本发明属于MBS生产设备技术领域,具体涉及一种MBS生产用干燥装置,所述的MBS生产用干燥装置,包括气流干燥管、真空盘式干燥器和水环式真空泵,所述气流干燥管与旋风分离器入口连接,所述旋风分离器底部出口经关风器与真空盘式干燥器进料口连接,所述真空盘式干燥器与水环式真空泵连接,所述真空盘式干燥器内设有中心转轴,所述中心转轴上设有多层干燥盘,所述干燥盘设有进水口和出水口。本发明通过在气流干燥后低水蒸气运行工段提供负压干燥环境,既降低了蒸发MBS物料残余水份的温度,又能够使MBS物料处在低氧含量下,可避免爆燃发生的安全隐患。

MBS生产用干燥装置
技术领域
本发明属于MBS生产设备技术领域,具体涉及一种MBS生产用干燥装置。
背景技术
MBS是由甲基丙烯酸甲酯(M)、丁二烯(B)及苯乙烯(S)采用乳液接枝聚合法制备的三元共聚物。它具有与PVC良好的相容性,较高的抗冲击强度,卓越的制品表面质量和良好的热稳定性。同时,由于其折白性极微,且易于成型,故主要用作PVC硬制品透明型抗冲改性剂,可以改善PVC制品的抗冲击性能和加工性能,且能够保持PVC树脂原有的光学性能。
MBS的生产干燥工艺,一种是直接喷雾干燥,一种是气流管加沸腾床干燥或双气流干燥。第一种直接喷雾干燥工艺得到的MBS产品透明度及颗粒形态差,而且单位能耗高,第二种干燥工艺管线设备复杂,设备体积大,而且多死角,不易清理。这两种干燥方式均在富氧高温条件下运行,因为MBS粉状料产品存在易氧化易爆燃的问题,生产过程存在较大的安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术的不足,提供一种MBS生产用干燥装置,通过在气流干燥后低水蒸气运行工段提供负压干燥环境,既降低了蒸发MBS物料残余水份的温度,又能够使MBS物料处在低氧含量下,可避免爆燃发生的安全隐患。
本发明是采用以下技术方案实现的:
所述的MBS生产用干燥装置,包括气流干燥管、真空盘式干燥器和水环式真空泵,所述气流干燥管与旋风分离器入口连接,所述旋风分离器底部出口经关风器与真空盘式干燥器进料口连接,所述真空盘式干燥器与水环式真空泵连接,所述真空盘式干燥器内设有中心转轴,所述中心转轴上设有多层干燥盘,所述干燥盘设有进水口和出水口。
优选地,所述的真空盘式干燥器底部出料口设有关风器,保证真空盘式干燥器的密封性。
优选地,所述的干燥盘上设有耙式推动片。
优选地,所述的真空盘式干燥器最底层干燥盘的进水口经循环水泵与循环水池连接,出水口通过管道与循环水池连接。最底层干燥盘内通循环水可给物料降温,以防止高温MBS物料暴露在大气环境下结露,影响MBS产品水分含量
优选地,所述的真空盘式干燥器最底层干燥盘上层的干燥盘进水口均与热水箱出水口连接,出水口均与热水箱入水口连接。
优选地,所述的真空盘式干燥器与水环式真空泵之间串联设有布袋,防止物料随真空泵抽气损失。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明真空盘式干燥器内MBS物料在低压条件下,降低了水份蒸发温度,加快了蒸发速率,降低了能耗,提高了干燥的效率和质量。
2、本发明简化了干燥工艺,在气流干燥后低水蒸气运行工段提供负压干燥环境,既降低了蒸发MBS物料残余水份的温度,又能够使MBS物料处在低氧含量下,可避免爆燃发生的安全隐患。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的说明。
如图1-3所示,所述的MBS生产用干燥装置,包括蒸汽加热器1、螺旋加料器2、气流干燥管3、真空盘式干燥器8、水环式真空泵7、废气处理装置9、积料箱11和布袋除尘器12,所述气流干燥管3与旋风分离器5入口连接,所述旋风分离器5底部出口经关风器4与真空盘式干燥器8进料口连接,旋风分离器5上部气体出口与所述废气处理装置9连接,所述真空盘式干燥器8与水环式真空泵7连接,所述真空盘式干燥器8内设有中心转轴17,所述中心转轴17上设有多层干燥盘13,所述干燥盘13设有进水口15和出水口14。
所述的蒸汽加热器1与气流干燥管3和热水箱6连接,为其提供热源。所述的螺旋加料器2与气流干燥管3入口连接。
所述的真空盘式干燥器8底部出料口设有关风器4,出料口经过关风器4与积料箱11连接,积料箱11与布袋除尘器12连接。
所述的干燥盘13上设有耙式推动片16。
所述的真空盘式干燥器最底层干燥盘13的进水口15经循环水泵与循环水池10连接,出水口14通过管道与循环水池10连接。
所述的真空盘式干燥器最底层干燥盘13上层的干燥盘13进水口15均与热水箱6出水口连接,出水口14均与热水箱6入水口连接。
所述的真空盘式干燥器8与水环式真空泵7之间串联设有布袋。
工作原理及过程:
MBS湿料经螺旋加料器2进入气流干燥管3内,经气流干燥管3干燥后,使用旋风分离器5收集高含水量的MBS物料(含水率8~9%),物料经关风器4进入真空盘式干燥器8内,气体进入废气处理装置9处理达标后排空,真空盘式干燥器8腔室使用水环式真空泵7抽排气相,使真空盘式干燥器8腔室内真空度保持<-20KPa,氧含量<10%,真空盘式干燥器8内沿物料流动方向设置数层通90℃循环热水的干燥盘13,干燥盘13上布置耙式推动片16,使物料沿干燥盘13表面移动。真空盘式干燥器8最底层干燥盘13内通循环冷却水给物料降温,以防止高温MBS物料暴露在大气环境下结露,影响MBS产品水分含量,干燥后的物料由真空盘式干燥器8底部出料口关风器4进入积料箱11,积料箱11内物料进入布袋除尘器12除尘收集后得到干料。

1.一种MBS生产用干燥装置,包括气流干燥管(3)、真空盘式干燥器(8)和水环式真空泵(7),其特征在于:所述气流干燥管(3)与旋风分离器(5)入口连接,所述旋风分离器(5)底部出口经关风器(4)与真空盘式干燥器(8)进料口连接,所述真空盘式干燥器(8)与水环式真空泵(7)连接,所述真空盘式干燥器(8)内设有中心转轴(17),所述中心转轴(17)上设有多层干燥盘(13),所述干燥盘(13)设有进水口(15)和出水口(14)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的MBS生产用干燥装置,其特征在于:所述的真空盘式干燥器(8)底部出料口设有关风器(4)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的MBS生产用干燥装置,其特征在于:所述的干燥盘(13)上设有耙式推动片(16)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的MBS生产用干燥装置,其特征在于:所述的真空盘式干燥器最底层干燥盘(13)的进水口(15)经循环水泵与循环水池(10)连接,出水口(14)通过管道与循环水池(10)连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的MBS生产用干燥装置,其特征在于:所述的真空盘式干燥器最底层干燥盘(13)上层的干燥盘(13)进水口(15)均与热水箱(6)出水口连接,出水口(14)均与热水箱(6)入水口连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的MBS生产用干燥装置,其特征在于:所述的真空盘式干燥器(8)与水环式真空泵(7)之间串联设有布袋。
