技术领域
本发明涉及PCB板制作技术领域,尤其是一种用于清洗PCB板绿油的药水及其制备方法。
背景技术
制作PCB板的阻焊工序需要每个班组对显影机进行一次小保养并且更换被污染而失去活力的显影液,每15天还要进行一次大保养,对显影机进行酸碱洗以及喷嘴的清洗,保养需要停机一天。若不保养则机器会因为不断溶解的绿油导致显影机堵死喷嘴,导致品质问题的产生。这种频繁的保养严重浪费产能,降低了产出。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于清洗PCB板绿油的药水及其制备方法,能够解决现有技术的不足,简化了显影机的保养步骤,提高了生产效率。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案如下。
一种用于清洗PCB板绿油的药水,包括,
以下份数均为质量份数,
40~60份的有机酸、5~10份的乳化剂、1~3份的助悬剂、2~3分的分散剂、30~40份的有机溶剂、100~120份的水。
作为优选,包括44份的有机酸、5份的乳化剂、3份的助悬剂、3分的分散剂、30份的有机溶剂、115份的水。
一种上述的用于清洗PCB板绿油的药水的制备方法,包括以下步骤:首先将有机溶剂加入水中,充分搅拌,然后将有机酸、乳化剂、助悬剂、分散剂加入有机溶剂溶液中,充分搅拌。
作为优选,所述有机酸包括20~30wt%的柠檬酸、5~10wt%的乙二胺四乙酸、余量为氨基磺酸。
作为优选,所述乳化剂包括40~50wt%的松香酸聚氧乙烯脂,余量为聚氧乙烯壬烷基酚醚。
作为优选,所述助悬剂包括20~25wt%的黄原胶、5~7wt%的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,余量为硅酸铝。
作为优选,所述分散剂包括50~70wt%的硫酸钠、10~15wt%的磷酸五钠、3~5wt%的乙酸锌,余量为聚乙二醇。
作为优选,有机溶剂包括30~40wt%的乙醇、10~20wt%的乙酸丁酯、余量为二甲基甲酰胺。
采用上述技术方案所带来的有益效果在于:本发明通过合理配置有机酸和表面活性剂成分,对丙烯酸低聚物实现有效的溶解和分散,降低其对于缸壁的附着度。使用本发明提供的药水后,不需要对显影机进行繁琐的酸碱洗,只需每3天更换一次药水,同时使用水枪简单冲洗即可保持缸壁洁净。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种用于清洗PCB板绿油的药水,包括44份的有机酸、5份的乳化剂、3份的助悬剂、3分的分散剂、30份的有机溶剂、115份的水。
其中,有机酸包括22wt%的柠檬酸、5wt%的乙二胺四乙酸、余量为氨基磺酸。乳化剂包括45wt%的松香酸聚氧乙烯脂,余量为聚氧乙烯壬烷基酚醚。助悬剂包括20wt%的黄原胶、6wt%的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,余量为硅酸铝。分散剂包括55wt%的硫酸钠、10wt%的磷酸五钠、5wt%的乙酸锌,余量为聚乙二醇。有机溶剂包括40wt%的乙醇、18wt%的乙酸丁酯、余量为二甲基甲酰胺。
实施例2
一种用于清洗PCB板绿油的药水,包括44份的有机酸、5份的乳化剂、3份的助悬剂、3分的分散剂、30份的有机溶剂、115份的水。
其中,有机酸包括25wt%的柠檬酸、10wt%的乙二胺四乙酸、余量为氨基磺酸。乳化剂包括40wt%的松香酸聚氧乙烯脂,余量为聚氧乙烯壬烷基酚醚。助悬剂包括20wt%的黄原胶、5wt%的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,余量为硅酸铝。分散剂包括65wt%的硫酸钠、14wt%的磷酸五钠、3wt%的乙酸锌,余量为聚乙二醇。有机溶剂包括35wt%的乙醇、12wt%的乙酸丁酯、余量为二甲基甲酰胺。
实施例3
一种用于清洗PCB板绿油的药水,包括44份的有机酸、5份的乳化剂、3份的助悬剂、3分的分散剂、30份的有机溶剂、115份的水。
其中,有机酸包括30wt%的柠檬酸、9wt%的乙二胺四乙酸、余量为氨基磺酸。乳化剂包括42wt%的松香酸聚氧乙烯脂,余量为聚氧乙烯壬烷基酚醚。助悬剂包括25wt%的黄原胶、5wt%的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,余量为硅酸铝。分散剂包括60wt%的硫酸钠、13wt%的磷酸五钠、4wt%的乙酸锌,余量为聚乙二醇。有机溶剂包括30wt%的乙醇、15wt%的乙酸丁酯、余量为二甲基甲酰胺。
对比试验
使用四台显影机进行相同工艺的生产操作。其中一号、二号和三号显影机分别使用上述三个实施例中提供的清洗药水进行清洗保养,而四号显影机使用传统的酸碱洗方式进行清洗保养。结果如下:
