the green tea are mechanically mixed, so that the tea leaves have bitter taste in drinking taste, are too coarse in appearance, cannot reflect the high-end quality of the tea leaves, and often shows the phenomenon of tea quality decay, namely the storage period is short, the toona sinensis aroma is extracted by killing during tea leaf processing, but the aroma is easy to lose, and the tea soup is turbid when the tea leaves are brewed, the taste was not pure, resulting in a serious deterioration of the tea.
