Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of an electrostatic discharge system. Mainly comprises a system host 100, an adapter 200, a key device 30 (computer key), an electrostatic discharge device 32, and an access lock device 34, as shown in fig. 4. After the number of workers and the identity information of the workers are confirmed, the number of workers and the identity information of the workers are transmitted to the adapter 200 through the system host 100, and the adapter 200 transmits an operation command to the key device 30 (computer key). The key device 30 is inserted into the electrostatic discharge device 32, and the code value of the code chip inside the electrostatic discharge device 32 is read. Meanwhile, the operator firstly identifies the identity and then touches the electrostatic discharge device to perform the discharge operation. After all the operators complete the electrostatic discharge, the key device 30 can be used to unlock the access lock device 34 (access anti-misoperation padlock) of the workplace, the chip information of the access lock device 34 needs to be matched with the chip information of the electrostatic discharge device, otherwise, the unlocking cannot be performed, and the operators cannot enter the workshop or the mine to perform the operation. By constructing the anti-misoperation system, all operators are forced to carry out static electricity releasing operation, and are forced to enter a designated operation place for operation, otherwise, the operators cannot enter the operation place.
As shown in fig. 5, it is a schematic flow chart of the electrostatic discharge method based on the anti-error logic, and specifically includes the following steps:
step S500, the system host transmits the personnel number, the identity and the operation area information to the adapter.
Step S502, the adapter generates an operation instruction and transmits the operation instruction to the computer key.
In step S504, the computer key reads the code value of the electrostatic discharge device as a 1.
Through the steps, the computer key obtains an operation instruction: firstly, the number of operators, the identities of the operators and the areas to be operated are confirmed, information is transmitted to the adapter through the host, and finally, the computer key obtains operation instructions or operation programs on the adapter.
In step S506, the worker sequentially performs authentication.
And step S508, the identity of the owner is correctly identified. If yes, the process proceeds to step S510, otherwise, the process proceeds to step S512.
In step S510, a discharging operation is performed.
In step S512, the discharging operation is disabled.
And step S514, finishing discharging. If yes, the process proceeds to step S516, otherwise, the process proceeds to step S516.
Through the steps, the computer key operates the electrostatic discharge device. And the entrance guard of each workshop or mine on the spot is locked and managed by an anti-misoperation padlock with code pieces. Meanwhile, an electrostatic discharge device is respectively arranged beside the gate of each operation workshop or mine. And taking the computer key for acquiring the operation instruction to an operation site, inserting the computer key into the electrostatic discharge device, and reading the code value of the electrostatic discharge device, wherein the code value is preset as A1.
Meanwhile, the operator sequentially comes to perform identity verification on the touch electrostatic discharge device, and if the identity information recorded by the operator is matched with the identity information in the computer key acquisition instruction, the operator can touch the electrostatic discharge device with a hand to perform discharge operation. If the identity information input by the operator is not matched with the identity information acquired in the computer key acquisition, the discharging operation cannot be carried out. If the discharging operation cannot be carried out, the next operation of unlocking the gate of the operation area and preventing the error padlock cannot be carried out. Thereby realizing the forced discharge operation of the operator.
In step S516, the computer key obtains the unlocking authority.
In step S518, the unlocking operation cannot be performed.
In step S520, the computer key reads the code value of the error-proof padlock code sheet of the entrance guard of the operation area.
In step S522, the padlock code value matches the electrostatic discharge device code value a 1. If yes, go to step S524, if no, go to step S526
And step S524, unlocking the door control anti-misoperation padlock.
In step S526, unlocking cannot be performed.
Through the steps, the computer key unlocks the anti-misoperation padlock of the entrance guard of the operation area. When the identity information of all the operators is matched with the identity information acquired by the computer key and the infrared receiving heads of the computer key detect that the discharging of all the operators is completed, the computer key can unlock the anti-misoperation padlock of the gate of the operation area under the operation instruction, otherwise, the next unlocking operation cannot be performed. At the moment, the computer key reads the code value of the error-proof padlock code sheet firstly, and after the read code value of the error-proof padlock code sheet is matched and corresponds to the code value A1 of the electrostatic discharge device, the computer key can unlock the error-proof padlock at the moment. If the code values are not matched, the anti-misoperation padlock cannot be unlocked, and an operator cannot enter the operation area to operate. Thereby realizing that the operator is forced to enter the appointed operation area for working.
