Abstract
本发明公开了一种砼塑复合管,属于缠绕管领域。它包括由预制板体成螺旋状缠绕构成的管体,所述预制板体沿延伸方向开有贯穿两端的一个或两个或多个通孔,所述通孔平行设置,一个或两个或多个所述通孔内填充有混凝土填料。本技术方案管体由预制板体缠绕成型之后,通过将调配好的混凝土填料注入通孔内;混凝土填料在通孔内凝结形成一个或多个螺旋形支撑骨架,能够有效提高管体整体抗压强度;混凝土填料作为填充原料,不但造价低且便于操作,同时其支撑刚度强;混凝土填料处于通孔内,在其整体结构完好或碎裂成段之后,在封闭空间的通孔内都能够起到支撑效果。

技术领域
本发明属于缠绕管领域,具体来说,是一种砼塑复合管。
背景技术
螺旋缠绕管在工程、排水等领域广泛使用,为防止在铺设过程中或使用过程中出现破损,其结构强度方面要求较高;目前为了增加其结构强度,通常采用通过增加缠绕层数或者通过植入钢带等方式进行操作,增加层数必然导致管道的外径增加,其适用范围会相对减小,而植入钢带,由于材质差异,其结合不紧密,其加工工艺也极为复杂,造价高昂。
发明内容
本发明目的是旨在提供了一种克服现有技术中不足的一种砼塑复合管。为实现上述技术目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种砼塑复合管,包括由预制板体成螺旋状缠绕构成的管体,所述预制板体沿延伸方向开有贯穿两端的一个或两个或多个通孔,所述通孔平行设置,一个或两个或多个所述通孔内填充有混凝土填料。
进一步限定,其制造方法为,预先将预制板材缠绕成型后,再将混凝土填料填充入通孔内。
进一步限定,所述预制板体材质为PVC、PVC-U、PVC-O、PP、PP-R、FRPP、PE、HDPE、MPVE或MPVP之中的任意一种,不限于上述材料,可为聚乙烯和聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯的任意衍生物。
进一步限定,所述混凝土填料为无机胶凝材料混凝土或有机胶结料混凝土。
进一步限定,所述混凝土填料为重混凝土、普通混凝土或轻质混凝土中的任意一种。
进一步限定,所述重混凝土采用的集料为重晶石或钢屑。
进一步限定,所述普通混凝土采用的集料为砂砾或碎石。
进一步限定,所述轻质混凝土为轻集料混凝土、多空混凝土或加气混凝土;
所述轻集料混凝土采用的集料为浮石、火山渣、陶粒、膨胀珍珠岩或膨胀矿渣中的一种或多种;
所述多空混凝土为水泥浆或水泥砂浆与稳定泡沫制成;
所述加气混凝土为水泥和水与发泡剂制成。
进一步限定,所述无机胶凝材料混凝土采用的胶凝材料为水泥、石膏、硅酸盐或水玻璃中的一种。
进一步限定,所述有机胶结料混凝土为沥青或聚合物。
本发明相比现有技术,管体由预制板体缠绕成型之后,通过将调配好的混凝土填料注入通孔内;
混凝土填料在通孔内凝结形成一个或多个螺旋形支撑骨架,能够有效提高管体整体抗压强度;
混凝土填料作为填充原料,不但造价低且便于操作,同时其支撑刚度强;
混凝土填料处于通孔内,在其整体结构完好或碎裂成段之后,在封闭空间的通孔内都能够起到支撑效果;
还可以根据需要在混凝土的集料中加入金属丝和/或纤维等材料,使混凝土的连接性更好。

如图1所示,一种砼塑复合管,包括由预制板体成螺旋状缠绕构成的管体,所述预制板体沿延伸方向开有贯穿两端的一个或两个或多个通孔,所述通孔平行设置,一个或两个或多个所述通孔内填充有混凝土填料。
本实施例中,其制造方法为,预先将预制板材缠绕成型后,再将混凝土填料填充入通孔内。
本实施例中,所述预制板体材质为PVC、PVC-U、PVC-O、PP、PP-R、FRPP、PE、HDPE、MPVE或MPVP之中的任意一种。
本实施例中,所述混凝土填料为无机胶凝材料混凝土或有机胶结料混凝土。
本实施例中,所述混凝土填料为重混凝土、普通混凝土或轻质混凝土中的任意一种。
本实施例中,所述重混凝土采用的集料为重晶石或钢屑。

1.一种砼塑复合管,包括由预制板体成螺旋状缠绕构成的管体,其特征在于:所述预制板体沿延伸方向开有贯穿两端的一个或两个或多个通孔,所述通孔平行设置,一个或两个或多个所述通孔内填充有混凝土填料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的砼塑复合管,其特征在于:其制造方法为,预先将预制板材缠绕成型后,再将混凝土填料填充入通孔内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的砼塑复合管,其特征在于:所述预制板体材质为PVC、PVC-U、PVC-O、PP、PP-R、FRPP、PE、HDPE、MPVE或MPVP之中的任意一种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的砼塑复合管,其特征在于:所述混凝土填料为无机胶凝材料混凝土或有机胶结料混凝土。
5.根据权利要求4所述的砼塑复合管,其特征在于:所述混凝土填料为重混凝土、普通混凝土或轻质混凝土中的任意一种。
6.根据权利要求5所述的砼塑复合管,其特征在于:所述重混凝土采用的集料为重晶石或钢屑。
7.根据权利要求5所述的砼塑复合管,其特征在于:所述普通混凝土采用的集料为砂砾或碎石。
8.根据权利要求5所述的砼塑复合管,其特征在于:所述轻质混凝土为轻集料混凝土、多空混凝土或加气混凝土;
所述轻集料混凝土采用的集料为浮石、火山渣、陶粒、膨胀珍珠岩或膨胀矿渣中的一种或多种;
所述多空混凝土为水泥浆或水泥砂浆与稳定泡沫制成;
所述加气混凝土为水泥和水与发泡剂制成。
9.根据权利要求4所述的砼塑复合管,其特征在于:所述无机胶凝材料混凝土采用的胶凝材料为水泥、石膏、硅酸盐或水玻璃中的一种。
