Abstract
本发明公开了一种化学增粘的再生PET及单丝的制备方法,化学增粘的再生PET制备时,将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯的回用料送入双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,熔融挤出过程中加入第一助剂、第二助剂进行反应,反应时间30秒~600秒;双螺杆挤出机的螺杆直径为36~94mm,双螺杆1~9区温度依次为240℃、250℃、260℃、260℃、260℃、260、265℃、265℃、270℃,螺杆挤出机进行抽真空处理。本发明方法简便,可有效提高再生PET的特性粘度,并大大提高了由此制得的单丝的强度。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种化学增粘的再生PET及单丝的制备方法。
背景技术
现有的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯的回用料,由于特性粘度低,一般在0.55dl/g左右,难以制成高强度的单丝。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能有效提高再生聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯特性粘度的化学增粘的再生PET及单丝的制备方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种化学增粘的再生PET,其特征是:采用下列方法制得:
(1)配料:采用下列质量百分比的原料:
聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯的回用料 100%;
(2)将上述原料送入双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,熔融挤出过程中加入第一助剂、第二助剂进行反应,反应时间30秒~600秒;双螺杆挤出机的螺杆直径为36~94mm,双螺杆1~9区温度依次为240℃、250℃、260℃、260℃、260℃、260、265℃、265℃、270℃,螺杆挤出机进行抽真空处理。
所述第一助剂、第二助剂分别由下列质量份的成分复配组成:
聚二甲基硅氧烷71%~99%,异氰酸酯29%~1%。
第一助剂、第二助剂的用量为步骤(1)原料用量的 0.3%~0.5%。
(3)双螺杆挤出后经过滤、水冷却、切粒、脱水、包装得到化学增粘的再生PET切片。
得到的化学增粘的再生PET,其特性粘度为1.01~1.1 dL/g。
一种利用化学增粘的再生PET生产单丝的方法,其特征是:将化学增粘的再生PET经干燥、经螺杆挤出机挤出、冷却、拉伸、热定型、卷绕,制成产品;其中干燥后再生PET切片的水分率约30ppm,挤出机各区温度为285℃、290℃、290℃,液体冷却温度为70℃、总拉伸倍率为5.8~6.8倍,拉伸温度为180℃,热定型温度为220℃。
制得的单丝,强度为5.5~7.0CN/dtex;远大于普通未经上述增粘处理的再生PET单丝的强度(一般为3.5~4 CN/dtex)。
本发明方法简便,可有效提高再生PET的特性粘度,并大大提高了由此制得的单丝的强度。
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
具体实施方式
实施例1
将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯的回用料送入双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,熔融挤出过程中加入第一助剂、第二助剂进行反应,反应时间30秒~600秒(例30秒、200秒、600秒);双螺杆挤出机的螺杆直径为36~94mm,双螺杆1~9区温度依次为240℃、250℃、260℃、260℃、260℃、260、265℃、265℃、270℃,螺杆挤出机进行抽真空处理。
所述第一助剂、第二助剂分别由下列质量份的成分复配组成:
聚二甲基硅氧烷71%~99%(例71%、90%、99%),异氰酸酯29%~1%(例29%、10%、1%)。
第一助剂、第二助剂的用量为步骤(1)原料用量的 0.3%~0.5%(例0.3%、0.4%、0.5%)。
双螺杆挤出后经过滤、水冷却、切粒、脱水、包装得到化学增粘的再生PET切片,其特性粘度为1.01~1.1 dL/g。
将除湿干燥后水分约30ppm的化学增粘再生PET切片通过单螺杆挤出机,挤出机各区温度为285℃、290℃、290℃,使之熔融,流入计量泵,精确计量后压入组件中。
使用圆形喷丝板,冷却距离为50mm,通过水冷却,水温为70℃,先进行一级湿热拉伸,拉伸温度为90℃,拉伸倍率4.3倍,再进行二级热风拉伸,拉伸温度为180℃,拉伸倍率为1.35倍,定型温度为220℃,得到线径为0.10mm的再生PET单丝。单丝断裂强度5.5cN/dtex。
Claims (2)
1.一种化学增粘的再生PET,其特征是:采用下列方法制得:
(1)配料:采用下列质量百分比的原料:
聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯的回用料 100%;
(2)将上述原料送入双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,熔融挤出过程中加入第一助剂、第二助剂进行反应,反应时间30秒~600秒;双螺杆挤出机的螺杆直径为36~94mm,双螺杆1~9区温度依次为240℃、250℃、260℃、260℃、260℃、260、265℃、265℃、270℃,螺杆挤出机进行抽真空处理;
所述第一助剂、第二助剂分别由下列质量份的成分复配组成:

2.一种利用化学增粘的再生PET生产单丝的方法,其特征是:将化学增粘的再生PET经干燥、经螺杆挤出机挤出、冷却、拉伸、热定型、卷绕,制成产品;其中干燥后再生PET切片的水分率为30ppm,挤出机各区温度为285℃、290℃、290℃,液体冷却温度为70℃、总拉伸倍率为5.8~6.8倍,拉伸温度为180℃,热定型温度为220℃。
