Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of engines, in particular to a camshaft bearing seat.
Background
Most of the existing camshaft bearing blocks of overhead camshaft engines adopt a vertical separation mode and are composed of an upper bearing cover and a lower bearing block. That is, a lower bearing seat is generally integrated on a cylinder head, and an upper bearing cover is fastened on the lower bearing seat by using bolts. For the camshaft bearing seat structure integrated with the cylinder cover, the design of a camshaft lubricating oil channel is difficult due to the fact that the bearing seat and the cylinder cover are large in size after integration, the cost for machining the lubricating oil channel is high, and the cylinder cover is difficult to cast. Meanwhile, the camshaft bearing seat structure can also affect the arrangement of the cylinder head bolts, sometimes the overlapping phenomenon of the bolt holes (such as the bolt holes for connecting the bearing cover) on the bearing seat and the positions of the cylinder head bolts can be caused, the length of the cylinder head is often required to be increased in order to prevent the overlapping problem of the bolt holes on the bearing seat and the positions of the cylinder head bolts, the overall weight and the length of the engine can be increased due to the increase of the length of the cylinder head, and the application range of the engine is further limited.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provides a camshaft bearing block which is convenient to process and install and low in oil duct processing cost.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a camshaft bearing seat is connected with a cylinder cover through a bolt and a positioning pin sleeve during assembly; the bearing seat body is positioned on the upper part of a cylinder cover during assembly; the upper end of the bearing block body is provided with two camshaft bearing holes; the bearing seat body is provided with a positioning hole and a bolt hole for connecting a cylinder cover; a lubricating oil groove is formed in the hole wall of the camshaft bearing hole, a transverse bearing seat oil duct is arranged in the bearing seat body and below the lubricating oil groove, and two throttling holes which are communicated downwards are formed in the bearing seat oil duct; the lower port part of the throttling hole corresponds to an oil duct of a cylinder cover on the cylinder cover; the bearing seat oil duct is provided with two upper oil holes which are respectively communicated with the two lubricating oil grooves; one end of the bearing seat oil duct is communicated with the bearing seat oil duct, and a plug is arranged at the end of the bearing seat oil duct; when the bearing seat body is assembled with the cylinder cover, the top surface of the bearing seat body is coplanar with the top surface of the cylinder cover.
Preferably, the number of the positioning holes on the bearing seat body is two.
Preferably, the number of the bolt holes on the bearing seat body is four.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
(1) the camshaft bearing seat is mainly used for a first-gear bearing seat of a camshaft, the first-gear camshaft bearing seat and other-gear camshaft bearing seats are separately designed, namely the other-gear camshaft bearing seats are integrated on a cylinder cover. This bearing frame processing is simple, and casting defect appears rarely, so manufacturing cost is low, can realize the low-cost processing of lubricating-oil duct, can avoid the big not enough of original integrated form manufacturing difficulty again.
(2) The oil circuit system can provide lubrication for parts such as a variable valve timing system, a camshaft, a hydraulic tappet, a fuel pump and the like. Simultaneously, the cylinder cap bolt is located the below of this bearing frame body, through this kind of arrangement structure, can avoid the overlapping of cylinder cap bolt and the last bolt hole of camshaft bearing frame completely, then can effectively shorten the length of cylinder cap, and then shorten the length of whole engine.
