the dispersing agent is at least one selected from lignosulfonate, alkyl naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate, phosphate of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene, sulfate of alkylaryl phenol polyoxyethylene, phosphate of alkylaryl phenol polyoxyethylene, formaldehyde condensate of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene sulfate, alkylphenol polyoxyethylene, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene and polyalkyl aryl phenol polyoxyethylene;
the thickener is at least one of xanthan gum, carboxymethyl cellulose polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl pyrrolidone, magnesium aluminum silicate and bentonite;
the antiseptic is at least one selected from benzoic acid, acetaldehyde, propionic acid, polyformaldehyde, sodium citrate, sodium salicylate, and sorbitol;
the antifreeze is at least one selected from ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, glycerol, diethylene glycol, triethylene glycol and polyethylene glycol;
the defoaming agent is at least one of organosilicon, aliphatic carboxylic acid, mineral oil, EO-PO polyether and modified polyether polysiloxane.

The plant growth regulator composition according to claim 1, wherein the weight percentage of each component is: GA32 percent of forchlorfenuron, 2 percent of diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate, 1.5 percent of wetting agent, 3.5 percent of dispersing agent, 0.2 percent of thickening agent, 0.25 percent of preservative, 4 percent of antifreezing agent and 0.15 percent of defoaming agent.

A method of making a plant growth regulator composition according to claim 1, comprising the steps of: (1) firstly, preparing a thickening agent into mother liquor 1 day ahead; (2) mixing gibberellic acid GA3Weighing raw materials such as forchlorfenuron, diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate, a wetting agent, a dispersing agent, a preservative, an antifreezing agent, a defoaming agent and the like, mixing the raw materials with a thickening agent, adding zirconium beads, and grinding by adopting a grinder; (3) and filtering residues after grinding is finished, and packaging.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein in the step (2), the speed of the mill is adjusted to 2000 revolutions for 2 hours.
