Abstract

本发明涉及滚压法制备波纹管的辊压轮。辊压轮的材质为铝青铜,其原料成分及质量百分含量为铝Al 10~13%,Fe 3~5%,Mn 1.2~2%,Co 0.8~1.2%,余量为铜;按照上述原料成分及质量配料、熔炼、铸锭、下料;其铸锭热锻:下料加热920℃,热锻至Φ220*20mm;热处理:900℃,保温40分钟水冷却;时效:450℃保温2小时;辊压轮性能布氏硬度HB≥200 N/mm2。由于铝青铜辊压轮与钢的摩擦系数比较小,硬度比钢小,经过热处理后硬度布氏硬度HB≥200 N/mm2,可以满足滚压轮的使用要求,即不能划伤板料,滚轮也不能被挤变形。

技术领域
本发明涉及滚压法制备波纹管技术领域,具体涉及滚压法制备波纹管的辊压轮。
背景技术
波纹管在设备系统中是减振和阻止振动传播的部件,是由薄的不锈钢板卷筒滚压而成,由于滚压过程中,滚压轮与不锈钢板摩擦,造成不锈钢板划伤,影响了产品的性能及破坏表面的光洁度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述问题,采用一种新材制备波纹管的辊压轮,其在滚压法制备波纹管中做滚压轮,不划伤工件。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
滚压法制备波纹管的辊压轮,辊压轮的材质为铝青铜,其原料成分及质量百分含量为铝Al 10~13%,Fe 3~5%,Mn 1.2~2%,Co 0.8~1.2%,余量为铜;
按照上述原料成分及质量配料、熔炼、铸锭、下料;
其铸锭热锻:下料加热920℃,热锻至Φ220*20mm;
热处理:900℃保温40分钟,水冷却;
时效: 450℃保温2小时;
辊压轮性能布氏硬度HB≥200 N/mm2
与现有技术相比,本发明有利效果为:
由于铝青铜辊压轮与钢的摩擦系数比较小,硬度比钢小,经过热处理后硬度布氏硬度HB≥200 N/mm2,可以满足滚压轮的使用要求,即不能划伤板料,滚轮也不能被挤变形。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的优选实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
(1)生产过程:配料Al 18kg,Fe 6kg,Mn 2.1 kg,Co 1.5kg,Cu 122.4kg,投料150㎏,中频炉熔炼;
(2)中频炉送电熔炼、铸锭:
成份分析,其各成分质量百分含量:Al 11.3%,Fe 3.4%,Co 0.9%,Mn 1.2%;
(3)下料锻造:加热900℃,锻造毛坯Φ230*20mm
热锻造,三敦三拨
锻造毛坯尺寸:Φ230*20 mm
(4)热处理:

固溶:将料放入加热电炉中,加热900℃,保温40分钟,水冷;

时效去应力,放入电炉中加热450℃保温2小时;

检测硬度:布氏硬度HB≥220 N/mm2

按照上述原料成分及质量配料、熔炼、铸锭、下料;
其铸锭热锻:下料加热920℃,热锻至Φ220*20mm;
热处理:900℃保温40分钟,水冷却;
时效: 450℃保温2小时;
辊压轮性能布氏硬度HB≥200 N/mm2
