一种新型防火地板及制备方法
技术领域
本发明为建筑材料领域,具体涉及一种新型防火地板及制备方法。
背景技术
目前,市面上的地板多分为实木地板和复合地板两大类,这两类地板产品都需要用到大量木材,但是木材的生长周期长,全球木材正处于资源紧缺状态。正因为地板的主要材料为木材,所以易虫害,防火防水性能差,在潮湿环境中易受潮发生霉变,甚至变形。另外,由于木材自身生长的局限,只能选取其中木质好,无生长缺陷的部分制成小规格的地板条,这不仅造成了地板拼接时费时费力,且铺装后小块地板接缝较多、显得凌乱和局促,而且接缝处污物难处理,容易滋生细菌,保养比较麻烦。
发明内容
为解决现有的实木地板与复合地板防火防水性能差,耐候性差且不易加工成大规格地板的问题。
本发明提供一种新型防火地板。具体技术方案如下:
一种新型防火地板,其不同之处在于,所所述新型防火地板从上到下包括:面层及结构层,所述面层及所述结构层通过粘合剂进行粘合;所述面层包括耐磨层及装饰层,所述装饰层采用同步对花三聚氰胺胶皮制备,所述结构层包括基材层,所述基材层采用玻镁板基材,所述粘合剂为双组份聚氨酯胶水,所述基材层包括相对平行设置的上面与下面。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:(1)生产出的新型防火地板无甲醛,A级防火,耐候性强;(2)装饰面皮可模仿小规格实木地板拼接效果制作成整张地板纹理,且有立体凸纹效果,生产出的大板拼接后为小规格实木地板的效果;同理装饰面层纹路可制作成仿石纹,仿金属纹理等特定效果;(3)生产出的大板做出小板效果,节省裁切、开槽、安装的费用,成本大幅降低;(4)粘结剂采用双组份聚氨酯胶水,粘结强度较单组份胶水更高,进一步提高耐候性。
进一步,所述结构层包括从上到下的基材层及平衡层,所述平衡层为软木地垫或橡胶垫或UV板。
进一步,所述双组分聚氨酯胶水包括羟基组分及固化剂,所述羟基组分及所述固化剂的重量比为(3.0~5.0):1
进一步,所述耐磨层采用三氧化二铝材料制备。
进一步,所述耐磨层及所述装饰层的厚度和为0.2mm~0.4mm,所述结构层的厚度为6mm~9mm。
进一步,所述基材层的厚度为5mm~8mm,所述平衡层的厚度为0.8mm~3mm。
本发明还提供一种新型防火地板制备方法,具体技术方案如下:
上述一种新型防火地板的制备方法,其不同之处在于,所述制备方法包括:将所述面层用粘合剂粘合在所述基材层的上面,然后用冷压机加压进行压合,最后根据接缝方式进行导边开槽处理制备成所述新型防火地板;所述粘合剂为双组份聚氨酯胶水。
进一步,所述制备方法还包括:将所述平衡层用粘合剂粘合在所述基材层的下面,然后用冷压机加压进行压合。
进一步,将所述面层与所述基材层及所述平衡层与所述基材层粘合之前,还包括基材层的预处理,所述基材层预处理包括:将所述基材层进行表面处理,确保所述基材层表面砂光及平整无孔洞,然后用自动淋胶机以喷或淋的方式使所述粘合剂均匀分布在所述基材层上。
进一步,所述粘合剂为双组份聚氨酯胶水,所述压合的压力为50-400吨,压合时间为2.5小时~4.5小时。与同等规格其他材质地板以及整体厚度为12mm~15mm的实木复合地板相比,本发明新型防火强度更高,变形率更低,节约层高空间。
与现有技术相比,本发明制备方法的有益效果在于,采用双组份聚氨酯胶水,可大幅提高产品的粘合强度以及耐候性;采用自动喷或淋的方式可以精确计量,同时提高生产效率;采用冷压机加压的方式进行制备,可降低产品成本同时减少能源消耗。

术语所述“玻镁板”是以氧化镁,氯化镁,和水三元体系,经配置和加改性剂而制成的,性能稳定的镁质胶凝材料,以中碱性玻纤网为增强材料,以轻质材料为填充物复合而成的新型不燃性装饰材料。采用特殊生产工艺加工而成,具有防火、防水、无味、无毒、不冻、不腐、不裂、不变、不燃、高强质轻、施工方便、使用寿命长等特点。
术语所述“平衡层”可与表层相互形成受力均衡层。
术语所述“双组分聚氨酯胶水”一般由两个组分组成,混合后,发生交联反应,产生固化产物,粘合强度大,满足结构粘合剂的要求。
术语所述“同步对花三聚氰胺胶皮”是三聚氰胺浸渍胶膜纸配合钢板木纹生产出的同步对花板材。
实施例一

上述新型防火地板的制备方法,包括:
1、基材层的预处理,将所述基材层进行表面处理,确保所述基材层表面砂光及平整无孔洞,然后用自动淋胶机以喷或淋的方式使所述粘合剂均匀分布在所述基材层上,所述粘合剂为双组份聚氨酯胶水。
2、所述面层用粘合剂粘合在所述基材层的上面,然后用冷压机加压进行压合;将所述平衡层用粘合剂粘合在所述基材层的下面,然后用冷压机加压进行压合;
3、最后根据接缝方式进行导边开槽处理制备成所述新型防火地板;
上述压合的压力为60吨,压合时间为4小时。
实施例六
一种新型防火地板,包括面层1及结构层2,所述面层1及所述结构层2通过粘合剂进行粘合;所述面层1包括耐磨层101及装饰层102,所述装饰层2采用同步对花三聚氰胺胶皮制备,所述结构层2包括基材层201,所述基材层201采用玻镁板基材,所述粘合剂为双组份聚氨酯胶水,所述基材层201包括相对平行设置的上面与下面。
所述双组分聚氨酯胶水包括羟基组分及固化剂,所述羟基组分及所述固化剂的重量比为4.5:1。
所述耐磨层101及所述装饰层102的厚度和为0.2mm,所述基材层201的厚度为6mm。
上述新型防火地板的制备方法,包括:
1、基材层的预处理,所述基材层预处理包括:将所述基材层进行表面处理,确保所述基材层表面砂光及平整无孔洞,然后用自动淋胶机以喷或淋的方式使所述粘合剂均匀分布在所述基材层上,所述粘合剂为双组份聚氨酯胶水。
2、将所述面层用粘合剂粘合在所述基材层的上面,然后用冷压机加压进行压合;最后根据接缝方式进行导边开槽处理制备成所述新型防火地板。
实施例一至实施例六均可加工成1200mm*2400mm的大板规格。
对比例
一种新型防火地板,包括面层1及结构层2,所述面层1及所述结构层2通过粘合剂进行粘合;所述面层1包括耐磨层101及装饰层102,所述装饰层102采用同步对花三聚氰胺胶皮复合布料制备,所述结构层2包括基材层201及平衡层202,所述基材层201采用玻镁板基材,所述粘合剂为单组份聚氨酯胶水,所述基材层201包括相对平行设置的上面与下面。
所述耐磨层101采用三氧化二铝材料制备,所述平衡层202为软木地垫。
所述耐磨层101及所述装饰层102的厚度和为0.3mm,所述基材层201的厚度为6mm,所述平衡层的厚度为2mm。
上述新型防火地板的制备方法,将耐磨层101、装饰层102、基材层201、平衡层202采用单组份聚氨酯胶水冷压工艺进行粘合。
实施例七
将实施例一至实施例四、对比例及市面上某知名品牌复合地板进行性能检测,测试结果如表1所示。

Claims (10)

1.一种新型防火地板,其特征在于,所述新型防火地板从上到下包括:面层(1)及结构层(2),所述面层(1)及所述结构层(2)通过粘合剂进行粘合;所述面层(1)包括耐磨层(101)及装饰层(102),所述装饰层(102)采用同步对花三聚氰胺胶皮与布料复合制备,所述结构层(2)包括基材层(201),所述基材层(201)采用玻镁板基材,所述粘合剂为双组份聚氨酯胶水,所述基材层(201)包括相对平行设置的上面与下面。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种新型防火地板,其特征在于,所述结构层包括从上到下的基材层(201)及平衡层(202),所述平衡层(202)为软木地垫或橡胶垫或UV板。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种新型防火地板,其特征在于,所述双组分聚氨酯胶水包括羟基组分及固化剂,所述羟基组分及所述固化剂的重量比为(3.0~5.0):1。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种新型防火地板,其特征在于,所述耐磨层采用三氧化二铝材料制备。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种新型防火地板,其特征在于,所述耐磨层(101)及所述装饰层(102)的厚度和为0.2mm~0.4mm,所述结构层(2)的厚度为6mm~9mm。
6.根据权利要求2所述一种新型防火地板,其特征在于,所述基材层(201)的厚度为5mm~8mm,所述平衡层(202)的厚度为0.8mm~3mm。
7.权利要求1~6任一项所述一种新型防火地板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括:将所述面层(1)用粘合剂粘合在所述基材层(201)的上面,然后用冷压机加压进行压合,最后根据接缝方式进行导边开槽处理制备成所述新型防火地板;所述粘合剂为双组份聚氨酯胶水。
8.根据权利要求7所述一种新型防火地板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法还包括:将所述平衡层(202)用粘合剂粘合在所述基材层(201)的下面,然后用冷压机加压进行压合。
9.根据权利要求8所述一种新型防火地板的制备方法,其特征在于,将所述面层(1)与所述基材层(201)及所述平衡层(202)与所述基材层(201)粘合之前,还包括基材层(201)的预处理,所述基材层(201)预处理包括:将所述基材层(201)进行表面处理,确保所述基材层(201)表面砂光及平整无孔洞,然后用自动淋胶机以喷或淋的方式使所述粘合剂均匀分布在所述基材层(201)上。
10.根据权利要求7所述一种新型防火地板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述粘合剂为双组份聚氨酯胶水,所述压合的压力为50-400吨,压合时间为2.5小时~4.5小时。
