In recent years, domestic and overseas research is mainly focused on qualitative and quantitative analysis of chemical components of different varieties and different fruit types of aroma, and the problems of component differences of various aroma substances and influence factors (factors such as genetic characteristics, environmental factors, cultivation measures and the like) of the various aroma substances, and few researches are carried out on key aroma substances, bonding-state aroma precursor substances, biological synthesis routes of aroma and physiological functions of related enzymes in fruit aroma components, mechanisms of volatile substance changes in fruit storage and processing processes and the like. The aroma substances are evaluated by the sense of human olfactory organs, and the identification of aroma components is more practical only by the participation of human sensory analysis, so that aroma active substances which contribute to the aroma in fruits need to be intensively studied. Meanwhile, the research on the dynamic change of aroma components and the activity rule of related synthetase is enhanced, which is helpful for deeply knowing the essence of aroma formation and achieving the purposes of controlling aroma, improving the aroma formation of fruits and improving the fruit quality. With the rapid development of molecular biology, the molecular biology technology is utilized, and the synthesis regulation of aroma components on the molecular level is a necessary trend for research on fruit aroma by cloning corresponding genes of aroma substance synthesis related enzymes. The research on the aroma substances of the fruits is deepened continuously, and more scientific bases are provided for the synthesis of the aroma substances of the fruits and the regulation and control technology of the change of the aroma substances. Therefore, the collection of fruit aroma is an urgent problem to be solved.
In the prior art, fruits to be measured are put into a glass bottle, then the opening of the glass bottle is sealed by a plastic film and a rubber band, and after standing for a period of time, gas in the bottle is collected. Because the movement of molecules is influenced by temperature, the concentration of gas in the glass bottle is greatly influenced by temperature, and the collected gas is impure, the data obtained by experiments in winter and summer are greatly different, and the experimental data are not accurate enough.
