Abstract
The invention discloses a production process of pure cotton linen-like yarn on shirt fabric, which comprises the following steps: (1) using cotton fiber as a raw material, and preparing 35 +/-2 cotton yarns by pre-spinning; (2) sequentially carrying out Z twisting, fixed twisting and spooling on the obtained all-cotton single yarn to obtain cotton-spun ramie single yarn; (3) blending the prepared bamboo fibers, cotton fibers, hemp fibers and chemical short fibers according to a certain proportion, stranding and twisting to prepare rough yarns, blending and matching, spinning to generate rough yarns, and then boiling and bleaching the rough yarns; (4) softening and drying; (5) and guiding the spun yarn into a circular weft knitting machine, and knitting to obtain the weft-knitted linen-like fabric. (4) The linen-like yarn can be used for spinning fabrics with linen style, has the performance or hand feeling of blending all cotton or cotton and chemical fiber, avoids the scratchiness of linen, and can be used for knitting and weaving yarns.
