the buffer component comprises a first fixed part, a second fixed part, a first elastic part, a second elastic part and a third elastic part, the number of the first fixing pieces, the second fixing pieces, the first elastic pieces and the second elastic pieces is two, the two first fixing pieces are connected with the first scissor arm in a sliding manner, and are positioned at two sides of the first sliding groove, each first elastic element is positioned between each first fixed element and the first scissor arm, the two second fixed elements are connected with the second scissor arm in a sliding way, and are positioned at both sides of the second sliding groove, each second elastic element is positioned between each second fixed element and the second scissor arm, one end of the third elastic piece is abutted between the two first fixing pieces, and the other end of the third elastic piece is abutted between the two second fixing pieces.
