The feeding rod 13 extends from the seasoning tank 11 to the discharge port thereof and closes the discharge port of the seasoning tank 11 by a stopper 131, so that when the feeding rod 13 moves downward, the stopper 131 is separated from the discharge port, and the seasoning in the seasoning tank 11 is dispensed to the corresponding cooking station. Meanwhile, the feeding rod 13 is sleeved with a return spring 132.
The transmission unit 14 is sleeved at one end of the feeding rod 13 extending from the material tank 11, and the transmission unit 14 can drive the feeding rod 13 to move downwards so that the plug cover 131 is separated from the material outlet. According to different types of seasonings, the dosing tank 1 can be a tank body suitable for placing solid seasonings and can also be a tank body suitable for placing liquid seasonings.
Particularly, the combination mode of the dispensing tank 1 can be set according to actual requirements, and the optimal configuration mode is that a plurality of solid seasoning dispensing tanks and a plurality of liquid seasoning dispensing tanks are set so as to place different kinds of seasonings. The arrangement modes of the solid seasoning mixing tanks 1 and the liquid seasoning mixing tanks 1 can be flexibly arranged according to needs.
In one embodiment, the feed rod 13 is a screw rod when the dispensing tank 1 is adapted to accommodate solid seasoning. At this time, the feeding rod 13 is a screw, and the transmission unit 14 is a first gear. Thus, when the first gear rotates, the feed lever 13 pivots synchronously while feeding out the solid seasonings. In the embodiment, the quantity of the seasonings distributed by rotating the screw rod for one circle can be adjusted by optimally setting the structural dimensions in the screw rod, such as the distance, the thickness, the area, the angle and the like of the blades, so that the quantitative distribution of the seasonings is realized, and the standardization of the taste of the dishes is convenient to ensure.
In one embodiment, when the dispensing tank 1 is adapted to accommodate liquid seasoning, the feeding rod 13 is a connecting rod and the transmission unit 14 is a first disk. Therefore, the opening degree of the plug cover 131 is controlled by the first disc, so that the seasoning can be quantitatively distributed, and the standardization of the taste of the dishes is convenient to guarantee. Here, the control of the opening degree of the stopper 131 by the first disk means that the distance between the stopper 131 and the discharge hole is controlled by applying a downward force to the first disk.
In the above embodiments, the dispensing tank 1 is fixed in a mounting cavity 8, and the mounting cavity 8 is fixed on a corresponding chain through a connecting member 81, and the chain can be driven by a motor to drive the dispensing tank 1 thereon to move to each cooking station for adding seasonings.
The dosing unit further comprises: the feed rod is opened or closed by the drive unit, and the feed rod is opened or closed by the drive unit.
The technical solution of the dosing drive mechanism in the dosing device according to the present invention is illustrated below with reference to several embodiments.
Example 5
As shown in fig. 9, for the structure of the dispensing tank in embodiments 1 and 2, the dispensing driving mechanism 2 is used to drive the feeding rod 13 to rotate to dispense.
In particular, the dosing drive mechanism 2 is located on the stroke of the cyclic movement of the dosing tank 1 and comprises a second gear wheel 21 which meshes with the first gear wheel 14. Thus, when the dosage vessel 1 moves with the chain 43 to a position opposite to the second gear 21, the second gear 21 pivots to rotate the first gear 14 engaged therewith, so as to realize the rotation of the feeding rod 13. Accordingly, the second gear 21 is in transmission connection with a motor 22 through a transmission belt, and a servo motor can be used for driving the pivoting motion of the second gear 21 in order to precisely control the rotation angle of the feeding rod 13.
It should be noted that the ingredient is dispensed in a desired amount of seasoning, and therefore the ingredient drive mechanism 2 is required to drive the first gear 14 of the dispensing canister 1 containing the desired amount of seasoning for pivotal movement. In order to achieve this, part of the edge 211 of the second gearwheel 21 is not provided with toothing, and when the second gearwheel 21 is not in operation, the edge 211 which is not provided with toothing is initially arranged towards the dosage tank 1. So arranged, the first gear 14 of the dispensing canister 1 not containing the required seasoning does not mesh with the second gear 21.
In order to enable a good engagement of the first gear wheel 14 with the second gear wheel 21, the dosing drive mechanism 2 further comprises a blocking plate 23, which blocking plate 23 is fixed at one end and extends to one side of the movement stroke of the dosing tank 1 at the other end and selectively abuts against the dosing tank 1 for cooperation of the first gear wheel 14 and the second gear wheel 21. Wherein, one end of the baffle plate 23 can be fixed on the motor base of the servo motor, and the other end crosses over the second gear 21 and the first gear 14 and leans against the edge of the material cover of the moved material mixing tank 1, so that the material mixing tank 1 slightly inclines towards the second gear 21 under the guiding action of the baffle plate 23.
When a large number of dispensing canisters 1 are provided, at least two dispensing drive mechanisms 2 may be provided in order to increase the efficiency of dispensing. In one embodiment, there are two dosing drive mechanisms 2, and the distance between the two dosing drive mechanisms 2 in the direction of the circulating movement is half the length of the chain. Therefore, the dispensing tank 1 containing the required seasonings can firstly move to the position close to the dispensing driving mechanism 2 for dispensing, and the dispensing efficiency is improved.
Example 6
As shown in FIG. 10, for the structure of the dispensing tank in embodiments 3 and 4, the dispensing driving mechanism 2 is used to drive the feeding rod 13 to move for dispensing.
In particular, the dosing drive mechanism 2 is located on the stroke of the cyclic movement of the dosing tank 1 and comprises a drive unit 21 cooperating with the transmission unit 14. Thus, when the dosage tank 1 moves along with the chain 43 to a position opposite to the driving unit 21, the driving unit 21 drives the feeding rod 13 to act through the transmission unit 14, so as to realize dosage. Accordingly, the power of the driving unit 21 comes from a motor 22, and the transmission of power between the driving unit 21 and the motor 22 is realized through a gear 23. In order to precisely control the angle of rotation of the driving unit 21, a servo motor may be used to control the movement of the driving unit 21.
The driving unit 21 may be provided in various structures according to the use of the dispensing tank 1 for placing solid seasoning or liquid seasoning. In one embodiment, when the dispensing tank 1 is used for placing solid seasonings, the driving unit 21 is a second gear capable of meshing with the first gear. Thus, when the driving unit 21 rotates, the first gear engaged with the driving unit is driven to perform synchronous motion. In another embodiment, when the dispensing tank 1 is used for dispensing seasoning, the driving unit 21 is a second disk, and the contact surface of the second disk and the first disk is a slope surface arranged along the circumferential direction. Thus, when the second disk rotates, the second disk moves the first disk matched with the second disk downwards through the slope-shaped surface so as to realize the opening of the plug cover 131.
In order to enable a good engagement of the transmission unit 14 with the second gear wheel 21, the dosage drive mechanism 2 further comprises a blocking plate 24, which blocking plate 24 is fixed at one end and extends to one side of the movement stroke of the dosage vessel 1 at the other end, and selectively abuts against the dosage vessel 1 to cooperate the transmission unit 14 with the second gear wheel 21. Wherein, one end of the baffle plate 24 can be fixed on the motor base of the servo motor, and the other end crosses over the second gear 21 and the transmission unit 14 and leans against the edge of the material cover of the moved material mixing tank 1, so that the material mixing tank 1 slightly inclines towards the second gear 21 under the guiding action of the baffle plate 24.
In conclusion, the batching device can realize the addition of seasonings, and the seasoning types required by cooking different dishes can be met when a plurality of batching tanks are matched for use, so that the actual cooking requirements are fully met. In addition, by controlling the amount of the ingredients in the ingredient tank, the seasoning can be quantitatively supplied, which is beneficial to ensuring the standardization of the taste of the cooked dishes.
