本发明涉及一种共混粘胶纤维水刺面膜基布及共混粘胶纤维面膜,该面膜基布由以下方法制成:1)将苎麻原麻切成小段用水浸渍得软化料;2)将所得软化料进行蒸汽爆破得爆破混合物;3)将所得爆破混合物置于水中进行超声浸洗并除杂得苎麻纤维;4)将所得苎麻纤维浸入壳聚糖乙酸水溶液中进行浸渍改性得改性苎麻纤维;5)将所得改性苎麻纤维与粘胶纤维混合后依次进行开松、梳理、交叉铺网、水刺加固、脱水、烘燥即得。该面膜基布具有良好的干湿强度和韧性,能承受3D立体高刀数剪裁及后续的浸洗提拉工艺而不破损不撕裂不变形,保持结构完整性;透气透湿性好,触感柔软舒适,服帖性好,持液保液能力强,适用于生产3D立体剪裁面膜。

粘胶纤维是一种再生纤维素纤维,以天然纤维(如木纤维、棉短绒等)为原料,经碱化、老化、磺化等工序制成可溶性纤维素黄原酸酯,再溶于稀碱液制成粘胶,经湿法纺丝而制成。普通粘胶纤维的基本组成是纤维素(C6H10O5)n,化学结构类似于棉纤维,截面呈锯齿形皮芯结构,纵向平直有沟横,长度整齐,具有良好的吸湿性和保水性(含湿率最符合人体皮肤的生理要求),含杂率低、易于梳理且强度高,生物相容性好,适合用于制备贴式面膜的面膜基布。但是,单纯粘胶纤维制成的面膜基布结构松软,易变形,湿强低,经水、营养液(面膜液)浸泡后面膜膨胀,轻微拉扯下结构易扭曲、撕裂,一般不单独用于制备面膜基布,需要与其它结构型纤维共混。
贴式面膜的使用效果,不仅取决于面膜基布和营养液(面膜液)的性能和质量,也需要与人体面部完美的贴合度,在使用过程中力求覆盖人体面部所有部位死角,达到量体裁衣的效果。专业的面膜裁剪能够增加面膜的贴合效果,也更有利于营养液(面膜液)进入皮肤中。面膜剪裁一般分为三种:①基础裁剪,是最为常见的裁剪方式,也就是在眼部两边、颧骨和下巴两边留有缝隙,这样能够使面膜贴合面部,有利于营养液的吸收;缺点是不能因人而异,基础裁剪是根据中和人脸的状况来设计裁剪,如果脸型比较长或者方,贴合性就会减弱。②分片裁剪,就是上下分节,这种设计能够使面膜从脸部延伸到颈部,不仅节省面膜的浪费还能呵护颈部。③3D剪裁,模拟人体面部立体成型,与人体面部严密贴合无缝隙、润泽柔软包覆全脸;普通面膜的裁剪一般在9刀左右,12刀是面膜贴合性好与良好的分界线,3D裁剪的面膜一般达到了16刀,对面膜基布材质的可加工性和强度的要求更高。目前,3D剪裁面膜正在成为面膜护肤潮流,引领消费时尚,但是一般的粘胶纤维面膜基布松软低强,难以满足3D剪裁的加工要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种适用于3D立体剪裁的共混粘胶纤维水刺面膜基布。
本发明的第二个目的是提供一种以上述的共混粘胶纤维水刺面膜基布制备的共混粘胶纤维面膜。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种共混粘胶纤维水刺面膜基布,由包括以下步骤的方法制备而成:
1)将苎麻原麻切成长度为30-50mm的小段,置于温度为55℃-60℃的水中浸渍40-60min,后取出脱水至含水量为45%-50%,得软化料;
2)将步骤1)所得软化料置于蒸汽爆破装置中进行蒸汽爆破,蒸汽温度为220℃-230℃,爆破压力为1.8-2.2MPa,保温保压3.0-3.5min,卸压出料,得爆破混合物;
3)将步骤2)所得爆破混合物置于水中进行超声浸洗并除杂,后取出沥水、干燥得苎麻纤维;
4)将步骤3)所得苎麻纤维浸入壳聚糖乙酸水溶液中进行浸渍改性,后取出并挤出多余液体,干燥得改性苎麻纤维;
5)按照改性苎麻纤维与粘胶纤维的质量比为(20-30):(70-80)的比例,将步骤4)所得改性苎麻纤维与粘胶纤维混合均匀得混合纤维,后对所得混合纤维依次进行开松、梳理、交叉铺网、水刺加固、脱水、烘燥,制得厚度为0.35-0.45mm、克重为35-45g/m2的非织造布,即为所述面膜基布。
步骤3)中,所述超声浸洗的超声频率为30-40kHz,温度为55℃-60℃;所述超声浸洗的时间为1.0-1.5h。
步骤3)中,所述干燥的温度为80℃-90℃,干燥至苎麻纤维的含水量不超过10%;步骤4)中,所述干燥的温度为80℃-90℃,干燥至改性苎麻纤维的含水量不超过10%。
步骤4)中,所述壳聚糖乙酸水溶液是将壳聚糖溶解在乙酸水溶液中制成的,壳聚糖的质量浓度为3.0%-3.5%。
所述乙酸水溶液中乙酸的质量浓度为5.0%-6.0%。
进一步的,所述浸渍改性的浴比为1:15-20。浸渍过程中搅拌脱泡15-20min,负压脱泡20-30s。
步骤4)中,控制浸渍改性后所得改性苎麻纤维的质量相对于浸渍改性前的苎麻纤维质量增重10%-12%。
步骤5)中,所述粘胶纤维的细度为1.5-2.0dtex,长度为30-50mm。
步骤5)中,所述水刺加固的水刺压力为15-20bar,水针孔出口直径为0.08-0.12mm。
步骤5)中,所述脱水为压辊压榨脱水。
步骤5)中,所述烘燥的温度为140℃-160℃;所得非织造布的含水量为5.0%-7.0%。
一种以上述的共混粘胶纤维水刺面膜基布制备的共混粘胶纤维面膜。将所述面膜基布浸入精华液(面膜营养液)中使其充分吸收携液,制成共混粘胶纤维面膜。面膜基布与其携带的精华液的质量比为1:(9-12)。
本发明的共混粘胶纤维水刺面膜基布,在制备时先将苎麻原麻切成小段,置于温度为55℃-60℃的水中浸渍40-60min进行软化,使水分充分浸入原麻内部,苎麻原麻充分润湿软化,可避免干燥苎麻直接蒸汽爆破时纤维过度粉碎成粉末。浸渍后取出脱水至含水量为45%-50%的软化料,置于蒸汽爆破装置中进行蒸汽爆破,蒸汽温度为220℃-230℃,爆破压力为1.8-2.2MPa,保温保压3.0-3.5min,在保温保压过程中,原麻内部的水分迅速气化膨胀,结构分崩解离;水蒸汽迅速扩散渗透进入苎麻纤维内部,接触到初生壁中的半纤维素、果胶和次生壁中的半纤维素和木质素,胶质发生水解,纤维溶胀。在高温高压条件下,苎麻纤维中的木质素和半纤维素加速水解,果胶溶出,胶质大分子被破坏,胶合作用减弱。由于保温保压时间短,原麻主要成分纤维素的水解反应很弱,不影响苎麻单纤维的结构和强度。保温保压结束后,蒸汽爆破装置瞬间卸压出料,由于压力骤然释放、温度快速降低,该过程产生的二次蒸汽使润湿的原麻发生爆破,由于失去了胶质大分子的胶合作用,纤维结构快速撕裂,苎麻纤维分离细化,单纤维充分释放。
本发明的共混粘胶纤维水刺面膜基布在制备时,将苎麻原麻蒸汽爆破所得爆破混合物在冷却之前迅速置于水中进行超声浸洗,在超声空化作用下,水溶性胶质物质被溶出;超声浸洗过程中,苎麻皮等杂质被分拣除去。由于蒸汽爆破已经破坏了胶质与纤维的胶合结构,此处采用热水和超声相结合,即可在短时间内充分溶出水溶性胶质物质,后取出沥水、干燥得较为纯净的以纤维素为主要成分的苎麻纤维。
由于苎麻纤维顶端呈尖锐状,与人体直接接触有刺痒感,因此对所得苎麻纤维进行表面改性。本发明将所得苎麻纤维浸入壳聚糖乙酸水溶液中进行浸渍改性,后取出并挤出多余液体,干燥得改性苎麻纤维,改性苎麻纤维表面附着壳聚糖薄层。壳聚糖具有良好的生物相容性,其大分子结构还使其具有抗菌除螨、消炎化脓、止痛、去疤痕、减少创面液体析出和利于创伤部位愈合等优异性能。浸渍改性获得的改性苎麻纤维,尖锐部分被壳聚糖包裹钝化,与人体肌肤接触,能充分发挥其生物相容性及抗菌性,并且进一步提高苎麻纤维的亲水性和携液能力。
本发明的共混粘胶纤维水刺面膜基布,是按照改性苎麻纤维与粘胶纤维的质量比为(20-30):(70-80)的比例混合得混合纤维,后依次进行开松、梳理、交叉铺网、水刺加固、烘燥,制成的厚度为0.35-0.45mm、克重为35-45g/m2的非织造布。本发明的改性苎麻纤维保留了苎麻纤维强力大、坚韧的特性,将其与粘胶纤维共混制备面膜基布,极大的提高了非织造布的强度和韧性,干态下高强度和韧性保证了其良好的可加工性,能承受3D立体高刀数剪裁而不破损不变形;湿态下的高强度和韧性保证了其在3D立体高刀数剪裁后进行浸液提拉、折叠装袋及使用时的轻拉硬拽时不撕裂不变形,保持其结构完整性。
经检测,本发明的共混粘胶纤维水刺面膜基布,厚度小、克重低,符合市场上薄型面膜基布的使用要求;干态下的断裂强度在43.26N以上,断裂伸长率在39%-40%之间,湿态下的断裂强度在40.28N以上,断裂伸长率在35%-36.5%之间,力学性能好,在干态和湿态下均有较好的断裂强力,便于加工和使用;抗弯刚度在0.0538-0.0597cN·cm2/cm之间,在小厚度、低克重的前提下,苎麻纤维的掺入量少,掺入改性苎麻纤维并不影响粘胶纤维非织造布的柔软性,该面膜基布触感柔软舒适,与人体面部的服帖性好。该面膜基布的透气量达到2869mm/s以上,透湿量达到1265g/(cm2·d)以上,透气透湿性好,敷在面部不闷,不影响面部肌肤的正常呼吸,舒适性强;最大液体(水)吸收量达到25.41g/g,吸水性好;模拟人体37℃条件下持液20min,失水量仅为0.90g/g左右,失液量小,保液率高,持液保液能力强。该面膜基布对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率达到98.77%以上,对大肠杆菌的抑菌率达到95.04%以上,该面膜基布具有良好的抗菌抑菌性,对人体肌肤无致敏等不良反应,安全可靠。
本发明的共混粘胶纤维水刺面膜基布的制备方法,原料纤维均为生物质材料,用过即丢后,在环境中的降解速度快,无环境污染;工艺生产过程不涉及过多的化学品,化学物质残留极少,安全可靠,绿色环保。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明做进一步的说明。
具体实施方式中,所用苎麻原麻为苎麻多倍体(Tri-1)高支品种(纤维支数≥2500Nm),含杂率≤0.1%,附壳率≤0.01%,无霉变现象;使用前解捆、抖松,无需扎把。
所用壳聚糖的脱乙酰度为95%,分子量为4×105-6×105。所述壳聚糖乙酸水溶液是将壳聚糖溶解在乙酸水溶液中制成的,所述乙酸水溶液中乙酸的质量浓度为5.0%。
所用粘胶纤维为市售商品,规格为1.67dtex×38mm,干断裂强度2.58cN/dtex,湿断裂强度为1.32cN/dtex,干断裂伸长率20.7%,回潮率12.3%,白度91.4%。
实施例1
本实施例的共混粘胶纤维水刺面膜基布,是由以下方法制备的:
1)将苎麻原麻切成长度为30-50mm的小段,置于温度为55℃的水中浸渍60min,后取出挤压脱水至含水量为48%,得软化料;
2)将步骤1)所得软化料置于蒸汽爆破装置中进行蒸汽爆破,蒸汽温度为220℃℃,爆破压力为2.2MPa,保温保压3.0min,卸压出料,得爆破混合物;
3)将步骤2)所得爆破混合物立即置于55℃的水中进行超声浸洗,使胶质溶出,超声频率为40kHz,超声浸洗的时间为1.5h,浸洗过程中打散纤维聚结块,将浮于表面的苎麻皮分拣去除,取出沥水后,在90℃条件下干燥至含水量为8%,得苎麻纤维;
4)将步骤3)所得苎麻纤维浸入壳聚糖质量浓度为3.0%的乙酸水溶液中进行浸渍改性,浸渍过程中搅拌脱泡15min,负压脱泡30s;后取出并挤出多余液体,90℃干燥至含水量为8%,得改性苎麻纤维;
5)按照改性苎麻纤维与粘胶纤维的质量比为25:75的比例,将步骤4)所得改性苎麻纤维与粘胶纤维混合均匀得混合纤维,后对所得混合纤维依次进行开松、梳理、交叉铺网、正反两面水刺加固(水刺压力为15bar,水针孔出口直径为0.12mm),压辊压榨脱水后,140℃烘燥至含水量为6.0%,制得厚度为0.40mm、克重为40g/m2的非织造布,即为所述共混粘胶纤维水刺面膜基布。
实施例2
本实施例的共混粘胶纤维水刺面膜基布,是由以下方法制备的:
1)将苎麻原麻切成长度为30-50mm的小段,置于温度为60℃的水中浸渍40min,后取出挤压脱水至含水量为48%,得软化料;
2)将步骤1)所得软化料置于蒸汽爆破装置中进行蒸汽爆破,蒸汽温度为230℃,爆破压力为1.8MPa,保温保压3.5min,卸压出料,得爆破混合物;
3)将步骤2)所得爆破混合物立即置于60℃的水中进行超声浸洗,使胶质溶出,超声频率为30kHz,超声浸洗的时间为1.5h,浸洗过程中打散纤维聚结块,将浮于表面的苎麻皮分拣去除,取出沥水后,在90℃条件下干燥至含水量为8%,得苎麻纤维;
4)将步骤3)所得苎麻纤维浸入壳聚糖质量浓度为3.0%的乙酸水溶液中进行浸渍改性,浸渍过程中搅拌脱泡20min,负压脱泡20s;后取出并挤出多余液体,90℃干燥至含水量为8%,得改性苎麻纤维;
5)按照改性苎麻纤维与粘胶纤维的质量比为25:75的比例,将步骤4)所得改性苎麻纤维与粘胶纤维混合均匀得混合纤维,后对所得混合纤维依次进行开松、梳理、交叉铺网、正反两面水刺加固(水刺压力为15bar,水针孔出口直径为0.12mm),压辊压榨脱水后,140℃烘燥至含水量为6.0%,制得厚度为0.40mm、克重为40g/m2的非织造布,即为所述共混粘胶纤维水刺面膜基布。
实施例3
本实施例的共混粘胶纤维水刺面膜基布,是由以下方法制备的:
1)将苎麻原麻切成长度为30-50mm的小段,置于温度为55℃的水中浸渍50min,后取出挤压脱水至含水量为48%,得软化料;
2)将步骤1)所得软化料置于蒸汽爆破装置中进行蒸汽爆破,蒸汽温度为225℃,爆破压力为2.0MPa,保温保压3.5min,卸压出料,得爆破混合物;
3)将步骤2)所得爆破混合物立即置于60℃的水中进行超声浸洗,使胶质溶出,超声频率为40kHz,超声浸洗的时间为1.0h,浸洗过程中打散纤维聚结块,将浮于表面的苎麻皮分拣去除,取出沥水后,在90℃条件下干燥至含水量为8%,得苎麻纤维;
4)将步骤3)所得苎麻纤维浸入壳聚糖质量浓度为3.0%的乙酸水溶液中进行浸渍改性,浸渍过程中搅拌脱泡18min,负压脱泡25s;后取出并挤出多余液体,90℃干燥至含水量为8%,得改性苎麻纤维;
5)按照改性苎麻纤维与粘胶纤维的质量比为25:75的比例,将步骤4)所得改性苎麻纤维与粘胶纤维混合均匀得混合纤维,后对所得混合纤维依次进行开松、梳理、交叉铺网、正反两面水刺加固(水刺压力为15bar,水针孔出口直径为0.12mm),压辊压榨脱水后,140℃烘燥至含水量为6.0%,制得厚度为0.40mm、克重为40g/m2的非织造布,即为所述共混粘胶纤维水刺面膜基布。
实验例1
本实验例对实施例1-3所得共混粘胶纤维水刺面膜基布进行性能检测,结果如表1所示。
其中,所述失液量是模拟面膜敷在人体面部的情况,将检测过液体吸收性能的面膜基布(处于最大液体吸收量持液状态)铺在37℃的干燥容器中,表面敞开在空气中,20min(通常敷面膜的时间)后取出称重,检测其失水量。

注:表1中的断裂强度和断裂伸长率均是受试样品横向和纵向测试结果的平均值。
从表1可以看出,实施例1-3所得共混粘胶纤维水刺面膜基布的克重在40±1g/m2之间,厚度在0.40±0.01之间,符合市场上薄型面膜基布的使用要求;干态下的断裂强度在43.26N以上,断裂伸长率在39%-40%之间,湿态下的断裂强度在40.28N以上,断裂伸长率在35%-36.5%之间。实验结果表明,本发明的共混粘胶纤维水刺面膜基布中,掺入的改性苎麻纤维极大的改善了粘胶纤维的湿强,使得面膜基布具有较高的强度和适中的断裂伸长率。
为了考察面膜基布的柔软度,对实施例1-3所得共混粘胶纤维水刺面膜基布的抗弯刚度进行检测。检测结果显示,实施例1-3所得共混粘胶纤维水刺面膜基布的抗弯刚度在0.0538-0.0597cN·cm2/cm之间。实验结果表明,由于基布的厚度小、克重低,掺入改性苎麻纤维并不影响粘胶纤维非织造布的柔软性,本发明所得共混粘胶纤维水刺面膜基布触感柔软舒适,与人体面部的服帖性好。
从表1可以看出,实施例1-3所得共混粘胶纤维水刺面膜基布的透气量达到2869mm/s以上,透湿量达到1265g/(cm2·d)以上,透气透湿性好,敷在面部不闷,舒适性强;最大液体(水)吸收量达到25.41g/g,吸水性好;模拟人体37℃条件下持液20min,失水量仅为0.90g/g左右,失液量小,保液率高,持液保液能力强。
为了考察面膜基布的安全性,对实施例1-3所得共混粘胶纤维水刺面膜基布的抗菌性和抗敏性进行检测。面膜基布对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率达到98.77%以上,对大肠杆菌的抑菌率达到95.04%以上。按照《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015年版)要求选择30名合格志愿者在手臂内侧进行面膜基布的人体斑贴试验,结果证明测试样品均未出现瘙痒、红肿、过敏等不良反应。实验结果表明,本发明的共混粘胶纤维水刺面膜基布具有良好的抗菌抑菌性,对人体肌肤无致敏等不良反应,安全可靠。
实验例2
分别对实施例1-3所得共混粘胶纤维水刺面膜基布进行16刀3D立体剪裁,裁后面膜裸布结构完整,无毛边无撕裂,不变形。实验结果表明,本发明的共混粘胶纤维水刺面膜基布满足3D体系剪裁的要求,适合3D立体剪裁。
Claims (9)
1.一种共混粘胶纤维水刺面膜基布,其特征在于:由包括以下步骤的方法制备而成:
1)将苎麻原麻切成长度为30-50mm的小段,置于温度为55℃-60℃的水中浸渍40-60min,后取出脱水至含水量为45%-50%,得软化料;
2)将步骤1)所得软化料置于蒸汽爆破装置中进行蒸汽爆破,蒸汽温度为220℃-230℃,爆破压力为1.8-2.2MPa,保温保压3.0-3.5min,卸压出料,得爆破混合物;
3)将步骤2)所得爆破混合物置于水中进行超声浸洗并除杂,后取出沥水、干燥得苎麻纤维;
4)将步骤3)所得苎麻纤维浸入壳聚糖乙酸水溶液中进行浸渍改性,后取出并挤出多余液体,干燥得改性苎麻纤维;
5)按照改性苎麻纤维与粘胶纤维的质量比为(20-30):(70-80)的比例,将步骤4)所得改性苎麻纤维与粘胶纤维混合均匀得混合纤维,后对所得混合纤维依次进行开松、梳理、交叉铺网、水刺加固、脱水、烘燥,制得厚度为0.35-0.45mm、克重为35-45g/m2的非织造布,即为所述面膜基布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的共混粘胶纤维水刺面膜基布,其特征在于:步骤3)中,所述超声浸洗的超声频率为30-40kHz,洗水温度为55℃-60℃;所述超声浸洗的时间为1.0-1.5h。
3.根据权利要求1所述的共混粘胶纤维水刺面膜基布,其特征在于:步骤3)中,所述干燥的温度为80℃-90℃,干燥至苎麻纤维的含水量不超过10%;步骤4)中,所述干燥的温度为80℃-90℃,干燥至改性苎麻纤维的含水量不超过10%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的共混粘胶纤维水刺面膜基布,其特征在于:步骤4)中,所述壳聚糖乙酸水溶液是将壳聚糖溶解在乙酸水溶液中制成的,壳聚糖的质量浓度为3.0%-3.5%。
5.根据权利要求4所述的共混粘胶纤维水刺面膜基布,其特征在于:所述乙酸水溶液中乙酸的质量浓度为5.0%-6.0%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的共混粘胶纤维水刺面膜基布,其特征在于:步骤4)中,控制浸渍改性后所得改性苎麻纤维的质量相对于浸渍改性前的苎麻纤维质量增重10%-12%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的共混粘胶纤维水刺面膜基布,其特征在于:步骤5)中,所述粘胶纤维的细度为1.5-2.0dtex,长度为30-50mm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的共混粘胶纤维水刺面膜基布,其特征在于:步骤5)中,所述水刺加固的水刺压力为15-20bar,水针孔出口直径为0.08-0.12mm。
9.一种以权利要求1-8中任一项所述的共混粘胶纤维水刺面膜基布制备的共混粘胶纤维面膜。
