The first preset water level is a water supplementing water level, when the water level in the outer barrel is lower than the first preset water level, water supplementing needs to be carried out, and the first preset water level can be specifically set according to an empirical value.
As shown in fig. 2, a flow chart of a control method of a laundry treating apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention is schematically illustrated. Wherein, the control method of the clothes processing device comprises the following steps:
step 202, controlling a motor of the clothes treatment device to operate at a preset washing rhythm;
step 204, acquiring the running state of the motor, determining that the motor stops rotating, and acquiring the water level of an outer barrel of the clothes treatment device;
and step 206, determining that the water level is lower than the first preset water level, controlling a water inlet valve of the clothes treatment device to be opened for water supplement, and controlling a motor to keep a rotation stopping state in the water supplement process.
In the embodiment, in the water replenishing process, the motor is controlled to keep the rotation stopping state, so that the accuracy of water level detection can be improved, the water is prevented from stopping without being insufficient, and frequent water replenishing is avoided.
As shown in fig. 3, a flow chart of a control method of a laundry treating apparatus according to still another embodiment of the present invention is schematically shown. Wherein, the control method of the clothes processing device comprises the following steps:
step 302, controlling a motor of the clothes treatment device to operate at a preset washing rhythm;
step 304, acquiring the running state of the motor, determining that the motor stops rotating, and acquiring the water level of an outer barrel of the clothes treatment device;
step 306, determining that the water level is lower than a first preset water level, controlling a water inlet valve of the clothes treatment device to be opened for water supplement, and controlling a motor to keep a rotation stopping state in the water supplement process;
and 308, determining that the water level reaches a second preset water level, controlling the water inlet valve to be closed, and controlling the motor to run at a preset washing rhythm.
In this embodiment, after the clothes treating apparatus starts to replenish water, the motor is controlled to be kept in a stopped state, the water level of the outer tub is monitored, the water replenishing process is controlled according to a second preset water level, the water inlet valve is controlled to be closed when the water level reaches the second preset water level to stop water replenishing, and the motor is controlled to operate at a preset washing beat to drive the inner tub to rotate to continue washing. The second preset water level is a set water replenishing completion water level, is greater than or equal to the first preset water level, and preferably is greater than the first preset water level, so that frequent water replenishing can be avoided. The second preset water level may be specifically set according to an empirical value. By the control method, the washing action is not carried out during water replenishing, so that the water level sensing is accurate, frequent water replenishing is avoided, the washing effect is improved, meanwhile, the water replenishing process can be controlled according to the set water replenishing, the control logic is simple, the water level of the outer barrel is ensured to meet the washing requirement, and the washing efficiency and the washing effect are improved.
In any of the above embodiments, preferably, the preset washing cycle is a first time period of rotation and a second time period of stopping.
In this embodiment, a preset washing cycle of the motor is defined, and specifically, the motor rotates for a first period (which may be named as an on period) and stops for a second period (which may be named as an off period) as one preset washing cycle. In the washing process, the motor runs at a preset washing rhythm, the water level and the water replenishing are not detected in the on stage of the preset washing rhythm, the water level of the outer barrel is detected only in the off stage, and the water inlet valve is controlled to be opened to replenish water when the water level is lower than the first preset water level.
In any of the above embodiments, preferably, the controlling the motor of the laundry treatment device to operate at the preset washing cycle includes: controlling a motor of the laundry treating apparatus to operate at a preset washing tempo and a preset rotational speed.
In the technical scheme, in the washing process, the motor runs at a preset rotating speed and a preset washing beat, specifically, the motor rotates at the preset rotating speed, and the second time duration is stopped every time the motor rotates for the first time duration.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a water level sensor for detecting a water level of the outer tub is controlled to detect the water level of the outer tub at an off stage of each preset washing beat; or detecting at intervals of set time length, wherein the set time length is set according to the first time length and the second time length so that the detection action is only carried out at the off stage of the preset washing beat; or detecting every preset washing beat.
In any of the above embodiments, preferably, the preset rotation speed is greater than or equal to 30 rpm and less than or equal to 60 rpm.
In this embodiment, the preset rotation speed is defined, and specifically, the preset rotation speed is greater than or equal to 30 revolutions per minute and less than or equal to 60 revolutions per minute. Based on such rotational speed of predetermineeing, the motor drives interior bucket and rotates, can form the effect of beating the washing to the clothing, at the in-process of beating the washing, utilizes motor stall's stage to detect water level and moisturizing to the moisturizing in-process ensures motor stall, thereby has saved the washing time, makes water level sensing accurate, avoids frequent moisturizing, and ensures the washing action time as far as possible, improves the efficiency of washing and the effect of washing effectively.
As shown in fig. 4, a flow chart of a control method of a laundry treating apparatus according to still another embodiment of the present invention is schematically shown. Wherein, the control method of the clothes processing device comprises the following steps:
step 402, controlling the clothes treatment device to perform a main washing stage in a beating washing and rotary tub washing alternating mode, wherein the main washing stage comprises a first beating washing process and a second beating washing process; the control method comprises the steps of controlling a motor of the clothes treatment device to execute a first beating washing process at a first preset washing beat and a first preset rotating speed, and controlling the motor to execute a second beating washing process at a second preset washing beat and a second preset rotating speed; the first preset washing tempo is different from the second preset washing tempo;
step 404, acquiring the running state of the motor when a first beating washing process and a second beating washing process are carried out, determining that the motor stops rotating, and acquiring the water level of an outer barrel of the clothes processing device;
step 406, determining that the water level is lower than a first preset water level, controlling a water inlet valve of the clothes treatment device to be opened for water supplement, and controlling a motor to keep a rotation stopping state in the water supplement process;

In this embodiment, the laundry processing apparatus is controlled to perform a main washing stage in a manner of alternate beating washing and spin-tub washing, the main washing stage including a first beating washing process and a second beating washing process, wherein the first beating washing process and the second beating washing process are washing stages before water inflow is finished and spin-tub washing is started, or washing stages before current spin-tub washing is finished and next spin-tub washing is started; meanwhile, the variation degree of the washing beat is improved, so that the motor respectively executes the first and second beating washing processes according to different preset washing beats (namely, the first preset washing beat and the second preset washing beat). According to the control method of the clothes treatment device provided by the invention, the whole washing process does not need to heat washing water, the clothes are prevented from being damaged by high temperature, the energy consumption is reduced, and meanwhile, the washing efficiency and the cleaning effect are effectively improved by adopting a washing mode of alternating multiple washing beats and high-speed rotating barrels.
As shown in fig. 5, a flow chart of a control method of a laundry treating apparatus according to still another embodiment of the present invention is schematically shown. Wherein, the control method of the clothes processing device comprises the following steps:
step 502, controlling the clothes treatment device to perform a main washing stage in a beating washing and rotary tub washing alternating manner, wherein the main washing stage comprises a first beating washing process, a second beating washing process and a third beating washing process; controlling a motor of the clothes treatment device to execute a first beating washing process at a first preset washing beat and a first preset rotating speed; controlling the motor to execute a second beating washing process at a second preset washing beat and a second preset rotating speed; controlling the motor to execute a third beating washing process at a third preset washing beat and a third preset rotating speed;
wherein the first preset washing tempo, the second preset washing tempo and the third preset washing tempo are different;
step 504, when a first beating washing process, a second beating washing process and a third beating washing process are carried out, the running state of the motor is obtained, the motor is determined to stop rotating, and the water level of an outer barrel of the clothes processing device is obtained;

In this embodiment, the main washing stage further includes a third beating process, in which the motor is operated at a third preset washing tempo and a third preset rotation speed, wherein the third preset washing tempo is different from the first and second preset washing tempos, and thus the first, second and third beating washing processes can be respectively performed at three different washing tempos, and variation of the washing tempos is further provided, thereby improving washing efficiency and washing effect.
In the main washing stage, during the beating washing process, water replenishing monitoring is carried out, specifically, the water level of the outer barrel is obtained when the motor stops, whether the water level of the outer barrel is lower than a first preset water level or not is judged in the motor stopping process, and when the water level of the outer barrel is lower than the first preset water level, a water inlet valve of the clothes treatment device is controlled to be opened to replenish water. Thus, the water level of the outer tub can be ensured to meet the washing requirement, thereby improving the washing efficiency and the washing effect.
A second aspect embodiment of the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when executed by a processor, implements the control method of the laundry treatment apparatus as in any of the above embodiments, and therefore, has all the benefits of the control method of the laundry treatment apparatus as in any of the above embodiments.
A third aspect of the present invention provides a control system of a laundry treating apparatus.
As shown in fig. 6, a schematic block diagram of a control system 600 of a laundry treating apparatus according to one embodiment of the present invention. The control system 600 of the laundry treating apparatus includes: a memory 602, a processor 604 and a computer program stored in the memory 602 and operable on the processor 604, wherein the processor 604 is configured to implement the control method of the laundry treatment apparatus according to any of the above embodiments when executing the computer program, and therefore, the control system 600 of the laundry treatment apparatus has all the advantages of the control method of the laundry treatment apparatus according to any of the above embodiments.
A fourth aspect embodiment of the present invention provides a control system for a laundry treating apparatus.
As shown in fig. 7, a schematic block diagram of a control system 700 for a laundry treating apparatus according to one embodiment of the present invention. Wherein, the control system 700 for the laundry treating apparatus includes:
a control unit 702 for controlling a motor of the laundry treating apparatus to operate at a preset washing tempo;
an obtaining unit 704 for obtaining an operation state of the motor, determining that the motor stops rotating, and obtaining a water level of an outer tub of the laundry treating apparatus;
and a control unit 702, further configured to determine that the water level is lower than a first preset water level, and control a water inlet valve of the laundry treatment apparatus to open for water replenishment.
The control system 700 for a laundry treating apparatus according to the present invention drives an inner tub of the laundry treating apparatus to rotate for washing by controlling a motor of the laundry treating apparatus to operate at a preset washing tempo, acquires an operation state of the motor during washing, acquires a water level of an outer tub when the motor stops rotating, determines whether the water level of the outer tub is lower than a first preset water level during the motor stops, and controls a water inlet valve of the laundry treating apparatus to open for water replenishment when the water level of the outer tub is lower than the first preset water level. According to the control system 700 for the clothes treatment device, the water level and the water supplement are detected by utilizing the stage of stopping the rotation of the motor in the washing process, so that on one hand, an independent water supplement washing stage is cancelled, the washing time is saved, on the other hand, the time period of stopping the rotation of the motor is reasonably utilized, the washing time is further saved, the washing action time is ensured as far as possible, meanwhile, the water level sensing is accurate, the frequent water supplement is avoided, and the washing efficiency and the washing effect are effectively improved.
The first preset water level is a water supplementing water level, when the water level in the outer barrel is lower than the first preset water level, water supplementing needs to be carried out, and the first preset water level can be specifically set according to an empirical value.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the motor maintains a state of stopping rotation during the water supply by controlling the opening of the water inlet valve of the laundry treating apparatus.
In the embodiment, in the water replenishing process, the motor is controlled to keep the rotation stopping state, so that the accuracy of water level detection can be improved, the water is prevented from stopping without being insufficient, and frequent water replenishing is avoided.
In an embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the control unit 702 is further configured to determine that the water level reaches a second preset water level, control the water inlet valve to be closed, and control the motor to drive the inner tub to perform washing at a preset washing cycle; the second preset water level is greater than or equal to the first preset water level.
In this embodiment, after the clothes treating apparatus starts to replenish water, the motor is controlled to be kept in a stopped state, the water level of the outer tub is monitored, the water replenishing process is controlled according to a second preset water level, the water inlet valve is controlled to be closed when the water level reaches the second preset water level to stop water replenishing, and the motor is controlled to operate at a preset washing beat to drive the inner tub to rotate to continue washing. The second preset water level is a set water replenishing completion water level, is greater than or equal to the first preset water level, and preferably is greater than the first preset water level, so that frequent water replenishing can be avoided. The second preset water level may be specifically set according to an empirical value. By the control method, the washing action is not carried out during water replenishing, so that the water level sensing is accurate, frequent water replenishing is avoided, the washing effect is improved, meanwhile, the water replenishing process can be controlled according to the set water replenishing, the control logic is simple, the water level of the outer barrel is ensured to meet the washing requirement, and the washing efficiency and the washing effect are improved.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the preset washing cycle of the motor is a first period of rotation at a preset rotation speed, and a second period of stop.
In this embodiment, a preset washing cycle of the motor is defined, and specifically, the motor rotates for a first period (which may be named as an on period) and stops for a second period (which may be named as an off period) as one preset washing cycle. In the washing process, the motor runs at a preset washing rhythm, the water level and the water replenishing are not detected in the on stage of the preset washing rhythm, the water level of the outer barrel is detected only in the off stage, and the water inlet valve is controlled to be opened to replenish water when the water level is lower than the first preset water level.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the control unit 702 is configured to control the motor of the laundry treatment device to operate at a preset washing cycle by: controlling a motor of the laundry treating apparatus to operate at a preset washing tempo and a preset rotational speed.
In this embodiment, during the washing process, the motor is operated at a preset rotation speed and a preset washing cycle, specifically, the motor is rotated at the preset rotation speed, and the second period is stopped for each first period of rotation.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the preset rotation speed is greater than or equal to 30 revolutions per minute and less than or equal to 60 revolutions per minute.
In this embodiment, the preset rotation speed is defined, and specifically, the preset rotation speed is greater than or equal to 30 revolutions per minute and less than or equal to 60 revolutions per minute. Based on such rotational speed of predetermineeing, the motor drives interior bucket and rotates, can form the effect of beating the washing to the clothing, at the in-process of beating the washing, utilizes motor stall's stage to detect water level and moisturizing to the moisturizing in-process ensures motor stall, thereby has saved the washing time, makes water level sensing accurate, avoids frequent moisturizing, and ensures the washing action time as far as possible, improves the efficiency of washing and the effect of washing effectively.
An embodiment of a fifth aspect of the present invention provides a laundry treating apparatus, including: a control system for a laundry treating apparatus as in any one of the above embodiments; and the water level detection device is respectively connected with the control system of the clothes treatment device and the outer barrel of the clothes treatment device and is used for detecting the water level of the outer barrel. Therefore, the laundry treating apparatus has all the advantageous effects of the control system for a laundry treating apparatus as in any one of the above embodiments.
An embodiment of a sixth aspect of the present invention provides a laundry treating apparatus, including: a memory; a processor; and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor; the processor is used for realizing the control method of the clothes treatment device according to any one of the above embodiments when executing the computer program. Therefore, the laundry treating apparatus has all the advantageous effects of the control method of the laundry treating apparatus according to any one of the embodiments described above.
In particular, a control method of a laundry treating apparatus is provided for a drum washing machine. The washing process includes a main wash and a rinsing, wherein the main wash includes: as shown in fig. 8, the control method of the laundry treatment apparatus cancels an independent water replenishing washing stage, directly performs the tumble washing after the water supply is completed, detects the water level and the water replenishing by using a tumble washing off stage, ensures the washing action time as much as possible, and improves the washing efficiency and the cleaning effect.
In addition, in the rinsing stage, as shown in fig. 9, the method for controlling the laundry treating apparatus detects the water level and the water supply by the rinsing beat-off stage, and cancels the separate water supply stage, thereby ensuring the washing operation time as much as possible, and improving the washing efficiency and the washing effect.
As shown in fig. 10, a flow chart of a control method of a laundry treating apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention is schematically shown. Wherein, the control method of the clothes processing device comprises the following steps:
step 802, feeding water and detergent;
step 804, in the first beating and washing process, 9on/9off at 37rpm, automatically replenishing water for 2 min;
806, washing with a high-speed rotating barrel;
step 808, carrying out a second beating and washing process, wherein the second beating and washing process is 22on/5off and 48rpm, and water is automatically supplemented in the second beating and washing process for 2 min;
step 810, high-speed rotating the barrel for washing;
step 812, a third beating and washing process, wherein the third beating and washing process is 18on/8off and 52rpm, water is automatically supplemented in the third beating and washing process for 2 min;

and 820, dehydrating at the maximum rotation speed of 600 rpm.
In the embodiment, during the main washing process, water replenishing monitoring is performed at all beating washing stages, specifically, the running state of the motor is acquired, when the motor stops rotating, the water level of the outer barrel is acquired, whether the water level of the outer barrel is lower than a first preset water level or not is judged in the process that the motor stops, when the water level of the outer barrel is lower than the first preset water level, a water inlet valve of the clothes treatment device is controlled to be opened to replenish water, and during the water replenishing process, the motor keeps a stopped state; and determining that the water level reaches a second preset water level, and controlling the water inlet valve to be closed to stop water supplement, wherein the second preset water level is higher than the first preset water level. According to the control method provided by the invention, the water level and the water supplement are detected by utilizing the stage of stopping the rotation of the motor in the washing process, so that on one hand, an independent water supplement washing stage is cancelled, the washing time is saved, on the other hand, the time period of stopping the rotation of the motor is reasonably utilized, the washing time is further saved, the washing action time is ensured as far as possible, meanwhile, the water level sensing is accurate, the frequent water supplement is avoided, and the washing efficiency and the washing effect are effectively improved.

controlling a motor of the laundry treatment apparatus to operate at a preset washing tempo;
acquiring the running state of the motor, determining that the motor stops rotating, and acquiring the water level of an outer barrel of the clothes treatment device;
and determining that the water level is lower than a first preset water level, and controlling a water inlet valve of the clothes treatment device to be opened for water replenishing.
2. The control method of a laundry processing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the motor keeps a state of stopping rotation during controlling the water inlet valve of the laundry processing apparatus to open for water supplement.
3. The control method of a laundry treating apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising:
and determining that the water level reaches a second preset water level, controlling the water inlet valve to be closed, and controlling the motor to operate at the preset washing beat, wherein the second preset water level is greater than or equal to the first preset water level.
4. The control method of a laundry treating apparatus according to claim 1,
and the preset washing beat is a first rotating time length and a second stopping time length.
5. The method for controlling a laundry processing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the controlling the motor of the laundry processing apparatus to operate at a preset washing cycle comprises: controlling a motor of the laundry treating apparatus to operate at a preset washing tempo and a preset rotational speed.
6. The control method of a laundry treating apparatus according to claim 5,
the preset rotating speed is greater than or equal to 30 revolutions per minute and less than or equal to 60 revolutions per minute.
7. The control method of a laundry treating apparatus according to claim 5, further comprising:
controlling the laundry treatment apparatus to perform a main washing stage in a manner of alternately performing a beating washing and a spin-tub washing, the main washing stage including a first beating washing process and a second beating washing process;
the specific operation of controlling the motor of the clothes treatment device to operate at a preset washing beat and a preset rotating speed is as follows: controlling a motor of the clothes treatment device to execute the first beating washing process at a first preset washing beat and a first preset rotating speed, and controlling the motor to execute the second beating washing process at a second preset washing beat and a second preset rotating speed;
the second preset washing steps of the first preset washing steps are different.
8. The control method of a laundry treating apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the main washing stage further includes a third beating washing course;
the specific operation of controlling the motor of the clothes treatment device to operate at a preset washing beat and a preset rotating speed is as follows: controlling the motor to execute the third beating washing process at a third preset washing beat and a third preset rotating speed;
the third preset washing step is different from the first preset washing step and the second preset washing step.
9. The control method of a laundry treating apparatus according to claim 8, further comprising:
when the first beating and washing process, the second beating and washing process and the third beating and washing process are carried out, the running state of the motor is obtained, and the motor is determined to stop rotating;
acquiring the water level of an outer barrel of the clothes treatment device, determining that the water level is lower than a first preset water level, and controlling a water inlet valve of the clothes treatment device to be opened for water replenishing.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the computer program, when being executed by a processor, implements a control method of a laundry treatment apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 9.

A control system of a laundry treating apparatus, comprising: a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor being configured to implement a control method of a laundry treatment apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 9 when executing the computer program.

a control unit for controlling a motor of the laundry treating system to operate at a preset washing tempo;
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring the running state of the motor, determining that the motor stops rotating and acquiring the water level of an outer barrel of the clothes treatment system;
the control unit is further used for determining that the water level is lower than a first preset water level and controlling a water inlet valve of the clothes treatment system to be opened for water replenishing.
13. The control system for a laundry treating apparatus according to claim 12, wherein the motor keeps a rotation stopped state during controlling the opening of the water inlet valve of the laundry treating apparatus to replenish water.

the control unit is also used for determining that the water level reaches a second preset water level, controlling the water inlet valve to be closed, and controlling the motor to be operated at the preset washing rhythm;

the third preset washing step is different from the first preset washing step and the second preset washing step.

a control system for a laundry treating apparatus according to any one of claims 12 to 20;
and the water level detection device is respectively connected with the control system for the clothes treatment device and the outer barrel of the clothes treatment device and is used for detecting the water level of the outer barrel.
22. A laundry treating apparatus, comprising:
a memory;
a processor; and
a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor;
the processor is configured to implement the control method of the laundry treatment apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 9 when executing the computer program.
