s1: when the power equipment in the power system is operated, an operation ticket needs to be formulated, and the operation ticket is manually generated through the system main station 1 or automatically generated through equipment operation simulation in the process of inputting the equipment operation;
s2: the generated content information of the operation ticket comprises operator identity information, guardian identity information, the name of equipment for operation, the position of the equipment, operation starting time, operation predicted ending time, and the position, the equipment part and the operation behavior of a possible accident in the operation process;
s3: the generated operation ticket is firstly transmitted to the monitoring handheld terminal 3 through the anti-error host 2, the content of the operation ticket is checked by a guardian, if the operation ticket passes the checking, the generated operation ticket is transmitted to the computer key 4 through the anti-error host 2, otherwise, the guardian indicates the content of the error operation ticket and returns the operation ticket to the system main station 1, and the operation ticket is manually regenerated;
s4: after an operator holds the computer key 4 to reach an equipment site, the operator performs identity verification, the computer key 4 transmits identity verification information and positioning information of the operator to the monitoring handheld terminal 3, the monitor performs verification, if the verification is passed, the operator is authorized to operate, the operator can open a locking lock 5 on the power equipment through the computer key 4, and if the monitoring is not performed with verification or is not performed with verification, the operator is prohibited from unlocking;
S5: after the operator performs authentication and obtains unlocking authorization, the operator can unlock the first power equipment according to the operation steps specified by the operation order, when unlocking the subsequent power equipment, palm print identification needs to be performed through the palm print identification device 9, if the palm print identification passes, the power equipment can be unlocked, if the palm print identification fails, the operator is prompted to have too much palm sweat, the operator needs to perform sweat erasing, after the sweat erasing, the palm print identification is performed again, if the palm print identification passes, the power equipment can be unlocked, if the palm print identification still fails, the operator is prompted to perform authentication again through the second identification module 7, if the authentication passes, the power equipment can be unlocked, and if the authentication fails, the power equipment is uploaded to the monitoring handheld terminal 3.
In the second embodiment, compared with the first embodiment, the electronic switch 11 of the present embodiment includes a battery, a capacitor, a spring, a first triode, a second triode, a fixed contact and a movable contact, wherein an anode of the battery is connected to a collector of the first triode, a base of the first triode is connected to the processing module 6, an emitter of the first triode is connected to a first end of the capacitor and a collector of the second triode, respectively, a base of the second triode is connected to the processing module 6, a second end of the capacitor is connected to a cathode of the battery, the fixed contact is connected to the processing module 6, the movable contact is connected to the unlocking module 12, one end of the spring is fixedly connected to the base, the other end of the spring is connected to the movable contact, the movable contact is located above the fixed contact, two ends of the spring are electrically connected to a second end of the capacitor and an emitter of the second triode, respectively, the rest structure is the same as the first embodiment.
Under normal conditions, the first triode is in a conducting state, the second triode is in a stopping state, the battery is used for charging the capacitor, when the computer key 4 is authorized and the identity of an operator is identified to pass, the processing module 6 controls the first triode to stop and the second triode to conduct, the spring is electrified and contracted through capacitor discharge, the moving contact is pulled to be in contact with the moving contact, the unlocking module 12 works, the capacitor discharge has time limit, after the capacitor is completely charged, the spring is not electrified, the moving contact is separated from the fixed contact, the unlocking module 12 does not work, the capacitor is charged again and the second triode is stopped, the operator is required to be unlocked at the set time, the operator is prevented from handing the computer key 4 to other people for use after the identity identification, and the standardization of the operation process is guaranteed.

The system main station is used for generating, inquiring and counting operation tickets and analyzing operation danger points;
the anti-error host is used as a link for data processing and communication, transmits the operation ticket and the execution result of the operation ticket, and is connected with the system master station;
the monitoring terminal is used for receiving the operation ticket, authorizing the execution of the operation ticket, singing and reading the execution process of the operation ticket and is connected with the anti-error host;
the computer key is used for receiving an operation ticket, unlocking the locking lockset and is connected with the monitoring terminal and the anti-misoperation host;
the locking lockset is used for locking the power equipment or the control loop and is arranged on the power equipment or in the control loop;
the method comprises the following steps:
s1: when the power equipment in the power system is operated, an operation ticket needs to be formulated, the operation ticket is manually generated through a system master station or is automatically generated through equipment operation simulation in the process of inputting the equipment operation;
s2: the generated content information of the operation ticket comprises operator identity information, guardian identity information, the name of equipment for operation, the position of the equipment, operation starting time, operation predicted ending time, and the position, the equipment part and the operation behavior of a possible accident in the operation process;
S3: the generated operation ticket is transmitted to the monitoring terminal through the anti-error host, the content of the operation ticket is checked by a guardian, if the check is passed, the generated operation ticket is transmitted to the computer key through the anti-error host, otherwise, the guardian indicates the content of the operation ticket and returns the operation ticket to the system main station, and the operation ticket is manually regenerated;
s4: after an operator holds a computer key to arrive at an equipment site, the operator performs identity verification, the computer key transmits identity verification information and positioning information of the operator to a monitoring terminal, a guardian performs verification, if the verification is passed, the operator is authorized to operate, the operator can open a locking lockset on the electric power equipment through the computer key, and if the guardian does not perform verification or fails verification, the operator is prohibited from unlocking;
s5: after the identity of an operator is verified and the unlocking authorization is obtained, the operator can unlock the power equipment according to the operation steps specified by the operation order, when the subsequent power equipment is unlocked, palm print recognition needs to be carried out through a palm print recognition device, if the palm print recognition passes, the power equipment can be unlocked, if the palm print recognition does not pass, the operator is prompted to have too much palm sweat, the operator needs to carry out sweat erasing, after the sweat erasing, the palm print recognition is carried out again, if the palm print recognition passes, the power equipment can be unlocked, if the palm print recognition still does not pass, the operator is prompted to carry out the identity verification again through a second recognition module, if the verification passes, the power equipment can be unlocked, and if the verification does not pass, the power equipment is uploaded to a monitoring terminal.

the system main station comprises a display module, an operation ticket manual generation module, an operation ticket automatic generation module, a storage module, a communication module and an operation danger point analysis module, wherein the display module is used for selecting the operation ticket generation module and manually generating an operation ticket, the operation ticket manual generation module is respectively connected with the display module, the storage module and the communication module, the operation ticket manual generation module is used for manually generating an operation ticket for a user, the operation ticket automatic generation module is respectively connected with the display module, the storage module and the communication module, the operation ticket automatic generation module is used for automatically generating the operation ticket according to equipment operation simulation and historical equipment operation ticket information, the operation danger point analysis module is respectively connected with the operation ticket manual generation module, the operation ticket automatic generation module, the display module, the storage module and the communication module, the operation dangerous point analysis module is used for analyzing and marking static dangerous points and dynamic dangerous points of the equipment, the storage module is used for storing historical operation ticket information and operation ticket execution process information, and the communication module is used for sending the operation tickets and the operation dangerous point information and receiving the operation ticket execution process information.
