the lower cover cap of the camshaft comprises a front camshaft bearing cap, camshaft bearing caps of all gears and a reinforcing structure connected with the camshaft bearing caps of all gears.

Fig. 2 shows the camshaft upper cover mounting surface, where 111 is the camshaft position sensor mounting seat, 112 is the oil separator mounting seat, 113 is the high-pressure oil pump mounting seat, 114 is the ignition coil mounting seat, 115 is the auxiliary air vent, and 116 is the main air vent. 1121 is a first hollow structure of an oil separator mounting seat, 1122 is a second hollow structure of the oil separator mounting seat, 1123 is a first cavity of the oil separator mounting seat, and 1124 is a second cavity of the oil separator. 1121, 1122 are connected to the camshaft chamber, i.e., the crankcase, and the oil separator in the camshaft chamber can be directly fed to the oil separator for separation. 1123 is communicated with the crankcase ventilation pipe via an external steel pipe to realize the gas supply to the crankcase. 1124, the secondary air holes are communicated with the main air holes, the main air holes are communicated with the four secondary air holes, and the secondary air holes and the main air holes are blocked by end faces, so that the gas separated by the oil separator can be connected to an air inlet channel and then enters the cylinder for combustion. Wherein, the mounting surface of the lower cover cap of the camshaft and the mounting surface of the cylinder cover are respectively provided with at least one group of positioning structures. The mounting surface of the lower cover cap of the camshaft consists of bearing seats of various gears of the camshaft. The semi-circular hole of the camshaft is arranged on the camshaft bearing seat.
Fig. 3 shows the camshaft upper cover lower mounting surface, where 117 is the camshaft upper cover mounting surface and 118 is the cylinder head mounting surface. 1171, a lower camshaft cover is provided with a corresponding positioning pin hole, as shown in fig. 3, to ensure the installation accuracy of the lower camshaft cover. 1172 is a camshaft thrust surface corresponding to the camshaft thrust groove to reduce the play of the camshaft. 1181 is a cylinder cover positioning structure, as shown, a positioning pin structure. 1182 is four auxiliary air holes, which are used to introduce the separated gas into the air passage and further into the cylinder for combustion.
The lower cover cap of the camshaft is provided with a front camshaft bearing cap, other camshaft bearing caps of various gears and a reinforcing structure for connecting the camshaft bearing caps of various gears. The front end camshaft bearing cover is also provided with an oil path communicated to the front end camshaft bearing hole, the oil path is communicated to the upper mounting surface of the lower camshaft cover through an oil hole connected and communicated with the cylinder cover and is divided into two oil paths by the upper mounting surface, and the two oil paths respectively flow to the front end intake camshaft bearing hole and the exhaust side camshaft bearing hole.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the lower cover of the camshaft is shown, wherein 121 is the front end camshaft cover, 1211 is the lubrication oil path of the front end camshaft cover, 122 is the camshaft cover, 123 is the inlet side camshaft cover reinforcing rib, 124 is the exhaust side camshaft cover reinforcing rib, and 125 is the positioning pin hole seat.
The reinforcing structure comprises two reinforcing ribs connected with an intake side camshaft bearing cover and two reinforcing ribs connected with an exhaust side camshaft bearing cover; and the height and the width of two strengthening ribs of connecting the side camshaft bearing cap of admitting air are all inequality, and the height and the width of two strengthening ribs of connecting the side camshaft bearing cap of exhausting are all inequality.
As shown in fig. 5, the reinforcing structure includes two reinforcing ribs connected to the intake side camshaft bearing cap and two reinforcing ribs connected to the exhaust side camshaft bearing cap, where the height and width of one of the reinforcing ribs connected to the intake side camshaft bearing cap are a and b, respectively, and then a < b, and the height and width of the other reinforcing rib are c and d, respectively, and then c > d; one of the reinforcing ribs for connecting the exhaust camshaft bearing cover is g and h in height and width respectively, so that g is less than h, and the other reinforcing rib is e and f in height and width respectively, so that e is greater than f. The reinforcing ribs with different heights and widths are adopted, so that the strength of the lower cover cap of the camshaft can be greatly improved.
The invention also provides a camshaft, as shown in figure 1, the camshaft 13 is a hollow camshaft, the front end face journal of the camshaft is also provided with a plurality of drilled holes, and the drilled holes are communicated with the hollow holes of the camshaft. The camshaft is arranged on the camshaft cover, wherein the front end journal drilling of the camshaft is communicated with the oil circuit of the lower camshaft cover. The other shaft journals of the camshaft also have at least one bore hole which is communicated with the hollow hole of the camshaft. Lubricating oil enters the hollow hole of the camshaft through the oil circuit of the front end journal of the lower camshaft cover cap and then enters other journals, so that the lubrication of the camshaft journals is realized.

the lower mounting surface of the upper cover comprises a lower camshaft cover mounting surface and a cylinder cover mounting surface, and the lower camshaft cover mounting surface and the cylinder cover mounting surface are respectively provided with at least one group of positioning structures; the mounting surface of the lower cover cap of the camshaft consists of bearing seats of various gears of the camshaft;
the lower cover cap of the camshaft comprises a front camshaft bearing cap, camshaft bearing caps of all gears and a reinforcing structure connected with the camshaft bearing caps of all gears.

The engine camshaft cover of claim 1, wherein the oil-gas separator mount includes two hollowed-out structures and two cavity structures, both hollowed-out structures opening into the camshaft cover chamber; in the two cavity structures, one cavity structure is connected with the crankshaft vent pipe through an external steel pipe, and the other cavity structure is connected with the auxiliary vent hole.

The engine camshaft cover cap as claimed in claim 1, wherein the front camshaft bearing cap is provided with an oil passage leading to the front camshaft bearing, the oil passage leading to the upper mounting surface of the camshaft lower cover cap from an oil hole communicating with the cylinder head and divided into two oil passages by the upper mounting surface, respectively flowing to the front intake camshaft bearing hole and the exhaust side camshaft bearing hole.

The engine camshaft cover cap of claim 1, wherein the reinforcing structure comprises two reinforcing ribs connecting the intake side camshaft bearing cap, two reinforcing ribs connecting the exhaust side camshaft bearing cap; and the height and the width of two strengthening ribs of connecting the side camshaft bearing cap of admitting air are all inequality, and the height and the width of two strengthening ribs of connecting the side camshaft bearing cap of exhausting are all inequality.

A camshaft mounted in the camshaft bore of any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the camshaft is hollow, and a plurality of bores are provided at the front end journal of the camshaft, the bores communicating with the hollow bore of the camshaft, and the bores communicating with the camshaft lower cover oil passage.
