Abstract
The invention discloses a biomass fuel processing method, which comprises the steps of conveying raw materials to a material crushing device through a raw material input device, and crushing the raw materials; through carrying its piece to drying device, carry to sieving mechanism through drying device, stir its qualified crushed aggregates and adhesive cooperation, carry to extrusion device through material conveyor with its product shaping, output. Background

Preferably, the stirring proportioning device is internally added with an adhesive, and the adhesive is prepared by adding and mixing the waste paper pulp with the glutinous rice pulp in any proportion.
Preferably, the biomass fuel is wheat straw, corn straw, corncob, beanstalk, rice straw, reed straw, wood chips, wood blocks, branches, leaves, shells, fruit residues, sugar cane residues, sunflower straw, hay, bran coats, wheat bran or waste paper which is crushed into 1-2 mm chips.
Preferably, the raw material input device is conveyed by a conveying belt.
By adopting the technical scheme, the biomass fuel processing method provided by the invention has the advantages that raw materials are conveyed to the crushing device through the raw material input device and are crushed; through carrying its piece to drying device, carry to sieving mechanism through drying device, stir its qualified crushed aggregates and adhesive cooperation, carry to extrusion device through material conveyor with its product shaping, the technical characterstic of output.

1. A biomass fuel processing method comprises the following steps:

Preferably, the biomass fuel is wheat straw, corn straw, corncob, beanstalk, rice straw, reed straw, wood chips, wood blocks, branches, leaves, husks, pomace, sugar cane bagasse, sunflower straw, hay, bran, wheat bran, or waste paper crushed into 1-2 mm chips.
Preferably, the raw material input device is conveyed by a conveyor belt.

Claims (4)
1. A biomass fuel processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a. placing the biomass fuel at the upper end of the raw material input device for conveying to a crushing device and crushing the biomass fuel into chips;
b. the scraps are sequentially input into a drying device and conveyed to a screening device through the drying device for screening, and the scraps are divided into crushed materials and substitute processing materials;

2. The biomass fuel processing method according to claim 1, wherein a binder is added into the stirring proportioning device, and the binder is prepared by adding and mixing waste paper pulp and glutinous rice pulp in any proportion.

The method of claim 1, wherein the biomass fuel is straw, cornstalk, corncob, beanstalk, rice straw, reed stalk, wood chips, wood blocks, branches, leaves, fruit shells, fruit residues, sugar cane residues, sunflower straw, hay, rice bran, wheat bran, or waste paper, which is pulverized into 1-2 mm pieces.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the feedstock input device is transported by a conveyor belt.
