Abstract
The invention discloses a leather cleaning agent and a preparation method thereof, wherein the leather cleaning agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: emulsifier: 10% -20%; polishing agent: 10% -20%; dust-proof agent: 0.01 to 0.5 percent; leather nourishing agent: 0.5 to 1.5 percent; degerming agent: 0.01 to 0.5 percent; antistatic agent: 3% -10%; defoaming agent: 0.1 to 0.5 percent; pH regulator: 0.1 to 1 percent; plant essence: 0.1 to 0.5 percent; water: and (4) the balance. The leather cleaning agent disclosed by the invention is very simple in preparation method, and all the components are uniformly mixed in batches. The leather cleaning agent disclosed by the invention not only has excellent decontamination, sterilization, polishing and anti-aging effects, but also can effectively prevent dust and static electricity, and can keep a leather product with lasting gloss.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a leather cleaning agent and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of leather care.
Background
The leather product has unique lines and luster on the surface, is wear-resistant, durable and soft in hand feeling, and becomes an essential daily article for people in daily life, such as leather shoes, leather clothing, sofas, leather bags, leather automobile cushions and the like. However, leather products tend to turn dark yellow or light after a period of use, are prone to moisture, mildew, and insects, and require periodic care to extend the useful life and increase the gloss of the leather product. plant essence: 0.1 to 0.3 percent;

Preferably, the emulsifier is at least one of isomeric alcohol ethers, sorbitan fatty acid esters and fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ethers.
Preferably, the glazing agent is at least one of simethicone, amino silicone oil and glycerol.
Preferably, the dustproof agent is at least one of methyl fluorosilicone oil and hydrogen-containing fluorosilicone oil.
Preferably, the leather nourishing agent is at least one of lanolin and aloe extract.
Preferably, the degerming agent is at least one of cason, triclosan and 2, 4-imidazolidinedione.
Preferably, the antistatic agent is at least one of octadecyl dimethyl hydroxyethyl quaternary ammonium nitrate, octadecyl dimethyl hydroxyethyl quaternary ammonium nitrate and octadecyl dimethyl hydroxyethyl quaternary ammonium potassium nitrate.
Preferably, the defoamer is a silicone defoamer.
Preferably, the pH regulator is triethanolamine or ammonia water.
The preparation method of the leather cleaning agent comprises the following steps:
1) adding the emulsifier, the polishing agent, the dust-proof agent and water into a reaction kettle, and uniformly stirring;
2) adding the leather nourishing agent, the bacteria removing agent, the antistatic agent and the plant essence into a reaction kettle, and uniformly stirring;
3) and adding the defoaming agent and the pH regulator into the reaction kettle, and uniformly stirring to obtain the leather cleaning agent.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the leather cleaning agent disclosed by the invention not only has excellent decontamination, sterilization, polishing and anti-aging effects, but also can effectively prevent dust and static electricity, and can keep a leather product with lasting gloss.
The leather cleaning agent can be directly used for decontamination, sterilization, polishing, anti-aging, dust prevention and static resistance of general leather products, and for leather products with good self maintenance, the leather cleaning agent can be diluted by 1-3 times with water for use and is used for endowing the leather products with dust prevention and static resistance effects.
