In the embodiment, the equipment code is unique and is the unique identification mark of the equipment to be overhauled, the equipment code of the equipment to be overhauled and hung by the intelligent electronic lock is compared with the equipment code of the equipment to be overhauled and recorded by the overhaul operation ticket, the intelligent electronic lock can be quickly and accurately hung on the equipment to be overhauled and appointed by the overhaul operation ticket to be judged, and when the equipment code and the equipment code are consistent, the intelligent electronic lock can be determined to be hung on the equipment to be overhauled and appointed by the overhaul operation ticket.

Meanwhile, when detecting that the equipment hung on the intelligent electronic lock is not the equipment to be overhauled appointed by the overhaul operation ticket, the server can also send alarm information to the intelligent electronic lock. The intelligent electronic lock can be provided with an audible and visual alarm, such as a buzzer and an LED lamp. When the main control module of the intelligent electronic lock receives alarm information sent by the server, the alarm is given when sound and light alarm is controlled, and if buzzing is generated, the LED flickers. And the maintainer who is executing the maintenance work can know the maintenance operation execution error according to the alarm prompt of the intelligent maintenance lock, and stops the maintenance. By the method, the overhaul work of the maintainers can be monitored, the correct execution of the overhaul work is ensured, the false overhaul operation events are reduced, and the overhaul efficiency is improved.
Through sending alarm information to maintainer's portable electronic equipment and sending alarm information to intelligent electronic lock, can remind maintainer intelligent electronic lock to articulate on wrong equipment of waiting to overhaul, play the effect of safe warning.
In another embodiment, the equipment information includes location information of the equipment to be serviced. The lock management method for equipment maintenance further comprises the following steps: and determining and recording the hanging position of the intelligent electronic lock according to the position information of the equipment to be overhauled hung on the intelligent electronic lock. In another embodiment, a lock management method for equipment servicing, further comprises: receiving a lock safety alarm reported by the intelligent electronic lock according to the monitored exercise amount data; the intelligent electronic lock continuously collects exercise amount data and monitors the exercise amount data, and after the exercise amount data of the specified threshold value is monitored, the intelligent electronic lock sends lock safety alarm to the server.
Specifically, intelligence electronic lock is provided with amount of exercise data acquisition device, and amount of exercise data acquisition device is connected with main control module. The motion amount data acquisition device continuously acquires motion amount data, the main control module monitors the acquired motion amount data, and after the motion amount number of the specified threshold value is monitored, a lock safety alarm is sent to the server. The motion amount data acquisition device can be an acceleration sensor, preferably a three-axis gyroscope sensor, and acquires acceleration information of the intelligent electronic lock. The main control module compares the acquired acceleration information with a specified threshold value, and sends a lock safety alarm to the server after monitoring the quantity of exercise of the specified threshold value.
Specifically, when the intelligent electronic lock reports a lock safety alarm to the server, the intelligent electronic lock carries a lock number. The server can further judge the alarm type of the intelligent electronic lock according to the number of the lock and the recorded lock state.
The server determines an alarm according to the unlocking state of the intelligent electronic lock. For example, after receiving a lock security alarm of the intelligent electronic lock, if it is determined that the recorded lock is currently in a locked state according to the lock number, it may be determined that the lock is wrongly unlocked, and it is determined that the alarm type is a wrongly-detached alarm. For another example, after receiving a lock security alarm of the intelligent electronic lock, if it is determined that the recorded lock is currently in an unlocked state according to the lock number, it may be determined that the lock is in a man-made state, and it is determined that the alarm type is a man-made damage alarm.
In one embodiment, a lock management method for equipment servicing, further comprises: send the lock security alarm to the portable electronic device of the service person.
Specifically, when the server receives a lock safety alarm sent by the intelligent electronic lock, according to a lock number carried by the lock safety alarm, the server searches corresponding maintenance personnel information by utilizing the established corresponding relationship, such as the corresponding relationship between the lock number of the intelligent electronic lock and the equipment number of the maintenance equipment, the corresponding relationship between the equipment number of the maintenance equipment and the maintenance operation ticket number, and the corresponding relationship between the maintenance operation ticket number and the maintenance personnel job number, and sends the lock safety alarm to the portable electronic equipment of the maintenance personnel.
As shown in fig. 4, a lock management method for equipment maintenance is applied to the system shown in fig. 1, and includes the following steps:

According to the lock management method for equipment maintenance, the maintenance operation ticket is transmitted to portable electronic equipment of a maintenance worker, the maintenance worker is instructed to take the intelligent electronic lock temporarily used for equipment maintenance, the corresponding equipment to be maintained is found and the intelligent electronic lock is hung, tag information obtained by reading a tag arranged on the equipment to be maintained by the intelligent electronic lock is received, the equipment information of the equipment to be maintained hung on the intelligent electronic lock is determined by utilizing the tag information, then the equipment information hung on the intelligent electronic lock is compared with the equipment information of the maintenance operation ticket, and whether the intelligent electronic lock is hung on the equipment to be maintained appointed by the maintenance operation ticket is determined. The method enriches the functions of the intelligent electronic lock, can monitor whether the intelligent electronic lock is hung on the correct equipment to be overhauled besides the unlocking function, and further ensures the overhauling safety. Meanwhile, the intelligent electronic lock has a motion monitoring function, judges whether the intelligent electronic lock is moved or damaged, and gives an alarm when abnormal conditions occur, so that potential safety hazards are avoided.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, there is provided a lock management device for equipment servicing, comprising:
a task obtaining module 502, configured to obtain an equipment maintenance task;
the operation ticket generating module 504 is configured to generate an overhaul operation ticket of the device to be inspected according to the device overhaul task, where the overhaul operation ticket includes device information of the device to be inspected;
a sending module 506, configured to transmit the overhaul operation ticket to the portable electronic device of the overhaul personnel; the detection operation ticket is used for indicating a maintainer to get an intelligent electronic lock temporarily used for equipment maintenance, finding corresponding equipment to be maintained and hanging the intelligent electronic lock;
the tag obtaining module 508 is configured to receive tag information obtained by reading a tag arranged on the device to be overhauled by the intelligent electronic lock, where the device to be overhauled is provided with a tag, and the server stores a correspondence between the tag information and the device to be overhauled in advance;
the equipment information acquiring module 510 is configured to acquire equipment information of the equipment to be overhauled, which is hooked by the intelligent electronic lock, according to a corresponding relationship between the tag information and the equipment to be overhauled;
the comparison module 512 is configured to compare the device information of the device to be overhauled, which is hooked by the intelligent electronic lock, with the device information of the overhaul operation ticket, and determine whether the intelligent electronic lock is hooked on the device to be overhauled, which is specified by the overhaul operation ticket.
In another embodiment, the equipment information includes an equipment code, and the comparison module is used for comparing the equipment code of the equipment to be overhauled, which is hung on the intelligent electronic lock, with the equipment code of the equipment to be overhauled, which is recorded by the overhaul operation ticket, and when the equipment code of the equipment to be overhauled, which is hung on the intelligent electronic lock, is consistent with the equipment code of the equipment to be overhauled, which is recorded by the overhaul operation ticket, it is determined that the intelligent electronic lock is hung on the equipment to be overhauled, which is specified by the overhaul.
In another embodiment, the lock management device for equipment maintenance further comprises an alarm sending module, which is used for sending alarm information to the portable electronic equipment of the maintenance personnel and/or sending alarm information to the intelligent electronic lock when the equipment information of the equipment to be maintained hooked by the intelligent electronic lock is inconsistent with the equipment information of the maintenance operation ticket.
In another embodiment, the equipment information includes position information of the equipment to be overhauled, and the lock management device for equipment overhaul further includes a position determining module, which is used for determining and recording the hanging position of the intelligent electronic lock according to the position information of the equipment to be overhauled, which is hung on the intelligent electronic lock.
In another embodiment, the lock management device for equipment maintenance further comprises a lock state module, which is used for receiving and recording a lock unlocking state reported by the intelligent electronic lock.
In another embodiment, the lock management device for equipment maintenance further comprises a lock alarm module, which is used for receiving a lock safety alarm reported by the intelligent electronic lock according to the monitored exercise amount data; the intelligent electronic lock continuously collects exercise amount data and monitors the exercise amount data, and after the exercise amount data of the specified threshold value is monitored, the intelligent electronic lock sends lock safety alarm to the server.
In another embodiment, the alarm module is further configured to send a lock security alarm to a portable electronic device of a service person.
For specific definition of the lock management device for equipment maintenance, reference may be made to the above definition of the lock management method for equipment maintenance, and details are not described here. All or part of each module in the lock management device for equipment maintenance can be realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 6. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a lock management method for equipment servicing.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 6 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having a computer program stored therein, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program:
acquiring an equipment maintenance task;
generating a maintenance operation ticket of the equipment to be detected according to the equipment maintenance task, wherein the maintenance operation ticket comprises equipment information of the equipment to be detected;
transmitting the overhaul operation ticket to the portable electronic equipment of the overhaul personnel; the detection operation ticket is used for indicating a maintainer to get an intelligent electronic lock temporarily used for equipment maintenance, finding corresponding equipment to be maintained and hanging the intelligent electronic lock;
receiving label information obtained by reading a label arranged on equipment to be overhauled by an intelligent electronic lock, wherein the label is arranged on the equipment to be overhauled, and a server stores the corresponding relation between the label information and the equipment to be overhauled in advance;
acquiring equipment information of the equipment to be overhauled hung and connected with the intelligent electronic lock according to the corresponding relation between the label information and the equipment to be overhauled;
and comparing the equipment information of the equipment to be overhauled, which is hung on the intelligent electronic lock, with the equipment information of the overhaul operation ticket, and determining whether the intelligent electronic lock is hung on the equipment to be overhauled, which is appointed by the overhaul operation ticket. In another embodiment, the device information includes a device code, and the device information of the device to be overhauled and hooked by the intelligent electronic lock is compared with the device information of the overhaul operation ticket to determine whether the intelligent electronic lock is hooked on the device to be overhauled and designated by the overhaul operation ticket, including:
comparing the equipment code of the equipment to be overhauled, which is hung on the intelligent electronic lock, with the equipment code of the equipment to be overhauled, which is recorded by the overhaul operation order;
and when the equipment code of the equipment to be overhauled, which is hung on the intelligent electronic lock, is consistent with the equipment code of the equipment to be overhauled, which is recorded by the overhaul operation ticket, of the equipment to be overhauled, determining that the intelligent electronic lock is hung on the equipment to be overhauled, which is specified by the overhaul operation ticket.
In another embodiment, when the equipment information of the equipment to be overhauled hung on the intelligent electronic lock is inconsistent with the equipment information of the overhaul operation ticket, alarm information is sent to the portable electronic equipment of the overhaul personnel, and/or alarm information is sent to the intelligent electronic lock.
In another embodiment, the equipment information includes location information of the equipment to be overhauled; the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: and determining and recording the hanging position of the intelligent electronic lock according to the position information of the equipment to be overhauled hung on the intelligent electronic lock.

transmitting the overhaul operation ticket to the portable electronic equipment of the overhaul personnel; the detection operation ticket is used for indicating a maintainer to get an intelligent electronic lock temporarily used for equipment maintenance, finding corresponding equipment to be maintained and hanging the intelligent electronic lock;
receiving label information obtained by reading a label arranged on equipment to be overhauled by an intelligent electronic lock, wherein the label is arranged on the equipment to be overhauled, and a server stores the corresponding relation between the label information and the equipment to be overhauled in advance;

Claims (17)

1. A lock management method for equipment maintenance is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring an equipment maintenance task;
generating a maintenance operation ticket of the equipment to be detected according to the equipment maintenance task, wherein the maintenance operation ticket comprises equipment information of the equipment to be detected;
transmitting the overhaul operation ticket to a portable electronic device of an overhaul worker; the detection operation ticket is used for indicating a maintainer to take an intelligent electronic lock temporarily used for equipment maintenance, find corresponding equipment to be maintained and hook the intelligent electronic lock;
receiving label information obtained by reading a label arranged on the equipment to be overhauled by the intelligent electronic lock, wherein the label is arranged on the equipment to be overhauled, and the server stores the corresponding relation between the label information and the equipment to be overhauled in advance;
acquiring equipment information of the equipment to be overhauled hung on the intelligent electronic lock according to the corresponding relation between the label information and the equipment to be overhauled;
and comparing the equipment information of the equipment to be overhauled, which is hung on the intelligent electronic lock, with the equipment information of the overhaul operation ticket, and determining whether the intelligent electronic lock is hung on the equipment to be overhauled appointed by the overhaul operation ticket.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the equipment information includes an equipment code, and the comparing the equipment information of the equipment to be overhauled and hung on the intelligent electronic lock with the equipment information of the overhaul operation ticket to determine whether the intelligent electronic lock is hung on the equipment to be overhauled and specified by the overhaul operation ticket comprises:
comparing the equipment code of the equipment to be overhauled, which is hung on the intelligent electronic lock, with the equipment code of the equipment to be overhauled, which is recorded by the overhaul operation order;
and when the equipment code of the equipment to be overhauled, which is hung on the intelligent electronic lock, is consistent with the equipment code of the equipment to be overhauled, which is recorded by the overhaul operation ticket, of the equipment to be overhauled, determining that the intelligent electronic lock is hung on the equipment to be overhauled, which is specified by the overhaul operation ticket.
3. The method according to claim 2, characterized in that when the equipment information of the equipment to be overhauled hung on the intelligent electronic lock is inconsistent with the equipment information of the overhaul operation ticket, alarm information is sent to the portable electronic equipment of the overhaul personnel and/or alarm information is sent to the intelligent electronic lock.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the equipment information includes location information of equipment to be overhauled; the method further comprises the following steps: and determining and recording the hanging position of the intelligent electronic lock according to the position information of the equipment to be overhauled hung on the intelligent electronic lock.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and receiving and recording the unlocking state of the lock reported by the intelligent electronic lock.

The method according to claim 1 or 5, characterized by receiving a lock security alarm reported by the intelligent electronic lock according to the monitored amount of motion data; the intelligent electronic lock continuously collects exercise amount data and monitors the exercise amount data, and after the exercise amount data of the specified threshold value is monitored, the intelligent electronic lock sends lock safety alarm to the server.
7. The method of claim 6, further comprising: and sending the lock safety alarm to portable electronic equipment of a maintainer.
8. An intelligent electronic lockset for equipment maintenance, comprising:
a lock body;
the main control module is arranged in the local lock;
the remote communication module is arranged in the local lock and connected with the main control module;
the near field communication module is arranged in the local part of the lockset and is connected with the main control module;
the main control module is in data connection with a server of the lock management system through the remote communication module;
the main control module reads a label arranged on the equipment to be overhauled through the near field communication module to obtain label information, the remote communication module is started to transmit the label information to the server, and the server determines whether the intelligent electronic lock is hung on the equipment to be overhauled appointed by the overhaul operation ticket according to the label information.
9. The intelligent electronic lockset of claim 8 wherein said near field communication module is a radio frequency card reader.
10. The intelligent electronic lockset of claim 9 wherein said rf reader utilizes a 125kHz or 13.56MHz NFC chip module.
11. The intelligent electronic lockset of claim 8 further comprising a motion monitoring module disposed within the lockset body and coupled to the master control module for continuously collecting and monitoring the amount of motion, wherein the master control module sends a lockset security alarm to the server after monitoring the amount of motion at a specified threshold.
12. The intelligent electronic lockset of claim 11 wherein said motion detection module is an acceleration sensor.
13. The intelligent electronic lockset of claim 8 wherein said remote communication module is one or more of a 3G, 4G, 5G, NB-IOT and a LoRa communication module.
14. The intelligent electronic lock according to claim 8, wherein the lock body comprises an unlocking structure connected to the main control module, the intelligent electronic lock further comprises an unlocking detection module connected to the main control module, the main control module controls the unlocking structure to unlock the lock, the unlocking detection module detects lock status information, and the remote communication module transmits the lock status information to the server.
15. A lock management device for equipment servicing, comprising:
the task acquisition module is used for acquiring equipment maintenance tasks;
the operation ticket generating module is used for generating an overhaul operation ticket of the equipment to be inspected according to the equipment overhaul task, wherein the overhaul operation ticket comprises equipment information of the equipment to be inspected;
the sending module is used for transmitting the overhaul operation ticket to portable electronic equipment of an overhaul worker; the detection operation ticket is used for indicating a maintainer to take an intelligent electronic lock temporarily used for equipment maintenance, find corresponding equipment to be maintained and hook the intelligent electronic lock;
the system comprises a label acquisition module, a server and a service module, wherein the label acquisition module is used for receiving label information obtained by reading a label arranged on equipment to be overhauled by the intelligent electronic lock, the label information is arranged on the equipment to be overhauled, and the server stores the corresponding relation between the label information and the equipment to be overhauled in advance;
the equipment information acquisition module is used for acquiring the equipment information of the equipment to be overhauled, which is hung on the intelligent electronic lock, according to the corresponding relation between the label information and the equipment to be overhauled;
and the comparison module is used for comparing the equipment information of the equipment to be overhauled hung on the intelligent electronic lock with the equipment information of the overhaul operation ticket and determining whether the intelligent electronic lock is hung on the equipment to be overhauled appointed by the overhaul operation ticket.
16. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, wherein the processor implements the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7 when executing the computer program.
17. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
