Abstract
The invention provides an engine cylinder cover with a lubricating oil channel, which comprises a cylinder cover body, wherein a plurality of threaded holes are formed in the cylinder cover body, the positions of the threaded holes correspond to an exhaust rocker shaft or an intake rocker shaft, and part of adjacent threaded holes are communicated through communication holes. According to the invention, the rocker shaft mounting bolt hole and the lubricating oil channel are integrated on the cylinder cover, and lubricating oil flows through the rocker shaft and the rocker arm of each cylinder by utilizing the reasonable arrangement of the oil channel, so that lubrication is realized.

Most of lubricating oil inlet of the existing diesel engine valve actuating mechanism introduces lubricating oil into a camshaft, a rocker shaft and the like for lubrication by arranging an independent oil duct on a cylinder cover, and the structure is favorable for realizing sealing and has the defects of high requirement on space and unfavorable arrangement of a high-compactness engine.

Furthermore, a plug of the exhaust rocker shaft is arranged in the rocker shaft; the plug of the air inlet rocker shaft is arranged at the end of the rocker shaft.
Furthermore, the cylinder cover body is composed of a plurality of cylinder cover split bodies, threaded holes are respectively formed in the cylinder cover split bodies, and at least one group of threaded holes respectively positioned in the cylinder cover split bodies are communicated with each other; and at least one group of threaded holes which are communicated with each other are arranged on each cylinder cover split body.
Furthermore, the cylinder cover body is composed of 3 cylinder cover split bodies, and each cylinder cover split body is provided with 4 threaded holes respectively and is located at two end parts of the cylinder cover body.

The communication holes 2 are formed so as to communicate with each other through two inclined holes 3 as shown in FIG. 2. For the aluminum alloy cylinder cover, in order to guarantee the thread strength, a steel bushing 4 can be installed in the threaded hole 1, the steel bushing 4 is connected with the cylinder cover body 10 through threads, a positioning hole is machined in the top of the steel bushing 4, a positioning sleeve can be installed, and positioning between the positioning sleeve and the rocker arm shaft is achieved. The exhaust rocker shaft 5 is mounted on the cylinder head as shown in fig. 3, and the plug 6 of the exhaust rocker shaft is mounted inside the rocker shaft. The plug 9 of the air inlet rocker shaft 8 is arranged at the end of the rocker shaft.
The flow path of the lubricating oil is shown by the arrow in the figure. The lubricating oil flows to an oil hole 7 on the rocker arm shaft for supplying oil to the rocker arm to lubricate the rocker arm shaft.

An engine cylinder head with lubricating oil duct which characterized in that: the exhaust rocker arm structure comprises a cylinder cover body (10), wherein a plurality of threaded holes (1) are formed in the cylinder cover body (10), the positions of the threaded holes (1) correspond to an exhaust rocker arm shaft (5) or an intake rocker arm shaft (8), and part of adjacent threaded holes (1) are communicated through communicating holes (2); the cylinder cover body (10) is composed of a plurality of cylinder cover split bodies, threaded holes (1) are respectively formed in the cylinder cover split bodies, and at least one group of threaded holes (1) respectively located in different cylinder cover split bodies are communicated with each other; and at least one group of threaded holes (1) which are communicated with each other are arranged on each cylinder cover split body.
2. The engine cylinder head with the lubricating oil gallery according to claim 1, characterized in that: the communication hole (2) comprises two communicated inclined holes (3); the other ends of the two inclined holes (3) are respectively communicated with the corresponding threaded holes (1).

The engine cylinder head with the lubricating oil gallery according to claim 1, characterized in that: the cylinder cover body (10) is composed of 3 cylinder cover split bodies, and 4 threaded holes (1) are formed in each cylinder cover split body and are located at two end portions of the cylinder cover body respectively.
