Abstract

本发明公开了一种高强度聚酯塑钢线及其制备方法,由PET、PBT、纳米TiO2、环氧型扩链剂、抗紫外剂制成;制备方法:将各原料组分混合、熔融;在熔融挤出机中进行熔融共混并挤出,再经过液体冷却、拉伸、热定型、卷绕,制成产品;纺丝温度为285℃,液体冷却温度为50‑60℃,拉伸倍率为4.5‑5.2倍,拉伸温度为180℃,热定型温度为260℃;液体冷却的冷却液为NaHCO3 3%和抗静电剂2%的水溶液。本发明产品具有良好的抗老化及抗紫外性能,强度高,用于海水养殖的编织网及代替铁丝网的现代农业。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚酯塑钢线及制备方法。
背景技术
现有的聚酯单丝,在强度、耐老化性能等方面存在缺陷,不能适应用于海水养殖的编织网及代替铁丝网的现代农业需要,需要进一步加以改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种性能优异、制备方便的高强度聚酯塑钢线及其制备方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种高强度聚酯塑钢线,其特征是:由下列重量百分比的原料组成:
PET 80%
PBT 15%
纳米TiO22%
环氧型扩链剂 2%
抗紫外剂 1%;
单丝直径3-6mm,单丝强度≥621MPa,断裂伸长率≤15%。
耐老化性能:光照射下,强度损失20%的时间≥8000小时。
一种高强度聚酯塑钢线的制备方法,其特征是:包括下列步骤:
将各原料组分混合、熔融;在熔融挤出机中进行熔融共混并挤出,再经过液体冷却、拉伸、热定型、卷绕,制成产品;纺丝温度为285℃,液体冷却温度为50-60℃,拉伸倍率为4.5-5.2倍,拉伸温度为180℃,热定型温度为260℃;液体冷却的冷却液为NaHCO3 3%和抗静电剂2%的水溶液。
本发明优点为:产品具有良好的抗老化及抗紫外性能,强度高,用于海水养殖的编织网及代替铁丝网的现代农业。本发明采用特定的组分,并在制备方法中采用特殊的冷却液,有效提高了产品耐老化性能。耐老化性能:光照射下,强度损失20%的时间≥8000小时。

具体实施方式
一种高强度聚酯塑钢线,由下列重量百分比的原料组成:
PET 80%
PBT 15%
纳米TiO22%
环氧型扩链剂 2%
抗紫外剂 1%;
制备方法包括下列步骤:
将各原料组分混合、熔融;在熔融挤出机中进行熔融共混并挤出,再经过液体冷却、拉伸、热定型、卷绕,制成产品;纺丝温度为285℃,液体冷却温度为50-60℃,拉伸倍率为4.5-5.2倍,拉伸温度为180℃,热定型温度为260℃;液体冷却的冷却液为NaHCO3 3%和抗静电剂2%的水溶液。
制得产品:单丝直径3-6mm,单丝强度≥621MPa,断裂伸长率≤15%。耐老化性能:光照射下,强度损失20%的时间≥8000小时。

PET 80%
PBT 15%
