Technical Field

Background
The traditional quality detection process comprises the following steps that a quality detection tester firstly connects equipment to be detected to a professional detection table, then transmits detection data of various dimensions to a console through a signal transmission line, detection software on the console displays relevant information, the quality detection tester records the relevant information, provides detection results corresponding to all detection items on a quality detection report, signs or stamps, completes the detection process, then the quality detection tester sends the quality detection report to a subsequent quality detection auditor with quality detection audit qualification, the auditor judges the compliance of all detection items one by one according to a corresponding quality detection standard file, and if the quality detection product meets the quality qualification requirement, the auditor can issue a qualification certificate of the detection product meeting the quality requirement.
The traditional quality detection process is shown in the attached figure 1, and in the traditional process, quality detection testers and quality detection auditors are in the same business unit, so that the market demand of separating quality detection and detection audit in different places cannot be met.
The following two related departments respectively illustrate the defects of the traditional quality detection from a water pump manufacturer and a quality inspection center:
aiming at water pump manufacturers and the traditional quality inspection process, the following pain points and defects exist:
1. in the traditional detection, heavy detection equipment needs to be sent to a quality inspection center, so that a large amount of transportation and site cost is consumed;
2. at the detection peak period of a detection center, the appointment detection is often required to be carried out for several weeks or even months in advance, and under the background that the existing market products are competitive, manufacturers rely on the innovative time strived for by efforts, and in the queuing detection process, the products are consumed, and after the market detection qualification certificate is taken, the products may lose the best business opportunity and are at the elimination edge;
(II) to water pump detection center, traditional testing process has the following problem that needs urgent reform:
1. the detection center of the water pump is often provided with very limited number and types of detection equipment, the detection service capability is limited, some special type equipment sent for inspection by manufacturers is often ultrahigh and overweight, so that the detection equipment with special specifications is required to be purchased by the water pump detection center to complete the detection task, and the detection equipment is already provided with the equipment for some high-quality water pump production plants and has certain-level detection qualification. The water pump manufacturers can not carry out detection in the own site, and the repeated investment of detection equipment causes the idle and waste of national resources;
2. the traditional detection center basically has no electronic data record in the middle detection process, and aiming at the quality problem in product detection, the quality problem can not be displayed through replaying detection data and the detection process, so that accurate and comprehensive quality improvement suggestions and judgment bases can be made. From the experience of the detection service of the user, the method has great defects and also causes the waste of detection resources.

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a remote quality detection technology based on an electronic evidence chain of the Internet of things, and aims to solve the problems in the background technology.

1. the invention can realize remote detection and provide convenience for enterprise rapid detection: the detection laboratory of the enterprise has the capability of sending quality inspection reports by the center after local detection, and meets the emergency detection service requirement at any time by utilizing the existing industrial Internet of things environment; reduce equipment transportation link, remove the cost of the long-range censorship of enterprise from: sensor nodes are directly distributed in a manufacturer, and signals are directly transmitted back to a detection center; reduce equipment detection environment and build and debug: the existing working environment of a manufacturer is fully utilized, online remote detection is directly carried out, and the complex processes of building and debugging the detection environment are skipped.
2. Sharing detection equipment, inventing idle assets, reducing social repeated investment: according to statistics, the water pump manufacturers with detection capability have very low general utilization rate of detection equipment, and are in an idle state for most of time, and by the method, a quality inspection center can fully utilize laboratories of special and high-end pumps of manufacturers in different places, detection services can be expanded in different places, and more and wider customer groups are covered; sharing detection resources, detecting nearby: the small and medium-sized enterprises without detection equipment can locally search a factory laboratory with detection capability, detect nearby and quickly obtain the qualification certificate.
3. The invention separates the traditional quality detection and quality verification processes, so that equipment manufacturers with detection qualification can conveniently and locally detect the quality, collect the electronic evidence in the detection process in real time by using an electronic evidence chain mode based on the Internet of things, and enable quality auditors of water pump quality inspection centers in different places to directly open product qualification certificates after the verification and detection processes are correct.
