Here, the washing stage of the drum washing machine includes at least one of a pre-washing stage, a main washing stage, and a rinsing stage. The first control parameter is used for controlling a water film with a set thickness to be formed between the inner wall surface of the inner drum of the drum washing machine and the clothes to be washed in at least one of the pre-washing stage, the main washing stage and the rinsing stage so as to reduce the abrasion to the clothes to be washed. The pre-washing stage is a stage of mixing the clothes and water for pre-washing after the drum washing machine reaches a set water level.
In an embodiment, the first control parameter includes a control parameter corresponding to a pre-washing stage, a control parameter corresponding to a main washing stage, and a control parameter corresponding to a rinsing stage, and is used for respectively controlling the drum washing machine to form a water film with a set thickness between an inner wall surface of the inner drum and the laundry at the corresponding stage.
The thickness of the water film is related to the water level in the drum washing machine and the inner drum rotating speed, and therefore, in one embodiment, the first control parameter comprises: the water level of the inner cylinder and the rotating speed of the inner cylinder; the controlling the drum washing machine to wash based on the first control parameter comprises:
and determining the water level in the drum washing machine as the water level of the inner drum, and controlling the inner drum of the drum washing machine to rotate at the rotating speed of the inner drum.

In order to better care the laundry to be washed due to the difference of the water film thickness corresponding to different laundry types, in an embodiment, the method further comprises: determining the first control parameter based on the type of the laundry to be washed such that the thickness of the water film corresponds to the type of the laundry.
For the pre-washing stage of the drum washing machine, before the drum washing machine is determined to enter the main washing stage, the control device of the drum washing machine controls the drum washing machine to carry out water replenishing washing, so that the water level in the inner drum of the drum washing machine accords with the set water level.
In practical application, the control device of the drum washing machine receives a mode or a water level set value input by a user, and determines the set water level according to the mode or the water level set value. The control device controls the water inlet valve to feed water, receives the water level value detected by the water level detection sensor, and controls the roller washing machine to replenish water for washing when the detected water level value is determined to accord with the set water level. Through moisturizing washing, the influence of clothing wetting on the water level in the inner barrel is considered, and the accuracy of the water level in the main washing stage is improved. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the control device controls the drum washing machine to perform water replenishing washing, and comprises:
step 201, controlling the drum washing machine to wash based on a water replenishing washing control parameter;
in one embodiment, the refill water wash control parameter includes: the water replenishing duration, the rotating speed of the water replenishing inner cylinder and the action beat of the water replenishing inner cylinder. The control device starts the timer to time the water supplement and controls the motor to drive the inner barrel of the roller washing machine to act according to the rotating speed of the water supplement inner barrel and the action beat of the water supplement inner barrel. The rotation speed of the water replenishing inner cylinder refers to the rotation speed of the inner cylinder in the water replenishing washing stage, and the action beat of the water replenishing inner cylinder refers to the rotation time and the rotation stopping time of the inner cylinder in one rotation period in the water replenishing washing stage.
Step 202, judging whether the detected water level is less than a set water level, if so, executing step 203, otherwise, executing step 204;
after entering the water replenishing washing stage, the control device also receives the water level in the inner barrel detected by the water level detection sensor on the drum washing machine, carries out comparison and judgment according to the detected water level and the set water level, executes step 203 when the detected water level is determined to be less than the set water level, and executes step 204 when the detected water level is determined to reach the set water level.
Step 203, controlling a water inlet valve to replenish water;
the control device controls the set water quantity or the set time length of water inlet of the water inlet valve, and the set water quantity or the set time length is reasonably set according to the precision of single water replenishing. Thereafter, the process returns to step 201.
And 204, judging whether the water replenishing washing time reaches the water replenishing time, if so, ending the water replenishing washing, and if not, returning to the step 201.
And judging whether the water replenishing washing time reaches the set water replenishing time through a timer, if so, finishing the water replenishing washing, and entering a main washing stage. If not, the step 201 is returned to, and the water replenishing washing is continuously executed.
In one embodiment, the inner drum of the drum washing machine is a perforated inner drum, that is, a plurality of water permeable holes are arranged on the wall body of the inner drum. For the inner barrel with the hole, the drum washing machine further comprises a water spraying mechanism which is fixedly arranged relative to the outer barrel of the drum washing machine, and the water spraying mechanism is used for spraying water to the inner wall surface of the inner barrel.
In an application example, as shown in fig. 3, the water spraying mechanism is disposed at the rear portion of the inner cylinder (the inner cylinder is away from the side of the opening along the axial direction), for example, the water spraying mechanism includes a spraying pump and a water outlet, the spraying pump is disposed in the transmission shaft and is communicated with an external water source, and the water outlet controls the water spraying angle so as to uniformly spray water led out by the spraying pump onto the inner wall surface of the inner cylinder.
In an application example, as shown in fig. 4, the water spraying mechanism is disposed at the front portion of the inner barrel (the inner barrel is close to one side of the opening along the axial direction), for example, the water spraying mechanism includes a spraying pump and a water outlet, the spraying pump is fixedly disposed relative to the outer barrel and is communicated with an external water source, and the water outlet controls a water spraying angle so as to uniformly spray water guided out by the spraying pump onto the inner wall surface of the inner barrel.
For a drum washing machine having a perforated drum, in one embodiment, the first control parameter comprises: inner tube rotational speed, inner tube action beat and water spray action beat, based on first control parameter control drum type washing machine washes, include:
controlling the drum washing machine to run at the inner cylinder rotating speed according to the inner cylinder action beat, and controlling the water spraying mechanism to run at the water spraying action beat;
the inner cylinder action beat comprises the rotation time and the rotation stopping time of the inner cylinder in a rotation period, and the water spraying action beat comprises the water spraying time and the water spraying stopping time of the water spraying mechanism in a water spraying period.
In practical application, the control device of the drum washing machine can automatically identify the type of the clothes to be washed through an image detection algorithm or determine the type of the clothes to be washed according to the clothes type parameter of the clothes to be washed input by a user, and the control device stores first control parameters corresponding to different types of the clothes to be washed in advance, so that the corresponding first control parameters can be determined according to the type of the clothes to be washed, the thickness of the formed water film corresponds to the type of the clothes to be washed, and the clothes can be well cared.
The control method of the embodiment of the invention determines that the drum washing machine enters a main washing stage, and controls the drum washing machine to wash based on the first control parameter corresponding to the type of the clothes to be washed, so that a water film with a set thickness is formed between the inner wall surface of the inner drum of the drum washing machine and the clothes to be washed, the clothes to be washed in the inner drum can be separated from the inner wall of the inner drum by the water film, the clothes to be washed are supported by the pressure of the water film, and the direct friction between the clothes to be washed and the inner wall of the inner drum is avoided, so that the wear to the clothes to be washed is reduced.
In the main washing stage, the rotation speed of the inner drum is controlled, the clothes to be washed and water ascend along with the inner drum, water is sprayed to the clothes and the inner drum in the process, a water film is generated to separate the clothes from the inner wall of the inner drum by utilizing the relative speed difference between the clothes and the inner drum, and the clothes are supported by the pressure generated by the water film. The water film fills the gap between the clothes and the inner wall of the inner drum, so that the clothes are prevented from directly rubbing the inner drum, and the damage to the clothes is reduced.
In practical application, the thickness d of the water film has a correlation with the inner cylinder rotation speed R, the water level W and the water injection amount V, i.e., d ═ f (R, W, V). The higher the rotation speed R is, the smaller d is, the higher W water level is, the larger the water spraying amount V is, and the larger d is.
The embodiment of the invention determines the corresponding clothes type according to the fiber surface characteristics and the processing technology of the clothes. For example, on the one hand, silk, wool, cotton, hemp, chemical fiber, etc. have different fiber surface properties; on the other hand, different flatness of the garment surface is created by different processing techniques, such as weaving, knitting, or plain or twill. When clothes are washed, a water film with proper thickness is formed between the surface of the fabric and the inner wall of the inner cylinder according to different clothes characteristics, so that certain cleaning performance is ensured, the clothes can be well cared, and abrasion is reduced.
In one embodiment, when the kind of the clothes to be washed is wool knitted fabric, the set thickness of the water film is 5 to 10 mm.
In one embodiment, when the type of the clothes to be washed is embroidered clothes, the set thickness of the water film is 8-12 mm.
In one embodiment, when the type of the clothes to be washed is chemical fiber woven fabric, the set thickness of the water film is 0.5 to 2 mm.
In one embodiment, when the type of the clothes to be washed is a woven cotton/linen fabric, the set thickness of the water film is 0.5-7 mm.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the clothes type of the clothes to be washed is identified, the corresponding first control parameter is determined according to the corresponding clothes type, so that the drum washing machine is controlled to wash, the corresponding water film control can be realized according to different clothes types, and the optimal clothes care effect is achieved.
Since the inner wall surface of the inner drum and the surface of the laundry to be washed are spaced by the water film with the set thickness when the first control parameter is adopted to control the drum washing machine to wash, the laundry is facilitated to be cared, but the cleaning efficiency of the laundry may be affected due to the reduction of the friction force on the surface of the laundry, in an embodiment, the method further comprises:
in the washing stage, controlling the drum washing machine to wash based on a second control parameter;
the second control parameter is used for controlling the thickness of the anhydrous film or the water film between the inner wall surface of the inner drum of the drum washing machine and the clothes to be washed to be smaller than the set thickness.
In an embodiment, the second control parameter may be obtained by adjusting a corresponding value of the first control parameter, for example, the second control parameter may include at least one of: and adjusting the water level of the inner cylinder in the first control parameter to be small, adjusting the rotating speed of the inner cylinder in the first control parameter to be large, and adjusting the water spraying action beat in the first control parameter to reduce the water spraying amount in the water spraying period, and adjusting the inner cylinder action beat in the first control parameter to reduce the rotation time of the inner cylinder in the rotation period.
In one embodiment, in the washing stage, the drum washing machine is controlled to operate alternately based on the first control parameter and the second control parameter, or after the drum washing machine is controlled to operate for a first set time period based on the first control parameter, the drum washing machine is controlled to operate for a second set time period based on the second control parameter. Therefore, the clothes washing machine is beneficial to reducing the abrasion of clothes in the washing process and ensuring the cleaning effect of the clothes.
In one embodiment, the inner cylinder of the drum washing machine is a non-porous inner cylinder, that is, no water permeable holes are arranged on the wall body of the inner cylinder, and the drainage during the dehydration is realized by improving the structure of the opening of the inner cylinder. For the imperforate inner barrel, since the wall body of the inner barrel is not provided with the water permeable holes, the water film can be kept for a long time, and accordingly, the drum washing machine can omit the water spraying mechanism shown in fig. 3 or fig. 4. In an embodiment, the first control parameter comprises: inner tube water level, inner tube rotational speed and inner tube action beat, based on first control parameter control drum type washing machine washes, include:
determining the water level in the drum washing machine as the water level of the inner drum, and controlling the drum washing machine to operate at the rotation speed of the inner drum according to the action beat of the inner drum;
the inner cylinder action beat comprises the rotation time length and the rotation stopping time length of the inner cylinder in one rotation period.
According to the embodiment of the invention, a water spraying mechanism is not required to be arranged on the drum washing machine, and the control of the thickness of the water film can be realized by controlling the rotating speed of the inner cylinder and the action beat of the inner cylinder. In addition, the corresponding first control parameter is determined according to the corresponding clothes type by identifying the clothes type of the clothes to be washed so as to control the drum washing machine to wash, so that the corresponding water film control can be realized according to different clothes types, and the optimal clothes care effect is achieved.
It should be noted that, in the method of the embodiment of the present invention, in addition to controlling the inner wall surface of the inner tub of the drum washing machine and the surface of the laundry to be washed to form the water film with the set thickness in the main washing stage, the inner wall surface of the inner tub of the drum washing machine and the surface of the laundry to be washed to form the water film with the set thickness in the pre-washing or rinsing stage can be controlled, so that the laundry can be comprehensively cared during the whole washing process.
Fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart of a drum washing machine control method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the method includes:
step 501, water is fed to a set water level;
after the drum washing machine is powered on, the control device receives parameters (such as washing mode, clothes type and the like) input by a user, starts the washing machine, and controls the water inlet valve to feed water to the set water level W1.
Step 502, performing water replenishing washing based on water replenishing washing control parameters;
in one embodiment, the refill water wash control parameter includes: the water replenishing duration, the rotating speed of the water replenishing inner cylinder and the action beat of the water replenishing inner cylinder. For example, the water replenishing time length is T1, the motion tempo of the water replenishing inner cylinder is a1, and the rotation speed of the water replenishing inner cylinder is B1, where T1 is 15 minutes, a1 is 8s/8s (the motor operation time is 8s, and the stop time is 8s, and the same applies below), and B1 is 35RPM (revolutions per minute).
Step 503, determining whether the detected water level is lower than the set water level, if so, executing step 504, otherwise, executing step 505;
after entering the water replenishing washing stage, the control device also receives the water level in the inner drum detected by the water level detection sensor on the drum washing machine, compares and judges the detected water level with the set water level W1, and executes step 504 when the detected water level is determined to be lower than the set water level W1, and executes step 505 when the detected water level reaches the set water level.
Step 504, controlling a water inlet valve to replenish water;
the control device controls the set water quantity or the set time length of water inlet of the water inlet valve, and the set water quantity or the set time length is reasonably set according to the precision of single water replenishing. Thereafter, the process returns to step 502.
Step 505, judging whether the water replenishing washing time length reaches the water replenishing time length, if so, ending the water replenishing washing and executing step 506, and if not, returning to the step 502;
and judging whether the water replenishing washing time length reaches the set water replenishing time length or not through a timer, if so, ending the water replenishing washing, and entering a main washing stage (executing step 506). If not, the step 502 is returned to, and the water replenishing washing is continuously executed.
Step 506, performing main washing based on the first control parameter;
taking a drum washing machine with a perforated inner drum as an example, the first control parameters include: inner tube water level, inner tube rotational speed, inner tube action beat and water spray action beat, based on first control parameter control drum type washing machine washes, include:
determining the water level in the inner barrel as the water level of the inner barrel, otherwise, controlling the water level to accord with the water level of the inner barrel through a water supplementing valve or a water draining valve, controlling the drum washing machine to operate at the rotation speed of the inner barrel according to the action beat of the inner barrel, and controlling the water spraying mechanism to operate at the action beat of water spraying;
the inner cylinder action beat comprises the rotation time and the rotation stopping time of the inner cylinder in a rotation period, and the water spraying action beat comprises the water spraying time and the water spraying stopping time of the water spraying mechanism in a water spraying period.
Assuming that the laundry type is F, main washing time T2, drum operation tempo a2, drum rotation speed B2, and water spray tempo P1 are set for each type F. And washing based on the first control parameter according to the type of the clothes corresponding to the clothes to be washed.
For example: when F is a wool knitted fabric, T2 is 15 minutes, A2 is 3s/25s, B2 is 35rpm, and P1 is 2s/26 s.
It should be noted that a2 and P1 can be in various combinations, i.e., a2 and P1 can be varied in different cycles.
Under the condition, the thickness d of the water film formed between the wool knitted fabric and the inner wall of the inner cylinder is about 5-10 mm.
For another example: when F is embroidery clothes, T2 is 10 minutes, A2 is 3s/50s, B2 is 30rpm, and P1 is 5s/48 s.
Under the condition, the thickness d of the water film formed between the embroidered clothes and the inner wall of the inner drum is about 8-12 mm.
For another example: when F is a chemical fiber woven fabric, T2 is 30 minutes, A2 is 10s/8s, B2 is 50rpm, and P1 is 2s/16 s.
Under the condition, the thickness d of a water film formed between the chemical fiber woven fabric and the inner wall of the inner cylinder is about 0.5-2 mm.
For another example: when F is cotton-linen woven fabric, T2 is 40 minutes, A2 is 17s/8s, B2 is 45rpm, and P1 is 5s/20 s.
Under the condition, the thickness d of the water film formed between the cotton and linen woven fabric and the inner wall of the inner cylinder is about 0.5-7 mm.
Step 507, judging whether the main washing time reaches the main washing time, if so, ending the main washing and executing step 508, otherwise, returning to step 506;
whether the main washing time reaches the set main washing time is judged by a timer, if yes, the main washing is finished, and the rinsing stage is carried out (step 508). If not, the process returns to step 506 to continue the main washing.
