Abstract
The invention discloses a power supply service data display system based on customer images, which comprises a data capturing front end and a data control platform; the front-end data capturing front-end captures the electricity consumption data of the required client, the captured data are automatically imported into the data management platform, the data management platform draws a client electricity consumption data image map according to the received data, the client is classified according to the received data, and relevant services are sent to the specific client. The invention realizes the uniform visual display of the electricity consumption data of the customers, and can classify the customers into groups according to the displayed data so as to realize the oriented active service of the customers.

The system comprises a data capturing front end and a data management and control platform; the front-end data capturing front-end captures the electricity consumption data of the required client, the captured data are automatically imported into the data management platform, the data management platform draws a client electricity consumption data image map according to the received data, the client is classified according to the received data, and relevant services are sent to the specific client.
The front-end data capturing front end can adopt a server, the server is communicated with a power supply station and an electric power business hall to obtain the electricity consumption information of the client and the complaint and repair information, and the information is automatically led into the data management and control platform.

The data grabbed by the data grabbing front end also comprises the geographic position of the client, so that the geographic position information of the client is also displayed in the electricity utilization data image of the client. 4. A customer representation based power service data display system as claimed in claim 1, 2 or 3 wherein the data grabbed by the data grabbing front end includes the geographic location of the customer.
5. A customer profile based power service data display system as recited in claim 4, wherein customer geographic location information is also displayed in the customer power usage data profile.
6. The customer representation-based power supply service data display system of claim 4, wherein the data management and control platform further draws a consumer complaint rate and repair rate distribution graph according to the received data.
7. The customer representation-based power service data display system of claim 6, wherein the customer complaint rate and repair rate profiles of the electrical equipment display different colors according to the number of complaints and repairs.
